選用 mini mozzarella cheese、櫻桃番茄及菊苣沙津菜,配上蜜糖芥末紅菜頭汁,感覺清新輕爽,通常外間餐廳只用普通黑醋汁,所以今次食起嚟非常之有驚喜


一開始食到輕盈嘅甜味及淺淡嘅芥末芳香,去到尾韻有新鮮嘅紅菜頭汁,雖然配搭唔算新奇,但從微細位足以透露出主廚對味道嘅執着
