有微微的橙香, 但同時也帶很濃郁的Whiskey味, 喝完一整杯, 馬上變通紅, 在這個聖誕節增添不少氣氛呢~

最近我同朋友去咗銅鑼灣Tower 535嘅Lounge Hakuba,呢間日式居酒屋真係好正!佢哋有個二人套餐,$650就可以享受到11道菜,性價比高到爆!一開始就嚟咗前菜刺身,芥末八爪魚味道鮮甜,啖啖都好有口感炙燒北海道帆立貝,外焦內嫩,出色炙燒三文魚就更不得了,燒完都保持肉質滑嫩,仲好肥美炸物方面,唐揚炸豆腐外脆內軟,配上少少椒鹽,好開胃至於甜甜辣辣炸雞,外面酥脆,裡面肉質鮮嫩,辣味同甜味搭配剛剛好,口感好豐富卷物方面,壽喜燒牛肉卷令人印象深刻,牛肉嫩滑,配合甜甜的壽喜燒醬,真係唔想停口,好想encore!串燒系列都好精彩,紫蘇雞腿肉清新又香,明太子山藥滑溜得來又有鹹香,金菇肥牛卷同溏心蛋豚肉卷都好好味,特別係溏心蛋豚肉卷,第一次食呢個組合嘅食物! 鹹香嘅豚肉包住濃郁蛋黃,好juicy主菜嘅壽喜燒牛脊肉炒烏冬,牛脊肉炒得剛好,配合Q彈烏冬,調味好,食完好滿足最後,甜品方面嘅烏龍茶牛奶布甸,好香滑唔會太甜~飲品方面,佢哋嘅Cocktail都幾好味。我試咗Refreshing Herbal Ginger,Gin同薑味配合得好好,口感清新;另一款Refreshing Wachini就有青

飲品方面,佢哋嘅Cocktail都幾好味。我試咗Refreshing Herbal Ginger,Gin同薑味配合得好好,口感清新;另一款Refreshing Wachini就有青瓜味同微辣的wasabi,好有驚喜,wasabi 令成杯cocktail 好fresh ! 擺盤都極有心思,好適合打卡!

Lounge Hakuba嘅二人套餐真係唔可以錯過,每道菜都好用心,味道又好,環境又舒服,絕對會再返嚟呢
