近來經常見到ig frds到荼香打卡,難得今日放假 終於約到朋友一齊去趁墟了!💕一來到門口已經俾佢簡約嘅歐式風佈置吸引住~好彩今日閒日人唔算多,等了大約十五分鐘就有位了!Beetroot Salad這道salad 用了新鮮的甜菜根、青椒、芝士、柚子和香料,口感清爽,混合了不同的味道,而且色彩鮮豔,味道豐富多層次,非常開胃。Clam Chowder 質地濃稠而不膩,蜆肉鮮味濃郁,配以麵包丁,湯入面仲加咗香草和牛油,令口感更加滑順,味道非常yummy!Tapenade Crostini麵包脆脆的,橄欖醬配以Para ham 同蕃茄碎嘅味道好配合,令人忍唔住一口接一口。Marinara Spaghetti意大利面的汁料濃郁,番茄味道濃郁而不過分,香菇同大蝦讓口感更加豐富,整體味道不錯~Black Angus肉質非常嫩滑,煎得恰到好處,配上蒜頭,口感味道都一流!Striploin肉質鮮嫩多汁,外焦裡嫩,搭配香濃嘅醬汁,入口油香四溢。

颱風過境,靜謐的午後,與友人相約上環。一般人不敢隨便用「荼」一字,今天倒是要品嚐一番荼香滋味。1⃣️鵝肝醬多士清新的柚子味醬,細細淺嚼,香濃的鵝肝入口即化,為接下來的菜式打開味蕾。2⃣️番茄意粉橄欖、芝士、番茄蓉,酸而不膩。3⃣️香煎鱸魚食材新鮮,配菜也頗具心思。蘆筍清甜,配汁濃郁,鹹度恰到好處。薯仔經過烤焗,外焦內軟,齒頰留香。更喜歡餐廳的法國名字Galet,只幾公分的圓潤,時間和水,為她修飾了億萬年,獨一無二的鵝卵石。

餐廳無A La Carte Menu,得一個指定嘅Set Lunch/Set Dinner,午市同晚市都需要訂位,而每隔一段時間就會轉一個Menu,希望帶到多啲驚喜同新菜式比食客🍽。我今次晚上食嘅Tasting Menu承惠$880一位,包括有麵包、前菜、湯、海鮮、主菜、甜品同飲品共7樣嘢,唔好以為法國餐喺貴夾唔飽,其實食完都真喺捧住個肚走🤣,加上有咁多古董陪伴左右,就好似一邊食法國菜一邊欣賞住古董展覽咁🪞

有啲餐廳會選擇加入蟹肉同蝦肉,令龍蝦湯嘅鮮甜香味更加突出,但荼香就堅持全用波士頓龍蝦去熬製出濃湯🦞,飲落每啖都喺濃烈嘅龍蝦香味,加埋忌廉湯嘅質感飲落就更加濃厚😋
