以前都成日嚟呢度飲茶,自從有一次係因佢嘅服務態度差, 又串, 冇嚟一段時間。今日重臨舊地, 侍應嘅服務態度來一個大改變, 帶位嗰個竟然話你咁耐都冇嚟呀? 嘩,我冇聽錯嗎? 而成餐飯服務態度又好。 海山脆雞翼$38呢一碟真係好考廚師嘅功夫,雞翼入面冇血水,仲係熱嘅, 而且仲帶有少少嘅南乳香味。日式木魚燒茄子$45茄子處理得好好呀! 唔會成口油,又唔會淋,仲係有咬口嘅。 原隻蒸蝦餃$42蝦餃無論係皮同餡都做得好,做到所謂嘅皮薄餡靚。雪檸包呢個雪嶺餐包入面唔係叉燒餡,係奶黃餡喎! 都好食嘅,不過我都係鍾意食叉燒鹹多啲。以下飯, 湯, 米鴨係一個套餐 $398冇荷葉飯,就叫楊州炒飯啲飯炒得太過乾啦! 好難吞得落。沙溪燒米鴨 (半隻)米鴨燒得好嫩滑, 好有肉汁,但個醬汁有啲鹹。 老火湯呢啲煲湯肉望落好似乾爭爭我一舊都冇食到。 留番俾我同事食啦! 個湯第一碗好鹹,因為係老火湯,第二碗冇咁鹹。

每年母親節,越考順嘅子女就會越頭痛,因為要帶呀媽出街食一餐去威吓但又唔可以太油太鹹太凍太難坐太貴太。。。。。但今年利苑幫到我!六位用八餸一湯都係$2288。炒蝦球粒粒都好新鮮好大隻,又有鵝掌鮑魚又有燒鴨,其中個冬瓜海中寶更係我的最愛!清得黎消暑!唯一要彈嘅就係個壽包!雖然個樣好靚但係飽身好鞋口!But well, 母親們無投訴,又真係難能可貴。

I host 12 western country guests for dinner, Food is good and their manager very helpful to give me suggestion of ordering food, I brought bottle of Sake and charge of BYO is 250hk per bottle. During a week in hk, I have tried China club, Hk club and other local restaurants like Lei garden, I have to say it is good restaurant but not the top local restaurant in town, but for my foreign friends they are all happy with it. 今天同J嫲嫲來灣仔利苑飲茶,這裡離嫲嫲家只是一街之隔,曾幾何時都是飯堂之一。當年的灣仔利苑場面墟堪,一位難求,現在雖然都是長旺,但和以前已相差甚遠。這冰燒三層肉我已吃了無數次,今次的實在太瘦了,連嫲嫲都說沒以前好吃。但勝在肉味濃,皮亦燒得夠脆。黑松露包就嚟去到邊度都有得食,我亦開心見到利苑有新點心。可惜的是做得沒其他食肆出色。皮太厚,餡料不夠多,而且造型亦不夠細緻。柴魚花主粥沒下味精,味道中規中矩。這裡的"紅油抄手"曾是我的致愛,但現在吃起來又不覺特別。坊間的水準及競爭力都不斷上升,利苑就算做到質素保持都難免被比下去。山竹牛肉球真的是十分普通,以前的高湯牛肉球好吃一千倍。叉燒腸粉都算是皮薄餡靚。雪菜肉絲炆米的味道好好,雪菜亦是脆脆的,幾特別。奶黃餐包焗得皮夠脆,奶黃又不過甜,quite nice。雷沙湯圓是嫲嫲的致愛,好彩水準保持,糯米皮依舊熱辣辣,芝麻蓉亦超流心。最後都係嗰句 "不進則退",香港是一個殘酷的社會....

今日我又心血來潮,跟細佬一起去了灣仔的利苑酒家,這好似是我印象中的第二次喇。今鋪梗系點翻之前未試過嘅食物喇。臘味煲仔飯性價比很高,價錢不貴,但系一個煲仔飯真的很多分量。米飯是很多的,是硬硬的那種,很岩細佬的口味,咁多分量都岩曬男仔食量喇。臘味是很正宗的家裡的臘味,油膩中帶點瘦的。米飯是加了一點醬料的,撈完之後就很入味。青菜是麻麻地。沒什麼特別,嫩是嫩的,我鐘意落蒜香爆炒的。烤鴨皮始終是我最愛的燒鴨的一部分,餅皮不是很好,雖然不是很厚,但系加上醬同蔥之後味道還算可以吧,燒鴨是裡面的精華,入口蔥味好濃。總的價錢好平。

長輩於灣仔「利苑酒家」宴客,小肥乃當晚唯一有份出席o既後輩,深感榮幸萬分 。晚宴設於餐廳內一間私人房間內,十二人一席,舒適又鬆動,可惜洗手間卻設位大堂外,令女士們都略帶微言 ,故小肥不得不扣下一分環境分。可能主人家係熟客仔啦,帶有鄉音o既幾位女侍應雖然唔係太過熟手,不過都頗為殷勤有禮,如果可以自動為客人加添埋酒水及不時更換不潔o既餐具,相信下次o既服務分會更高 。桌上菜單可見,海鮮夜宴非常豐富 。就連每位客人面前都獨立擺放有四款醬油,由左起分別為話梅汁、XO醬、翡翠芥辣及紫天椒,以扇形o既四格碟承載,大方別緻。人一到齊,好快就有四味江南小品食,當中小肥因怕食到魚骨,所以冇食到「椒鹽九肚魚」同「煎釀虎皮椒」。 江南小品之話梅石榴:滲過話梅汁o既石榴粒酸甜爽脆,非常醒胃。 江南小品之冰燒三層肉:意外地,冰燒三層肉轉咗一圈後仍然好夠熱,前菜不但層次分明,第一口已覺皮層香脆,肉質爽口彈牙,而且好夠肉汁,不需點上任何醬汁都已經好好味 。 生拆蟹肉撈起翅:小肥真係見識少,只係食過乾食o既炒桂花翅同濕食o既魚翅湯,於宴會中第一次認識到原來翅都可以玩撈起,亦即食客可自選是否及如何加湯

今日兩圍臺,共約30幾人,點左好多菜。基本上分量都好細,但系做工精緻。細細籠蝦餃,真系唔知道點食得飽。最中意食呢度嘅貢菜,爽爽脆脆,仲有小小辣,好惹味。燒腩仔都系精粹,皮燒到好鬆脆,但系一D都唔硬,脂肪同瘦肉比例好均勻,唔會肥膩。點上芥末醬,真系一流。今日仲點左個乾炒牛河,油而不膩,肉片切到好薄,一D都唔韌,少許XO醬調味,更加惹味。海鮮泡飯,好似系龍蝦湯底,炸過的飯,好香脆,吸收了湯的味道,特別好味。
