Airside係美食集中地,今次我地揀左間網上評價唔錯嘅中式fine dining食晚飯。餐廳裝修好有格調,有好多綠色嘅植物擺設,感覺好似置身大自然一樣。我地叫左佢地個signature 菜柑柚黑鱈魚。啲魚肉好鮮嫩,炸得恰到好處,外脆內軟。柑柚嘅酸甜味道同黑鱈魚嘅鮮味相襯得好好,提升左味道嘅層次。魚肉彈牙脆口,再配上微微嘅柑柚香氣。西班牙黑豚肉叉燒。黑豚肉質好冧,肥瘦比例適中,咬落去口感好豐富。叉燒表面燒烤得微微焦香,內裡仍然保持著好juicy嘅口感。蘋果木燻泰安雞,煙燻味道淡淡地籠罩住整道菜。一打開蓋,香氣四溢。蘋果木嘅煙燻香氣好特別,令味道更加豐富。每一啖都好滋味,加上雞肉燻得恰到好處,好嫩滑多汁。皇帝蟹脆米泡飯係我地今晚嘅主食。泡飯湯頭非常鮮甜,而蟹肉份量好多,鮮甜彈牙。脆米增加咗食物嘅層次感,令味道更加豐富。甜品嘅石獅芝麻糕造型非常精緻,打咭一流,為呢餐晚飯畫上完美句號。

我們也是被這裡的食評影響了,想在airside找一家中餐廳,見到好評挺多,沒有細看就去了!到今天中伏了才細看食評,那些好評內容接近,日期亦非常相近,天天都有人要留好評😵‍💫服務態度很差,多次都有人留評語說經理有問題,他們應該是不在意的,所以沒有要去改善,男性員工態度很差,食物價錢與酒店差不多,茶錢$28,但這不要緊,要食物及服務正常,我諗商場熱朝過後,應小人去很多,因為真的不會想回頭,好奇的去一次就知道…

今天中午同同事去試新嘢,由於是即興,沒有訂枱,餐廳只剩近門口bar 枱附近用嚟飲嘢嘅細枱,我哋只有2個人,不覺得太細,也算舒適,坐低就點咗蝦腸,鱈魚餃,牛柳酥及叉燒,落單點菜時,職員很帖心提出可以逐個點心上,慢慢享用,但真正到上菜時,職員不停咁將點心往枱上塞,連茶壺都要拎走放係bar枱上,中間上錯叉燒腸,職員只是「好呀」就拎住碟錯送嘅叉燒腸走咗,完全沒有交代😳同事忍冇可忍之下,趁經理經過,反映情況,職員終於拿出一個小茶几放在側邊,先終於可以飲到茶。講返食物質素的確是不俗,叉燒有燶邊,肉是偏瘦的,夠香,牛柳酥外皮真係非常之酥脆,一咬即散,鱈魚餃內陷夠鮮,蝦腸的蝦亦係脆口的,最後甜品石獅黑麻糕是送的,滑得嚟有芝麻香。
