半個月前買定今天下午時段的「一統天下:秦始皇帝的永恆國度」的門票。中午已來到尖東,時間多的是,便走到LaVilla TST吃半自助餐。大部份自助餐我多數去酒店吃,但有時也會被西餐廳的半自助午餐吸引住,這裡又是一例。一星期前已打電話訂位,指明要'窗口位'。來到時看到餐廳內那一整片的窗邊位置份外耀眼,我覺得很是美麗,可惜店方沒分配這裡給我倆,反而安排了邊邊角落處的二人枱,唯一想法是可能我比其他人更遲訂枱吧,只好照樣安坐。因為未夠鐘開飯,就例牌出去影下相,看到服務生只照顧窗邊位置的客人,我倆坐了十分鐘,才有人前來將水杯斟滿開水。稍為安頓後,服務就全面返,水添加得好密,更頻頻收碟收餐具,食沙律幾乎要用匙羹。不過最困憂是全程有幾隻蒼蠅和蚊滋在我這枱附近飛來飛去,非常擾民,明明食物未到為何它們會那麼痴身﹖我自然地望一望地下,原來有不少垃圾積聚在窗框﹑門框內,未免感到嘔心,唯有視而不見。但蒼蠅們的飛舞表演就正正不斷提示我想起腳邊那堆垃圾的存在,進餐時它們更加揮不走,唉,很煩﹗這個半自助午餐取價不貴,淨吃buffet區的食物都只是$138,加不加主菜就看看大家的胃納是如何﹖最好的是中途才加主菜也可以,

因為未夠鐘開飯,就例牌出去影下相,看到服務生只照顧窗邊位置的客人,我倆坐了十分鐘,才有人前來將水杯斟滿開水。
稍為安頓後,服務就全面返,水添加得好密,更頻頻收碟收餐具,食沙律幾乎要用匙羹。

12點正開餐了﹗大家擁去拿凍肉﹑沙律,而我見到甜品區的甜品是沒有任何冰凍器材去保其冰凍,我最怕半溶的甜品了,所以由這裡開始吃起﹗

牛奶奶凍內充滿雲呢拿籽,不過食入口沒太濃的牛奶味也沒有太重的雲呢拿香,而且質感異常實
芒果布甸也是差不多狀況,芒果味不多,也是實實的,好奇怪啊....平時我對奶凍布甸必吃掉幾個才會收口,不過今次吃了這兩個已經好飽,更不想再吃了。反而水果啫喱的口感很軟,可惜味道不好,白色啫喱層沒味道,主要靠內裡的水果,而偏偏用是罐頭貨,一味死甜沒生氣,最後放棄那半個。反而在三樣甜品上的水果粒是鮮果,是最好吃。

雪糕/忌廉泡芙的外表脆入面滑,不錯, 而朱古力蛋糕充滿濃香的朱古力味道,而蛋糕非常鬆軟,很美味,至於果撻Tiramisu焦糖燉蛋芝士餅也是不錯的樣子,不過我無吃到。

不久就送上麵包籃,內裝有四件蒜蓉多士,未知麵包是否自家制﹖
剛烘出來的麵包實在不得不給其香氣吸引住,多士香脆不韌,麵包芯塗上厚厚的蒜蓉醬,令質感帶點軟綿外,也加添香濃,加上灑有不少香草,好吃到我忍不住吃了數件。

蒜蓉多士是可以添加,細心的服務員當看到麵包籃上是'吉'的話,便會立即前來問要否添加的,說不要她便收走個籃,原來打後就吃不回蒜蓉多士了﹗
個人的貪心想法:如果每次留一條麵包在籃子中,要到添加的時候就吃掉那件,之後再添,那麼全程便可以嘆到麵包囉﹖(嘔飛)


旁邊的是橄欖醬,其實蒜蓉多士已經好夠味道,所以這小碟可以當小食之一。XD

吃完甜品和麵包就步入正軌
,這邊是煙三文魚三款凍肉煙鴨胸沙律南瓜沙律雞肉沙律巴馬火腿。另一邊有牛油生菜紅生菜白蘑菇青瓜粟米紅腰豆紅菜頭等等,還有千島醬﹑凱撒沙律醬﹑橄欖油﹑黑醋等等的醬汁,整體方面算是多款式呢。

凍肉我沒有食過,沙律方面我最愛雞肉沙律,甜甜地又帶少少辣,加上啖啖肉,岩哂懶人如我。還有狂食牛油生菜,因為無苦澀味之餘,更加清甜都爆

是日餐湯是南瓜湯,質地滑滑稀稀的,入口沒有可怕的重忌廉味,略略嚐到清甜的南瓜香,我覺得不錯,更喝了兩大碗﹗大約到1點換了一次沙律菜式,巴馬火腿轉了煎吞拿魚﹑南瓜沙律轉了白汁薯仔沙律,我吃了後者,感覺不太好,薯仔硬實而且沒有味道哦...

由12點到差不多1點期間,服務生已經問了幾次我們可以點主菜未﹖
可能弄主菜要好長時間吧,就照她的意思先行點了一個澳洲和牛漢堡扒配黑松露煎蛋及碳燒芝麻麵包,如果不夠吃到時才點另一個。

很快地主菜便上枱...賣相非常別緻,看到我內心不期然欣喜若狂起來。不過漢堡扒份量比預期的小,連碳燒芝麻麵包(其實是漢堡包個包)也只有三小條,不過每條麵包都塗上牛油及周邊都有烘過,出來更加金黃調,的確視覺和口感比較手執一整個漢堡包的包,點都有些不太相同的。


煎蛋很漂亮
,邊位金黃色的且帶些脆口,蛋白勁滑,將蛋黃切開,蛋汁傾瀉而出,它正正落在漢堡扒上並溶入;而漢堡扒的肉身和蛋汁結合下,升華到另一味道層次.....(哇~形容到幾誇張呢﹗
)。

煎蛋正如上述所寫,不過我真是食/聞不到黑松露那陣獨有味道哦
,漢堡扒好好吃,牛肉味好濃郁,質感鬆化,更流出邪惡的油脂......但始終太細份了,不夠喉啊。

之後又轉返去吃雪糕
,四款都是自家制,分別有血橙雪芭﹑紅桑子雪芭﹑雲尼拿雪糕和芒果雪糕。未知是凍櫃的保凍力不強,或是自家制沒加添太多添加物﹖所以剛畢出來的雪糕在十幾秒後已經溶化中了~但食入口則冰凍非常喎。
個人愛血橙雪芭,好似橙汁冰冰,而且不太甜,反而紅桑子雪芭又甜又傑,實在是很難吃。
連水果也有三大盤,西瓜﹑菠蘿和哈蜜瓜。
味道一般,但有誠意

今餐不是話吃得太飽,始終這餐食菜是最多,而且我又是澱粉質怪一名。餐時可以坐到2時半,不過提早1小時就埋單了,始終吃完飲完,再坐不是我的習慣,出外走來走去仲好過。
Other Info. : 主菜來之前,服務生將枱上的餐具全收起,之後放了食扒用的餐具,到食完主菜,服務生又再收起套餐具,最後更沒派過新餐具上來。我這個大鄉里,估計這工序是在西餐廳吃飯時必要的吧(?),但我很不習慣,加上這是自助餐嘛,不排除我食完主菜,轉頭又去吃沙律﹑飲湯啊~@@"希望服務生會問一問我們要不要再用餐具,起碼會有手尾得多。

五月尾到La Villa,到現在才想起未寫食評。哈哈...因為以Lunch Semi-Buffet 而言,La Villa 的甜品款式好多,值得一寫。Semi-Buffet 是自助 Salad Bar / Cold Dish Bar / Dessert Bar + Garlic Bread + Drink加錢可點主菜。我和Honey點了一個邦卡尼煙肉意粉。La Villa令我一到再到,就是因為Dessert Bar :Semi-Buffet好豐富,味道也不錯,主菜變成配角了。

蒜茸包是即烘的,好香脆,本身蒜茸已夠鹹香,不必拈橄欖醬。橄欖醬本身也好好味,甜甜的,淨食都很可口。
煙三文魚 / 凍肉 / 鴨腿 / 雞扒 / 蝦沙律,味道不俗。
連水果都有三盤!
焦糖燉蛋好嫩滑,面層焦糖脆,不太甜。Tiramisu有淡淡酒香,濕度適中。
兩款芝士餅都鬆軟,不膩。布丁也不太甜,細細杯份量剛好。
兩款雪糕 / 兩款雪芭。雪糕好Creamy,芒果和雲尼娜都好香。但雪芭太甜,血橙尚可,紅桑子太甜。

配上沙律醬, 清甜爽脆味美, So Fresh. 但只係 refill 咗兩次就無再出了
最後改咗蕃茄芝士, 但芝士味道稍為唔夠香濃

牛膝肉炆得夠淋夠入味, 好味; 牛骨中嘅骨髓用匙羹仔 '筆' 出嚟食, 更好味.
除了大大件的牛膝外, 仲有薯蓉, 蘿蔔, 洋蔥, 味道清甜又好味

當我努力食緊主菜的時候, 老婆已經好努力食甜品了,

接近 2:00pm 叫埋杯餐飲, 我哋都要咗熱朱古力,
熱朱古力夠哂香濃, 最最最緊要係一啲都唔甜, 係一杯好好飲嘅朱古力
先將朱古力沖好, 再打鮮奶係面, 最後係上面再洒上朱古力粉. Wonderful.

唔太 heavy, 又食得飽, 仲 feasible 比你揀要唔要 main course,

上次來過 Lavilla,感覺它是一個不俗的 Happy Hour 地方;尢其餐廳有露天坐位,很有外國風情。是日一行五人在尖東飯局,飯後意猶未盡,一於拉隊再來 Lavilla 暢飲。「Lavilla Rose wine France Marrenon Grande」$480點了來自法國的 Rose, 味道芬芳香帶果香,些徵香甜非常易入口,同行的女伴就對它十分鍾愛,價錢亦算合理。推薦!

每一檯都會先奉送一客蒜蓉包,金黃的顏色很漂亮,吃起來也算香脆,只是蒜味略嫌不突出,而伴隨麵包的有這款橄欖醬, 和蒜蓉包同吃味道還真不錯。後來我在想可能是因為要搭配這個橄欖醬,所以蒜蓉才沒有加太多,否則橄欖醬就失去意義了。

頭盤大概有十多款,第一輪我們都拿了最吸引的食物。巴馬火腿哈蜜瓜已經一件件配搭好,哈蜜瓜清甜帶爽,火腿也有鹹香,整體算不錯;薯仔沙律,看起來好像很好吃,不過薯仔煮得不夠腍,有點生;芒果大蝦蟹柳沙律,芒果粒甜甜的,蝦肉爽口不過沒什麼味道,一絲絲的蟹肉質素還不錯,可惜這個沙律只出了一次,後來轉了一個非常普通的粟米粒、紅腰豆沙律;黑椒煙吞拿魚,毫無味道的一塊魚,又沒有任何醬汁可以配搭,可以不吃;煙三文魚不算肥美,不過鹹度剛好,用來自製一個煙三文魚凱撒沙律也不錯。

豆腐木魚沙律。西式的沙律雜菜墊底,放一粒豆腐再加上木魚和日式醬汁,沙律菜和木魚其實不太夾,一口把豆腐和木魚吃掉,下面的菜不知道該怎麼辦,注定是要犧牲的。

第二轉已經沒什麼想吃的頭盤了,只是簡單的夾了些羅馬生菜,加入帕馬臣芝士、煙肉和麵包粒做凱撒沙律,羅馬生菜新鮮爽脆,只是煙肉粒有點硬;三色椒,第一轉還看到三種顏色的椒是數量平均的,第二次看就只剩下青椒了,確實燒過的紅椒和黃椒是較甜的;Cold cuts有三款,沒什麼特色,只選了一款試試,就是一塊普通的火腿而已。

後來才出現的蕃茄mozzarella cheese,芝士似乎切得有點薄,而且奶香不突出,味道很淡薄。另外面層只有少許黑椒粒作點綴,如果芝士本身質素一般的話,加點橄欖油和意大利香醋提提味應該會比較好。

最後我們只點了一個主菜,本來我們對這個肉醬意粉是沒什麼期望的,沒想到意粉煮得不錯,有咬口,蕃茄醬的酸度適中,肉碎炒得夠香,而且茄味充份滲入肉內,如果最後可以再加上一些Parmesan芝士碎就更加完美的。

甜品的部份好像比頭盤豐富一點,我們就隨意拿了五款回來。店家自制的雪糕有四款口味,我就選了西柚雪芭和紅莓雪芭,西柚雪芭可以看到有西柚肉,不過after taste有點苦澀,另一款紅莓雪芭酸酸甜甜的,但我覺得偏甜了點。

什果焦糖燉蛋。味道比想像中的好,面層的焦糖脆脆沒有燒焦,也不會太厚,裡面的燉蛋幼滑充滿蛋香,而且不太甜,好吃;雲呢拿panna cotta。我想應該是雲呢拿籽都沉在底部,所以反轉倒出來時雲呢拿籽都在頂部,雖然看到有多雲呢拿籽,可是雲呢拿味不突出,就是一個很普通的奶凍,我覺得魚膠粉下得太多了,所以入口不夠幼滑;什果啫喱凍。賣相不錯,有兩層顏色,下面是透明而上面是深紫色的,是黑加侖子口味,不太甜,不錯。

以這個價錢來說,實在不能要求太多,這裡的確是物有所值,百多元就能讓你吃到飽,想豪一點吃塊牛扒也只是二百元,另外甜品的選擇也不只我剛才吃的幾款,還有五款以上我沒試。因此就算最終不合你胃口,至少也不會感到肉赤吧。

It was a semi-buffet lunch (with main course $140-$200, without main course $118). The variety of cold cut and salad was sufficient. Smoked salmon was a little bit of slabby. Ahi tuna was well-flavoured and highly recommended. Salad was fresh also.

For the main course, we ordered spaghetti with Iberico ham, chicken roll and steak. All were good. Iberico ham delighted my palate. The mashed potato inside the chicken roll was yummy and rich in texture. Steak was relatively unremarkable but still, it tasted good.

While waiting for the main course, we decided to start the dessert. Tiramisu was the best that I ever had in HK. Another must-try item was their home-made ice-cream. Other desserts, like panna cotta, blueberry cheesecake and creme brulee, gave no surprise.

The semi-buffet here was really good. I am sure that I will come for a second time.

You can choose buffet only or, for those of us who want something hot in our stomachs aside from soup, buffet and a main.

I typically go for the buffet only because it's quite the light and healthy choice. They have smoked salmon, seared tuna, cold cuts, parma ham and melon, a hot soup, and an assortment of salads and other cold dishes.

For dessert there are around four to five varieties, a fresh fruit salad, and a selection of homemade sorbet (lime and raspberry) and ice cream (vanilla and mango). I particularly like the lime sorbet as it is quite refreshing.
The vanilla ice cream is kind of like Movenpick's, with specks of vanilla bean.


They have this interesting pink mineral salt that you can try. Can't really taste the difference myself, but it is quite the novelty.

Overall, this is a great place to have a relaxing lunch.

其實病了很久,我已經一個星期沒有吃美食,食神蠢蠢欲動,看見美食,立刻出去,搬了一大盤回來。
有seafood salad都不錯,當中有青口、蝦等等的海鮮,這個salad汁甜甜的,很好吃。

左前lime sorbet,左後vanilla,右前mango,右後raspberry sorbet,兩款sorbet都很酸,見其他客人都說超酸,不過我覺得酸酸甜甜很美味。
而vanilla簡直是十分好,是用新鮮的vanilla籽做的,所以充滿了真實的vanilla味,只可惜,肚皮太少,4球2人share......

餐茶要了一杯coffee,一杯chocolate,這個chocolate味濃而不過甜,非常好。
而咖啡是又香又濃,那個奶是打完才上的,很濃的奶味

今次的的用餐非常快樂,首先環境很好,剛好那天是大雨後的陽光,所以那陽光十分柔和,坐window seat,享受著那陽光,吃著美味的食物,對我來說,這就是享受了。
Lavilla無論甜品還是salad都做得十分好,每件食物都交足貨,以這個環境,對出就是維港了,每人也只是$130,十分值得,難怪午市都滿座,有機會一定會再來。
今次吃了很少,因為剛過去的一星期生病,沒什麼胃口,所以我個胃都縮細了,但我依著平日的食量來吃,所以吃到最後,我差點飽到嘔..........要立即出外走走,個胃差點就爆了~~ .

Then La Villa TST appeared like a dream. With all those seafood lining up beautifully, gazing and smiling at us. A voice echoed in my head; ‘eat me if you dare!’. Ok, ‘let’s get slouched!’ and we went for it.

To start off, everything was fine. Seating was comfy with a highway view, police bike chasing some Thelma and Louise smuggler outside really adds up.

We ordered our drinks, the fake electrical humpty dumpty like blue candle stand on the table was working it’s magic just fine. Next table was a bit loud but it’s ok, I understand we are not sitting in a cave in New Zealand. Everything was just like a normal dinner should be.

Food was very good, like a normal restaurant. Some food was so good I even asked about the origin. A young guy, full of energy was busy with his tableware setting, bill handling he totally forgotten about my question. It’s ok, maybe no one knows the answer and he is still asking around.

Another young guy, nicely asked if I wanted some more bread. With that quality of bread, I struggled for a moment but I was hope for the best. So I said yes. Maybe it’s the ingredients, maybe mama’s recipe didn’t work out this time, maybe it’s poor just because it doesn’t cost a dime. Highly recommend they do some comparison with their next door neighbours. You don’t normally complaint about bread right? No, I never but I do now. The bread simply tasted crap and dry and dull.

After the half time beak, the game is starting to get excited here. I mentioned about ordering a drink to start off with right? My glass was just simply disappeared without asking for a refill. So I thought, ok, I’ll go with the flow. Maybe something wonderful will happen to me. I was obviously thinking too much. I like the way they change my plate 3 to 4 times but totally ignored that very obvious piece of plastic wrap (from tissue from starter) for the whole meal! Where is the focus man! I think the stationing system has fail a 100% for this instance.

At the end, we asked for the bill. Simple THANK YOU and BYE-BYE was missing totally from the person who gave me the bill, no ‘thank you’ from the floor staffs either as we walked out. The staff who welcomed us in saw us walked out without saying a word. I guess the cold wind freeze his balls up or something!

I can proudly say that my local Tea House do much better than this one. Good food, bad service, it’s still a miss. A miss is as good as a mile. Good luck La Villa!

這次拿了Smoked SalmonMozzarella With Tomato無名沙律
還有點火箭菜,自己加了油醋汁Parmesan Cheese
煙三文魚燻味足,不算太濃,肉質也很緊密,很新鮮。Mozzarella芝味果不及平常自己在City Super買的水浸Mozzarella的味道濃,甚至蕃茄的味道比它更要突出,還要澆上了油醋汁(本來已經有),芝士味更淡薄,不過考慮到Mozzarella本身都不便宜,有供應也已經不錯。無名沙律有兩種豆,其中一種是腰豆,另一種不曉得,還有小粟米,三款都煮得很腍,營養(應該)很高,不錯。火箭菜也很鮮嫩,沒有太多苦的部分。

後來請Waiter哥哥上主菜,大約八分鐘便來了。
火腿件頭比預想的大,火腿鹹香足,鹹度相比起其他火腿又不算高,肉不會太韌也不會太老,很好。菠蘿和茄子份量雖少,但也十分美味,不能輕視,可能是我本身也很喜歡這兩種蔬果吧。

雖然這款主菜不錯,但是又不太適合當主菜,一來不值,二來有更好的選擇。

Buffet最讓我興奮的莫過於甜品環節,因為事前看過甜品區面積不大,所以才點了客主菜,不然主菜也省回。


先來的是TiramisuFruit TartBanana Cake
Banana Cake其實不是Cake,正確來說是酥吧!酥皮放太久變腍了,還好尚存牛油香,內裡是真正香蕉蓉,油香和蕉味夾起來原來也很不錯,如果是新鮮出爐的話,想必更好。
Fruit Cake最大的味道是檸檬,說是檸檬撻又不全然是,還有些很曖昧的味道,而且質感也不及檸檬撻裡的Lemon Curd幼滑,也不夠酸。撻皮是基本的油皮,尚算鬆脆,整體來說還不差。
Tiramisu的Rum酒味比咖啡味還要重,隱約能吃到Mascarpone Cheese的味道,夾心是手指餅,底層是巧克力蛋榚,如果酒味輕一點,咖啡味重一點,會更好,不過還是以Buffet來說,已是不錯,值得試。不過今天拿的這件是最後一件,後來也沒有Refill,要快手。

之後是Cheesecake無名的西米奶凍
Cheesecake是日式風格,蛋榚身是焗過的,輕身但不及常吃的Japanese Cheesecake,忌廉芝士味出而不會過濃,不算很好,不算很差。
西米奶凍是芒果味,芒果味比較特別,可能用的是不同品種的芒果,不像中式芒果布甸又不像真正的芒果雪榚,凝膠有點過多,很實,好的是西米夠腍吧。

再來的是Raspberry SorbetVanilla Ice-Cream和另一款Cheesecake
覆盆子雪芭十分天然,酸酸甜甜,見被打成蓉的覆盆子在雪芭裡。雪芭入口即蓉,不同雪榚,在口腔縈繞不散的不是奶味而是鮮果味,感覺健康得多。
雲呢拿雪榚果然有濃厚的雲呢拿味,雲呢拿籽沒有白下,質感自然較雪芭黏稠。
要說的話,這裡自家製的雪芭和雪榚難以分出勝負,各有各好。
另一款Cheesecake是芝士凍餅,質感較上面的Cheesecake滑,反而芝味沒那麼濃,大概是受間層的巧克力蛋榚和夾心櫻桃(不太確定是不是)影響吧,有點畫蛇添足之嫌。

再再再來的是Crème BrûléePanna Cotta,起初見這兩款被拿光光時直頭心碎了,幸好後來有Refill,真是太好了。

Crème Brûlée面層焦糖保持脆身,可是我覺得燒得過頭,苦味佔不少數。焗蛋不算粗糙也不算細滑,蛋味還香算濃,拿Paul Lafayet的來比是廢話,拿其他餅店來比又貶低這裡的,一場來到也可一試。
Panna Cotta是純奶味,完全沒有雲呢拿成份,不過這也無妨。奶味十分香濃,惟凝膠亦有點過量,上面的芒果奶凍說是要成形是無可厚非,但這款下那麼多凝膠有點說不過去,是失手吧!再說面頭的鮮果完完全全是多餘的,士多啤梨和芒果都很不成熟,都酸的,反而影響了整體形象。不過為了奶凍,這款都可一試。

再再再再再再來的是Mango SorbetLime Sorbet
芒果也許真的不是與常吃的是同一品種,或許這店採用的是西方常用的紅紅的芒果吧,所以味道大有不同。在我來說是怪異,在大眾來說來假、偽造、不天然。不當它是芒果,不以常用標準來說還是不錯的。
青檸味的酸味十足,又不至於酸得面容扭曲,像是飲Lemonade那種感覺,也同樣入口即融,值得一試。

最後點餐飲,是熱朱古力
可能在家裡自己煮的熱朱古力是用牛奶朱古力,所以在這裡飲的覺得可可濃度比較高,甜度也較低。不同常用忌廉和Plain的,這裡加了很很很很粗的奶泡,口感當然有點影響,但味道又很新奇。該說是是創新,還是多此一舉呢不過看鄰桌點的熱咖啡樣子詭異,點這款算是比較安全的選擇吧。

這家店最大的特色在於價格與裝潢不符,店外看上去像是很高級,但價格也相對其他Buffet便宜,或許是不想錯過午市放晏賺錢機會吧。看晚上的餐牌價格差十萬八千里,看來我還是無緣來這裡吃晚餐,中午再來還是有機會的。
另一特色是很多自助食物都沒有名字牌,很考舌頭,這也是一種樂趣。
待應們行動迅速,只是間中反應比較遲頓,不過都很友善,也算是不錯。
總括來說,兩個半小時的Semi Buffet,相宜的價格,值得一試。

Still on vacation, so finally had a chance to venture over to TST for lunch. The 2 of us both only had the semi lunch buffet without the main course ($118 + 10%, and we were stuffed by the end of the meal.

The salad bar made available romaine lettuce, potato & egg salad, fruit salad, parma ham, smoked salmon, seared tuna, mushroom with peas / beans, cherry tomatoes, pepper in olive oil, corn with peas, octopus in slightly spicy sauce (think Japanese style), and soup (cream of mushroom today).

The dessert bar had fruits (mixed, pineapple, cantaloupe, and watermelon), creme brulee, chocolate puff, cheesecakes, panna cotta, jelly with fruits, tiramisu, and homemade ice cream. The creme brulee, panna cotta, tiramisu, and ice cream were good while the cheesecakes were ok. Didn't try the others.

We were also given garlic bread and plain bread, and a cup of good coffee at the end.

Service was prompt and friendly. Would come back again!

一個天清氣朗,風和日麗的中午,特地前來享受一頓寫意的 Semi Buffet 午餐。這裡的環境可是好得沒說的。因為早在前一天已經來電訂座的關係,所以我倆可被安排坐在靠近落地玻璃的座位,面對著玻璃外優美宜人的風景。那澄明的藍天、飄逸的白雲、青翠的綠樹,加上馬路上來來往往的車輛、間有三三兩兩的行人在海旁大道經過,維港裡也有大大小小的船隻來回穿梭,可真是賞心悅目,令人心曠神怡。室外的景致是如斯的美,室內的環境也教人稱好,裝潢雅致,氣氛閒適,地方闊落,加上悠揚的歌聲在餐廳中盤旋迴蕩,更能使人放下心中的煩惱或忙碌的工作,靜靜地享受悠閒的一餐。這兒的 Semi Buffet 午餐假如只吃頭盤、湯和甜品的話,只用 $118,這當然是未計加一啦。要是加上主菜的話,則由 $138 至 $198不等,就以這日所見,最廉宜的是意大利銀魚柳蕃茄汁長通粉,最貴的則是炭燒澳洲羊扒配香草汁,都有五款選擇,豐儉由人。不過對於胃納不是太大的人來說,即使不吃主菜,相信也應該夠飽了。就像這天,我倆只是吃了頭盤、餐湯和甜品,都已經可以捧腹而回。這天的餐湯是「南瓜湯」,這湯味道是適中的,雖然未夠濃稠,尚算不錯。這裡的頭盤沙律款

這裡的環境可是好得沒說的

不過甜品櫃檯中總算有一樣東西帶來驚喜,令人滿意
。我說的是餐廳的自家製雪糕。不!正確點說,應該說是雪芭才對
。這天雖然有四款雪糕可選,但我其實只是試了「紅桑莓雪芭」和「青檸雪芭」而已,沒試其他兩款雪糕。兩款雪芭的味道都清新怡人,不過沒有那麼酸的「紅桑莓雪芭」始終帶有一點好像人工製成的藥水味道,未是我的最愛,那酸得來令人提神酸胃的「青檸雪芭」才是我的心水之選

因為這午餐的飲品除了咖啡、奶茶、檸茶等之外,還可以選朱古力,愛喝朱古力的我當然是揀朱古力啦!這杯「熱朱古力」層次分明,把它攪勻之後,味道也不錯
,不過就稍為甜了些,未算非常好喝。

雖然沒有酒店自助餐豐富,沒有生蠔,只有煙三文魚,但清新的沙律與精美的甜品,非常適合女士們口味,而且百多元的自助餐,不用拼命的狂吃,順其自然,吃得自在、輕怡。無論是情侶談心撐枱腳、姊妹們傾計聊天、或是一家大小老幼齊齊湊熱鬧享受天倫,這個 Semi Lunch Buffet 都能迎合客人需要。

十分滿意,所以已訂了位再來,還介紹了給其他朋友,但建議除非席上有無肉不歡的大男子漢,否則 Buffet Only 已十分足夠,大家可以不用再點主菜了!
