上次去到上環,又過咗午餐時間又去到下午茶時間,但係又唔係好想食下午茶咗細碟,想食一碟飯,唔知食咩好,跟住行咗入呢間鋪,呢間鋪個格局係一啲好普通香港港式嘅茶餐廳,而且食嘅嘢都係好草根,例如叉燒煎蛋飯配豉油汁,但係佢個叉燒非常之林,肉同肥肉嘅比例非常之好,二佢個精粹在於佢個豉油汁,個市好香好甜,而且啲豉油係夠你撈晒成碟飯。呢間鋪頭其他食物我武士道,淨係飲咗杯凍奶茶同埋一碟叉燒煎蛋飯,杯凍奶茶普通,同一般茶餐廳差唔多冇話特別話特別香。如果叉燒煎蛋飯係真係值得大家試一試,雖然叉燒煎蛋飯好頹,但係久唔久試吓呢啲頹飯都會遇到驚喜。當然港式嘅茶餐廳唯一一個缺點就係裝修格局環境都比較草根,難聽D講女士多數睇到可能唔開胃直頭係地盤麻甩佬feel但係大家唔好介意,真係可以去試一試

當然港式嘅茶餐廳唯一一個缺點就係裝修格局環境都比較草根,難聽D講女士多數睇到可能唔開胃

It was about 13:00 on a Monday, I had to wait in line about 10-15 minutes before I was able to be seated.There are no English menus, but I was able to order by showing pictures. It was about 13:00 on a Monday, I had to wait in line about 10-15 minutes before I was able to be seated.

There are no English menus, but I was able to order by showing pictures. One of the waitresses did speak English well. They were out of char siu so I got the eggs, spam, and rice.

It arrived about 5 minutes later.

Eggs, spam, and rice: Wow, the eggs are absolutely perfect. The yolks have just set and the whites are still clear on top, but once you start to cut and mix it all in, the steaming hot rice continues to cook the egg just a little bit and you get a lovely coating of egg all over your dish like a carbonara! The rice was fluffy, tender, and the portion size was huge! The spam...was spam, ha! Had it a lot as a kid, really wish it would have been char siu but it still gave me a nice meaty texture and taste to the dish. Just a simple, quick, and delish meal. Not to mention, very filling! They also had a spicy sweet sauce at the table which I really liked to add to this dish. Also enjoyed the dark soy sauce they cover your dish in!

The waitress was very nice and helped me out a lot so that’s always a plus! Come for a quick and filling meal that really is just soul warming.

上環一到左lunch時間,間間食肆都很好生意,今次介紹的是一間天天都排長龍的三眼仔叉燒煎蛋飯($37)。店舖很細,只有8至10張枱,每張枱都坐到迫迫夾夾,一張小的圓枱都能坐六個人,搭枱的人都是差不多衫碰到衫咁坐,雖然每次到了一點的時間,人龍已經差不多有15至20人在排隊,但是轉流也很快, 15分鐘內已經可以到店舖裏用餐了。初初以為這間鋪頭是普通的茶餐廳,經同事介紹這間的暗然銷魂飯很正,幾乎每一台客人都仲有兩至三人都是叫這個叉燒煎蛋飯。所以一場黎到,都真的要試試這個招牌飯。飯鋪上了半肥瘦的叉燒再蓋上三隻半熟的太陽蛋,上面頭淋上了甜甜的豉油,當飯和太陽蛋攪拌後,而汁留在叉燒上,成個飯感覺很 juicy,叉燒的咬口很軟熟和很滑,再配埋杯熱咖啡,食完這個平價快餐真的飽飽了!

遲了吃午餐的我,一碟飯又點會夠。所以,我叫多一隻傳奇的炸雞骴。這是原隻生炸的鹵水雞骴。我可以說,這雞骴很重豉味,由外至內都充滿了香味。雞皮脆,雞肉有汁,而且夠晒大隻。吃入口,是非一般的浪漫啊。

三隻蛋,很邪惡呀。好多人會咁諗,但若是轉在美國,喂,人家個奄列用六隻雞蛋啊。

另,《孖沙茶餐廳》的前身是大排檔,位置的確是位於孖沙街。現舖是他們的自置物業,於八十年代購入。沒有租金的壓力,當然可以繼續做出大眾化的飯餐啦。

▶️這店位於上環區,逢工作天的中午都大排長龍,只因三個字: 「平靚正」。▶️除了每天提供了2款指定套餐外,也可自行按喜好選擇不同的炒粉麵飯。🐽干炒豬扒意粉配飲品 $41這天我就點了乾炒豬扒意粉,這店最大特色是所有炒粉麵飯都是即叫即炒,所以鑊氣十足! 不像一些餐廳是預先炒好的例牌嘢,我坐近廚房位置清楚聽到爐頭的炒鑊聲此起彼落,好似睇緊4D電影夠曬震撼!乾炒豬扒意粉整體上味道不錯,豬扒淋身入味,意粉彈牙有咬口,芽菜及蔥作伴,加埋辣椒醬來吃更加是美味非常。▶️雖然這餐廳十分擠迫,但是有這麼美味的食物及價錢相宜,我覺得是值得推介的。

這天我就點了乾炒豬扒意粉,這店最大特色是所有炒粉麵飯都是即叫即炒,所以鑊氣十足! 不像一些餐廳是預先炒好的例牌嘢,我坐近廚房位置清楚聽到爐頭的炒鑊聲此起彼落,好似睇緊4D電影夠曬震撼!乾炒豬扒意粉整體上味道不錯,豬扒淋身入味,意粉彈牙有咬口,芽菜及蔥作伴,加埋辣椒醬來吃更加是美味非常。
▶️雖然這餐廳十分擠迫,但是有這麼美味的食物及價錢相宜,我覺得是值得推介的。

茶餐廳- 香港獨有的特色餐廳。能夠屹立不倒的,味道應該不錯。今天我來了這家舊式茶餐廳,試試是否憑實力留低。位於上環港鐵站附近的孖沙茶餐廳佔盡地利優勢。整條街有多間食肆,但各具特色。這家茶餐廳我經常經過,但幫襯還是第一次。早餐選擇頗多,除了經常吃到的通粉、一丁和三文治外,我被炒意粉吸引著,一大清早就吃這樣heavy的食物,很多人可能覺得over了。但不點這個餐,你可能會後悔,因為真的太好味了!炒意粉有幾種餸給你自己選擇,但我點的是沙嗲牛肉意粉。先上菜的是熱奶茶和牛油多士,這裡大部分的早餐都是多士來的,所以不用另外加錢叫熨底,由於是即叫即做,所以多士非常脆,好味,大讚過了一會,美味的炒意粉便送到枱上,份量不算大碟,但以早餐來說我覺得很足夠,單看賣相已經好吸引,吃一口,沙嗲味香,意粉煙韌,牛肉亦唔老配搭得很好,所以全碟吃光。不過奶茶卻沒有喝完便要走,不是因為不好喝,而是店內冷氣欠俸,有點熱,太趕時間了,所以喝了一半便要走了。提提趕時間的人,還是點凍飲會好一點。

完美的太陽蛋,生熟剛好,蛋黃豐盈,而個邊仍脆口。

一般。好既叉蛋飯,叉燒應該要半肥瘦,要燒得夠香,個邊脆脆地。呢度做唔到,勉強合格而已。



最大既敗筆就係個飯。可能午市出唔切飯煲唔切飯,d飯質地太硬,差過以前讀書時非繁忙時間食。


總評:大不如前,絕對有更好的,只勝在太陽蛋、風味、價錢
