「利苑」是香港中菜名店之一,雖然它並不是酒店的中菜廳,但幾近全部店舖均能入選米芝蓮星級榜,雖然全部都只是一星,可也得來不易,殊不簡單,足見「利苑」的食品質素甚有保証,品管做得甚佳。「利小館」雖是「利苑」的副線,食物的質素也十分不賴。雖然今年這間小館子被米芝蓮的評審除去了一星的銜頭,但這天到來吃午飯,所試的各款鹹甜點心和麵食,個人覺得蠻不錯呢!這天來到這間「利小館」,因為剛過了午飯時間,所以即時便可入座。放眼四望,這間小館子的裝潢陳設雖算不上豪華,都算骨子企理,侍應的效率也頗為勤快。隨便地叫了數款點心,加上廚師推介飯麵之一的 「龍蝦湯海皇刀削麵」作這天的午餐。「龍蝦湯海皇刀削麵」雖說是龍蝦湯,也無疑是有鮮甜味,但其實自己不太能吃得出龍蝦的味道來。相比起西式的龍蝦湯,我可是喜歡西式的多得多了。刀削麵其實自己極少吃到,這裡的刀削麵煙煙韌韌的,口感還算不錯。至於所謂的「海皇」呢?無非是兩隻已切成數段的蝦、兩隻味道尚甜的小帶子和兩件煎過的薄魚柳而已,不過整體來說,這廚師推介的特式麵食還是不妨一試的。點心方面,這次所叫的鹹點包括同樣是廚師推介的 「蘿蔔絲酥餅」和另外兩款點心 「蜂巢芋盒」與 「蠔皇

。相比起西式的龍蝦湯,我可是喜歡西式的多得多了。刀削麵其實自己極少吃到,這裡的刀削麵煙煙韌韌的,口感還算不錯。至於所謂的「海皇」呢?無非是兩隻已切成數段的蝦、兩隻味道尚甜的小帶子和兩件煎過的薄魚柳而已,不過整體來說,這廚師推介的特式麵食還是不妨一試的。

要特別一提的是這天我還叫來了一小杯「瘦身美白鮮榨檸檬汁」。不要說我寫得那麼詳細,因為我之所以會叫來這杯清茶以外的凍飲,一方面固然是因為它只售 $5 一杯,實在便宜
,另一方面也是因為想感受一下它怎麼能夠幫助我瘦身和美白
。以迷你小杯子盛載著的這杯檸檬汁份量確是少,要是不就著來飲的話,真是三數口便可以把它一飲而盡,至於味道呢?因為完全沒有加糖的關係,所以既酸且苦,可算是另類的滋味
,不過就確有開胃消滯的功效
。至於有否瘦身美白的功效,那我就不得而知了

這小籠包賣相有趣...扁扁的...像坐著的小姑娘

6:30p.m.到,剛剛好有位,之後D人都開始要等位。枱與枱之間較近,不太適合傾偈GATHERING。菜肉生煎飽,OK,唔係多汁果種,但好軟熟,好味!口水雞:我第一次食,雞幾滑,很惹味,食完個口有少少麻痺的感覺,辣度剛剛好,$50多都有10件左右。蚵仔琵琶豆腐:食唔到一粒粒的蚵仔,但吃到蚵仔的香味。琵琶豆腐的竹質感與一般食開嘅唔同,這款是乾身的,有8件,吃到第3件已覺太乾。燒賣:即叫即做咁,超熱,裡面有蝦,唔會好似酒樓咁多肥豬肉,很好味!龍蝦湯海鮮刀削麵:個湯雖然唔太飲得出龍蝦味,但湯本身味也頗濃。蝦、帶子、魚塊各有2件,每件也鮮甜,唔似普通雪藏貨。刀削麵也很滑,時間掌握得好。

今天又是追星日,但此星不同彼星,追星是為了品嚐美味的食物,所以此星正是米芝蓮星。早在他們開始營業時,我已對它有濃厚的興趣,特別是他們的冰燒三層肉。是晚八時多,不用等候即可安排入座,回想初開時,沒有一兩小時也未能入座,現在則輕鬆得多。被安排坐在大廳邊的座位,枱與枱之間排得相當擠迫,感覺很不舒適。不過舒適與否也是其次,食物質素才最要緊。雖然只有二人,可是都叫了五樣食物。先到來的是雞絲粉皮,這個很普通的前菜,很少會難吃的。雞絲及青瓜絲切得幼細,能配合順滑的粉皮,麻醬也帶有濃郁的芝麻香,不錯不錯。梨山醬汁骨煲雖是甜了一點,不過亦算惹味,排骨選用上帶點肥膏的,能令吃起來甘香一些,可是醬汁太杰,凍了後,像漿糊似的黏在一起,而且還很肥膩。這個四季豆唔夠乾身,但勝在夠爽脆,用上老干媽來炒,美味之餘,亦帶點辣,刺激胃口。終於,點心來了,我自小已對鍋貼情有獨鍾,只看外表,煎得金黃香脆,已十分吸引。當咬開鬆脆的外皮,內裡仍然流著鮮甜的肉汁,著實煎得不錯。到最後,大食的我有點不夠喉,還是點了一道鱔糊炒拉麵。麵質太過腍身,沒有彈牙的口感,而且鹼水味太重。鱔糊方面是處理的不錯,可是被拉麵的質素拖累了,幸好味道烹調

雖然貴為有星食肆,但質素明顯不及利苑,雖然是利苑的Young Line,但與其質素不能保證,還是做回利苑的級數好了。如下次再次到臨,真的要試一試招牌的小籠包及冰燒三層肉。

四川擔擔麵: 濃稠而飽濟的花生醬湯就是我用來形容這個湯底, 但基本上一般也會朝著這個方針去做擔擔麵, 味道結合著那麻且辣為目標, 非常明確, 但認為辣度可輕微調低,而麻的感覺更後來追趕了。麵質與豬肉也合格, 只恨份量太大亦非常飽濟, 絕非我的心水。

伙記人數不小, 但絕不勤快, 不會主動加茶收碟, 服務費是可慳回的。

reached restaurant 9pm and have to wait 4 mins to be seated even when there are empty tables and restaurant was just over half full. was served 3 glass of 'house tea' and a piece of chinese order paper handed over, stress to lady that we don't read chinese and finally menu was presented. no recommendations (maybe we are not locals) and definitely not helpful when have to write orders for us.dinner went on quite usual until time to pay. can't believe we were charged $9 for three glasses of 'house

dinner went on quite usual until time to pay. can't believe we were charged $9 for three glasses of 'house tea'. when asked about this, the lady says $3 per glass comes with free refill, then why hasn't our tea refilled thorughout dinner? other customers in other tables get their refill. she then called one of the waiters to fill up our glass, come on, we have asked for the bill and ready to leave. and we have to pay 10% service charge on top of that? for what? first we were asked to take our own orders, 'house tea' wasn't refill, food was just served without greetings and every staff member was just standing by service counter talking. 2 young chefs (uniform very dirty, unbutton and kept strocking their hair) walked out and started talking with the group of waiters. no one seems to care for the customers.

the food was just OK, some local 'cha chan teng' serves better food and definitely provide better service. how they get that star is a mystery.

招牌蜜汁叉燒 全家都喜歡吃叉燒,而利苑的叉燒遠近馳名,不得不點一碟試試,$78一碟,只得一條開二左右,味道充滿蜜味,因肥瘦相間,肉質份外鬆化和多汁,吃靚叉燒,配白飯最正,飯的熱力將叉燒的汁和油都流在飯上,好味到不得了,但今晚還有其他菜式,不點白飯了。
清炒蝦球 一碟有十來隻已去殼去腸,沒有配菜的蝦球,連汁醬料頭都沒有下,味道清淡,蝦球爽口新鮮,唯蝦味不彰,是養蝦之故?
飄香荷葉飯 看食評是多人點之物,唯我們皆覺得味道不過爾爾,材料不多,荷葉香味也欠奉,是加了醬油炒過的飯。
斑球煎麵 麵條幼得像絲線,煎炸至香脆,幾塊斑球加了些少紅椒蔥段同炒,魚味濃郁,紅椒的輕觸式微辣更凸顯魚的鮮味,大家都受落。

先前二妹已送了蛋糕來我家,這裏的甜品只好略過。吃過生日飯,也許了生日願望,只想家中各人身體健康,相親相愛。

跟媽媽在時代廣場找地方吃晚飯,選了利小館,竟然不用等位,有點意外。涼拌海蜇味道偏濃。蘿蔔絲酥餅非常好吃,一點油膩的感覺也沒有。五香牛肉拉麵卻叫人失望,以後不會再來吃拉麵。光顧利小館的話,一定要試這個小籠包。本來一客有四個,有一個在拍照前已被媽媽夾走了。

今晚放工之後同幾個中學同學去左食上海野..叫左個醉雞..擔擔麵..小籠包...蘿蔔絲捲..etc..擔擔麵唔係太夠味..得個辣字..醉雞都係普通啦..小籠包就唔係太夠熱...呢間上海餐廳真係麻麻..好普通..不過好就好在幾抵食...食左咁多野都係每人70-80蚊左右...但係講真如果要我揀食上海菜..我唔會特登再黎呢間食啦...因為其實附近仲有好多其他既選擇..如果想食抵食既上海菜既話..呢間都係一個唔錯既選擇!!!

炸銀絲卷:不過不失,仲有煉奶俾你點黎食!

小籠包:一籠四隻,雖然未有入口即爆湯情況出現,味道都算OK啦!

高力豆沙:一碟三粒,每粒暖暖輕軟!略嫌D豆沙餡太少,而且得三隻唔太夠喉!
