it was raining so we couldnt sit outdoors🥲 the food is alright but not really worth the price. the vibe is really nice though and they have sockets so you can charge your computer if ure working there!this cafe also transforms to a bar a night so u can have drinks and shisha outdoors🍸HKD$100-200 pp for lunchwill revisit? maybe for studying or drinks

- Shi Sha (omakase)
自己係第一試到omakase嘅shisha,基本上係講低你想要邊類嘅味,然後三個等級入面揀一個適合嘅~
真係已經唔太記得個味🙈 因為我哋講話想要fruity+mint,所以味道大概都係咁🤣不過真係好buzz,啲煙做到火災🌬環境加shisha真係好chill,不過建議大家量力而為,因為真係好足料🤣🤣🤣


環境:銅鑼灣鬧市有一個咁chill嘅地方,真係好正,而且呢個價錢、食物質素、環境,cp值高👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
店員:我哋一早5點就去食飯🤣所以無book位,一開始知道我哋會食shisha,就帶咗我哋坐室外,做得返啲矮枱食飯唔舒服,佢哋都願意換返入室內+留咗個個位俾我哋食shisha,食shisha個陣又會keep住關心+換炭,整體服務好貼心✨✨✨

然後等左成半個鐘,都未有野食,同時見到隔離枱遲大嘅10分鐘入座,份三文治都到咗,我哋問個staff,過多幾分鐘先出到個carbonara,即係carbonara已經等左35分鐘


已經餓到手軟,份量又唔係多,我哋仲要兩個人share。味道正常(本身味道唔差,但搞到我地心情非常差)


10分鐘內整到嘅carbonara佢要35分鐘,我本來都可以當佢多單太忙,但見到兩枱遲過我哋入座都食緊,等夠45分鐘,我同staff講我已經等左45分鐘,要取消個soba,佢淨係「哦好」一句唔好意思都冇



之後到埋單都好似當冇事發生過咁,我叫埋其他staff黎,話點解你哋可以食物咁耐都出唔到又唔跟又唔催,做唔到又唔出聲,要人等大半個鐘結果冇得食仲一句sorry都冇,叫佢哋叫負責人嚟,結果佢哋走左,負責人又唔嚟



搞到我哋發火,負責人先肯嚟,仲要話因為廚房做野有唔同工序,以為咁就可以耍走我哋


佢完全唔明呢個根本唔係理由,佢自己都識得講一份食物expect 15-20分鐘出到


做得唔好又唔肯講sorry,仲要問左兩三次邊個staff喺我話要cancel都唔識講唔好意思,你做餐廳連個product都未俾到人,淨係concern某一個staff嘅表現!?


負責人想用呢啲野嚟distract我地,發覺distract唔到我哋就發爛渣話我哋唔係解決問題
佢嘅工作態度同我屋企樓下嘅看更阿伯一樣咁差!!!


負責人唔話廚房有問題,唔肯承認廚房做得唔好,仲要客人去理解廚房運作,根本係負責人唔識處理,仲好意思發脾氣



我同負責人講「我去食片皮鴨,人哋講到明即叫即燒要等一個鐘,我等,冇問題。」


你唔講,我叫嘅嘢食又唔係要煮好耐好多功夫嘅嘢,都等45分鐘,仲想hea 我地幾句就算!?


好好處理咪唔洗我哋大聲講俾所有人知囉!!


再誇張啲嘅係:行到出門口有另一枱問「你地都冇得食呀?我哋等左個幾鐘,啲staff先話整唔到..」


做唔到,一係早啲同客人講,一係直接唔好做餐廳,而唔係唔出聲、浪費人哋時間、連對唔住都唔講、仲要對住個客發脾氣!



成間餐廳得一個後生仔staff係工作同服務態度正常,得佢有alert到我哋啲野食好耐都未到

Very dishonest place. They did not advertise the requirement to purchase 2 drinks. I asked the waitress to give us 2 glasses of water, and then to charge us the minimum drink cost, to which she agreed. (The cheapest was coffee, for $38.) But when we received the bill, they had charged us $68 a glass for the water. I complained, to which the waitress just responded "sorry." The food was alright, but soured by the dishonesty.

✅ Carbonara udon. 烏冬係粗既,幾彈牙有咬口😚 carbonara汁比較杰,只夠啱啱包到每一條烏冬。食落味道唔係好creamy,但有蛋味🤔 配料只係用左啲煙肉片同大量木魚碎,所以一上枱啲木魚會跳下跳下。如果味道可以creamy啲,冇咁dry會更好,不過真係好中意佢個烏冬的質感😬

✅ Beef sando. 呢個都可以叫!有啲地方的beef sando好貴,呢個就係平民版🤣 2塊麵包都有烘過,不過略嫌烘得太乾🤨 入面有啲生菜,炸洋蔥,去襯托D BBQ汁洋蔥炒牛肉粒。呢個BBQ汁好加分,令到入面的洋蔥散發甜味。牛肉粒可以見到小小粉紅色,係啲邊位有小小韌😌 呢碟真係好食,特別個醬料唔會過鹹🥰

終於開番晚市, 一定要約朋友CHILL下~突然好想食水煙, 不過其實我好怕去D燈光昏暗又焗又多人既環境, 最好係可以同朋友有D空間傾下計。今次呢到係朋友帶我黎, 去到門口以為係高級日本餐, 一踏入去其實入面好似新式既木系日式小CAFÉ。 原來別有洞天~~再出到OUTDOOR, 係一大片草地~~(當然係假既XD) 然後好CAUSAL坐低飲下野既感覺, 重點係, Eason 既歌播得好大聲, 好港味好鍾意。同室內完全唔同感覺! 星期五是Happy Friday 見評價不錯特意訂位留座坐下後服務員看見我們徘徊不定,主動前來介紹飲料著力介紹我們酒精飲料方面,畢竟是酒吧。可是來到後飲料外貌並未像侍應吹捧的模樣般華麗,記得她還是極力推介這杯樣貌絕對適合拍照。不打緊,食物的味道尚算俗,心情未受影響。可是卻發生了一年不愉快的事情,我們點了一道烏冬,在吃過四、五個餐點後,烏冬還未上菜,那時我們已用餐1小時了,按道理應是漏單,看見餐廳在忙,心想既然未到也不著急,不如就取消好了。可是服務員竟回答我們,如果廚房已準備就不能取消了,假如這句說話是在半小時前說的,我與友人也不至於這樣憤怒,可是現在的情況明顯是漏掉訂單,怎麼還要我們承擔你們的失誤呢?這絕對是我百思不解的事情,漏了,沒關係的,商討一個最合適的方法就可以,可是卻把結果強行付諸於客人身上,真在是不可取的態度。最後另一位同事上菜時,竟說下:「呢個係你地加單嘅烏冬。」腦袋上一萬個問號❓結果顯然易見,的確是你們失誤了。希望這個評價可以讓你們更進一步,只能說是次經濟不如理想。
