約咗朋友在元朗食飯,朋友見意打邊爐,就上網搵到一間人氣火煱店, 入到門口先知原來地方非常寬敞,冷氣又足夠,枱同枱之間好闊落,樓底夠晒高,所以食都食得好舒服海南椰子雞半鍋,濃濃的椰子香湯底十分足料,味道甘香清甜,加上鮮雞件,肉質細嫩結實,感覺滋補又潤肺。醬料有很多選擇,一大盆,有蒜蓉,辣椒,X 0醬等,有嘅配料都已經齊晒 蟹籽百花油炸鬼,這個小食很好味,油炸鬼釀了蝦膠,還加上蟹子,油炸鬼入口卜卜脆,蝦膠彈牙,表面的蟹子卜卜脆,入口有多重口感,正!珊瑚蚌,口感爽口彈牙,帶鮮味,顏色程鮮橙色,加上醬料一齊食很好味極上本地手切牛肉,牛肉脂肪分布均勻,紋理清晰,入口有很濃的牛肉味,嫩滑有口感,越食越出牛肉味。大大粒雲吞,有鮮蝦肉豬肉,蝦肉入口爽脆,好味道。竹庶水,甜度適中,打邊爐最啱,可以下火。唐生菜,油麥菜,很新鮮,入口卜卜脆,清甜爽口。有椰子雞鍋做湯底,依款湯底清甜得黎用作打邊爐都唔會怕熱氣。

蟹籽百花油炸鬼,這個小食很好味,油炸鬼釀了蝦膠,還加上蟹子,油炸鬼入口卜卜脆,蝦膠彈牙,表面的蟹子卜卜脆,入口有多重口感,正!

珊瑚蚌,口感爽口彈牙,帶鮮味,顏色程鮮橙色,加上醬料一齊食很好味


極上本地手切牛肉,牛肉脂肪分布均勻,紋理清晰,入口有很濃的牛肉味,嫩滑有口感,越食越出牛肉味。


大大粒雲吞,有鮮蝦肉豬肉,蝦肉入口爽脆,好味道。


竹庶水,甜度適中,打邊爐最啱,可以下火。


唐生菜,油麥菜,很新鮮,入口卜卜脆,清甜爽口。


有椰子雞鍋做湯底,依款湯底清甜得黎用作打邊爐都唔會怕熱氣。

天氣涼了,邊爐近了,又係十下十下既時間,搵呀搵,搵左呢間火鍋,好似好多野食咁。上到黎門口,見到我既龍貓貓呀!招牌麻辣雞煲半隻,真係足半隻雞,仲有支竹、雲耳、洋蔥,配菜份量都唔少,食完都飽左一半。食住雞煲飲王老吉下下火頂級安格斯牛肉,色澤紅潤,帶少少雪花,打邊爐黎講算係厚切,食落有口感有牛味。新鮮五花腩片,脂肪比例佔一半,食落爽實既肉質,脂肪柔軟。蒙古羊肉卷,呢個羊味比較重,打麻辣火鍋就剛剛好。牛骨髓,唔係度度有,呢個牛骨髓都幾大條,外而滑嘟嘟,咬落彈彈。油麥菜綠油油椒鹽墨魚咀,呢個必試,炸到金黃色外皮又薄又脆,裡面墨魚就濕潤有咬勁。紅糖米茲粑,煙煙韌韌既茲粑配紅糖漿超好味。
