2024年我做咗唔少正確嘅決定雖然咁講有啲浮誇但其中一個正確決定係揀嚟Locanda幫屋企兩位山羊寶寶慶生認識Aedas在先佢哋嘅手工意粉好食到超班而Locanda頂著米芝蓮餐廳光環多少令我期待晚餐喺入黑時分享7點正同家人用散步嘅姿態沿電車路走入跑馬地好鍾意跑馬地嘅寧靜悠閒論氛圍總覺得呢邊比起CWB同中環更適合同重要嘅人約會晚飯嚟到餐廳感覺同Aedas好唔同舒適嘅白光與白色餐枱布餐廳空間不大一個小走廊右邊係open kitchen可以欣賞食物製作過程亦係距離食物香氣最接近嘅地方幾驚喜係即便只係小走廊之隔但完全唔會感受到過份嘅油煙氣息至於用餐體驗我會形容係200分咁圓滿從餐前嘅薄脆片與自家製酸種麵包開始我就好enjoy吃過Aedas嘅Focaccia 就對Locanda serving 嘅麵包有好高期望當然亦冇令我失望薄脆配自家製嘅蕃茄CC spread,蕃茄風味好開胃至於酸程完全係my cup of tea混進大量黑橄欖 &青橄欖加上rich tenacity 嘅olive oil 我覺得自己大概可以食兩個! 而整個體驗from stater到dessert幾乎無可挑剔唯一可惜係家人唔

總覺得呢邊比起CWB同中環更適合同重要嘅人約會晚飯

嚟到餐廳
感覺同Aedas好唔同
舒適嘅白光與白色餐枱布
餐廳空間不大
一個小走廊右邊係open kitchen
可以欣賞食物製作過程
亦係距離食物香氣最接近嘅地方
幾驚喜係即便只係小走廊之隔
但完全唔會感受到過份嘅油煙氣息

至於用餐體驗
我會形容係200分咁圓滿
從餐前嘅薄脆片與自家製酸種麵包開始我就好enjoy
吃過Aedas嘅Focaccia 就對Locanda serving 嘅麵包有好高期望
當然亦冇令我失望
薄脆配自家製嘅蕃茄CC spread,蕃茄風味好開胃
至於酸程完全係my cup of tea
混進大量黑橄欖 &青橄欖
加上rich tenacity 嘅olive oil
我覺得自己大概可以食兩個!

一上菜還以為點錯,這款西班牙紅蝦長得有點驚人!蝦肉肉質嫩口彈牙,而店中最出名的手工意粉真的名不虛傳😍每條都很有口感,煙韌得來是十分彈牙!另一要提及的是由紅蝦蝦膏煮成的醬汁,味道十分濃郁,每條意粉都掛汁,啖啖都充滿紅蝦的鮮味。

今晚去跑馬地食意大利菜,小店風格,簡單又有氣派。服務貼心,以下三個菜式都係店員為我推介。自家製麵包鬆脆,食吾停Fassone Piedmontese 生牛肉非常新鮮,醃製味道非常美味,有少少檸檬酸味,刺激味蕾,食完好開胃。Caviar Tagliolini 魚子醬非常多,意粉煙靭熟度剛剛好,味道好特別,第一次食這個味道非常難忘,必食推介。Carabinero Linguine 選用西班牙甜蝦,這隻蝦全長大過手板,燒香半山熟處理,蝦頭仲有好多膏,意粉煙靭彈牙,每一條意粉食到蝦頭膏及酒香味道,這道菜廚師處理得非常之好都係必點之一。每一道菜都有廚師的創作及特色,多重味道令我非常有驚喜。

Locanda dell' Angelo.. 跑馬地一個意大利角落,好好的喝一口,吃的可能是全香港最貴的Pasta之一。想不到才20+的位置,也有5個年輕Chef在開放的小厨房,忙得手忙腳亂。當你吃意大利菜,肯定先要品嚐他店的麵包,鬆軟程度,配佐的橄欖油醋,也就可定性他的水平,所以過關。冷盤的火腿,連蜜瓜也不配,未免太咸了!芝士焗露筍,不明為何加小塊脆火腿,繼續咸香??M7 slow cook steak 的Risotto ,意大利菜飯,不太會欣賞,不過牛肉倒是很好吃。魚籽酱Pasta,麵條好有咬口,一口魚子醬,又是咸香??煎焗馬友魚,肯定比國外的海鱸,更有魚味,不過老外做魚總是多舊魚,不用給我中國人胃了!慢烹鴿子肉,嫩口多汁,但好像只差一點點。不過服務是老西餐的高級服務,殖民地的傳統找回,如果偶爾為之,可以一吃,性價比$1200/位,有更多選擇了!
