老公生日正在頭痕去邊度食飯, 偶然睇到伍蛇社交平台好介紹話,依度嘅叉燒好好食。。。 第一次嚟啓德站,第一次行airside,真係大鄉里出城。 嵐月在level3,好容易搵。嚟之前,已經諗定必食黑毛豬叉燒,蘋果木燒雞同石獅子芝麻糕。。。 打卡嘛點知嚟到之後發現有套餐,份量剛剛好,因為我哋得兩個人,如果散叫,一碟叉燒一碟雞,加一碟菜,已經食唔到其他嘢。反而套餐可以試多幾道菜式。我哋加多咗一個浸菜苗,同石獅子芝麻糕for打卡用。 頭盤3個小食都不錯,較遜色嘅係鵝肝配油炸鬼。鵝肝略嫌唔夠香,但面有一層薄薄嘅熱情果啫喱,食起上嚟冇咁肥膩。 黑毛豬叉燒略肥,反而鹹水角好乾身,外皮乾脆軟糯,唔油膩,好味。 主菜最正係24小時慢煮牛肋骨。另外個湯都真材實料,鮮甜。總之食完返屋企唔口渴。如果真係要揀最失色,應該係最後嘅焦糖蛋布丁。可能唔係唔啱我哋口味。BTW,見到藝員Zoie Tam都係座上客。埋單盛惠1800。合理。

黑毛豬叉燒略肥,反而鹹水角好乾身,外皮乾脆軟糯,唔油膩,好味。

主菜最正係24小時慢煮牛肋骨。
另外個湯都真材實料,鮮甜。總之食完返屋企唔口渴。

如果真係要揀最失色,應該係最後嘅焦糖蛋布丁。可能唔係唔啱我哋口味。

BTW,見到藝員Zoie Tam都係座上客。

臨時冇訂枱嚟食,門口裝修環境唔錯,高檔路線。廢事諗食乜,叫咗個set。油炸鬼配鴨肝醬,中規中矩,鴨肝同埋個油炸鬼配嚟食,個脆口感覺,鴨肝醬嘅味道,加埋少少橘子醬嘅啫喱配合得幾好。叉燒配鹹水角,呢個敗筆,叉燒係腍,但太多source 太Creamy痴牙太濃味.都食唔到啲肉味鹹水角個餡太淡,可能因為叉燒個醬太濃亦都唔夠熱。有個牛肋肉,肉味淋度都好好,都係唔夠熱,個Source就太濃太厚身但味道都OK有個有個斑腩件,件魚炸得好好嘅味道都唔錯,只係舊魚仲熱過啲source .食落去口感好怪。中間嗰幾條大涌都係凍嘅啲草青味勁突出蟹肉薏米炆冬瓜,成個味道其實好balance,蟹肉同埋嗰個冬瓜嘅調味做得唔錯,只係夠冬瓜應該要炆腍啲有個香菇香蔥拌麵,普普通通之後有個炭燒布甸,都係中規中矩如果呢個環境以上呢個咁樣嘅菜單組合,佢收六百幾蚊一位已經好fail,吏啲都唔值。

食過嵐月好多次,水準一直keep得好好,員工友善,已經成為咗我必揀餐廳,推介近來香港超高水準中餐廳!點心同小菜都好好食,梨子鹹水角外型得意味道又好,松露炒飯連唔鐘意食飯嘅人都添飯😋 叉燒一樣出色,小食同XO醬係自家制,出面都買唔到,食到唔停口!腸粉皮薄餡靚,有個龍蝦汁蝦腐皮卷呢個都推薦,有個冬陰功小籠包塊葉葉都食得,用餐環境又舒適,起碼唔會話限時要趕你走,蝦餃好好食,有一個牛肉酥喺出邊食唔到,呢個全枱人都大讚!推薦!
