文華酒店嘅服務真係有水準,全間酒店嘅同事服務都可以完美去到Standard男朋友同我去食,兩個人想Chill 返晚,但係又食唔得多,叫咗一份牛扒、紅酒,另外有跟啲Starter。Starter 都唔錯,係有一塊多士上面有啲類似青醬嘅嘢,但係我哋又唔知佢係咩,侍應哥哥講完我哋都唔太明,反正就係無乜味,怪怪地。除咗呢塊多士之外,其他都好好。之後到主菜牛扒,Side Dish 我哋配咗菠菜同薯條,兩個都做得好食,個菠菜係香到我哋停唔到口。牛扒就由侍應為我哋分好一片片,我哋再自己夾要嘅分量,下面有個爐暖住,食到尾都唔會凍哂,真係幾細心。如果係特別日子,值得同另一半去慶祝,文華嘅水準唔會令你失望。

生蠔🦪可以自選品種,每款最少揀兩隻,又或者六隻揀晒同一款,我哋就以上各兩隻試下。味道由淡到濃,鍾意食生蠔嘅朋友對𝐹𝒾𝓃𝑒 𝒹𝑒 𝒞𝓁𝒶𝓇𝑒應該唔陌生,而𝒢𝒾𝓁𝓁𝒶𝓇𝒹𝑒𝒶𝓊 亦係出名味道帶有濃厚嘅海水味,肉質較飽滿。當日食到嘅生蠔🦪雖然唔會有劣質生蠔嘅腥臭味,但味道無之前食過新鮮嘅生蠔咁濃海水味,可能因為六月6️⃣唔係盛產法國生蠔嘅季節。

一上枱見到個份量我哋就嚇呆咗,四個人一齊食都夠食😨。

熟度揀咗𝑀𝑒𝒹𝒾𝓊𝓂 𝓇𝒶𝓇𝑒,身為米芝連一星🌟餐廳喺依啲位置無可能失手。肉味濃,聞落亦都有好濃好香嘅炭火味。不過食落就有少少筋,但尚可接受嘅。

除咗主角之外,我哋仲揀咗薯條🍟同芝士西蘭花🥦做配菜,另外侍應仲會俾我哋揀芥末醬。薯條都係一如以往咁好食,芝士西蘭花就不過不失,食完肉再食芝士略嫌油膩,大家下次食可以揀其他配菜。

👨🏽話依個𝒮𝑜𝓊𝒻𝒻𝓁é 係成餐飯最驚喜嘅𝒹𝒾𝓈𝒽,𝒮𝑜𝓊𝒻𝒻𝓁é 升得好高,影咗幾張相之後都完坐無倒塌嘅跡象,放埋雪糕入去食,冰火交融,好好味,而且𝒮𝑜𝓊𝒻𝒻𝓁é 又唔會俾人有油膩感,喺咁飽嘅時候食就啱晒😂。

食完成餐飯之後,除咗好飽之外,仲有滿滿嘅失落感。為咗𝐵𝑒𝑒𝒻 𝒲𝑒𝓁𝓁𝒾𝓃𝑔𝓉𝑜𝓃而嚟,但最後只可以睇住隔離枱食...但都只可以怪我哋無查清楚啦...

另外,不得不提嘅係身為米芝連一星🌟餐廳嘅𝒢𝓇𝒾𝓁𝓁 ,服務比上年去嘅𝒞𝒶𝒻𝑒 𝒞𝒶𝓊𝓈𝑒𝓉𝓉𝑒差好多。喺𝒞𝒶𝒻𝑒 𝒞𝒶𝓊𝓈𝑒𝓉𝓉𝑒食嘅早餐同晚餐,只要你同侍應四目交投幾秒,佢都會即刻關注下你有咩需要,同時都唔會俾到壓力你。喺𝒢𝓇𝒾𝓁𝓁 食依餐飯,同喺普通西餐廳食飯無異,上菜時只會講依碟嘅名,無解釋過材料係乜,點樣食。

第二,我哋有啲𝒹𝒾𝓈𝒽都會大家𝓈𝒽𝒶𝓇𝑒食試吓,侍應無留意到一次半次,都可以幫佢解釋話可能當晚太忙,但叫咗一、兩次之後,侍應依然無留意到我哋想𝓈𝒽𝒶𝓇𝑒食,都係當我哋問侍應嘅時候,先至放低隻碟俾我哋。

去過起碼四至五間米芝蓮餐廳,如𝐿'𝒜𝓉𝑒𝓁𝒾𝑒𝓇 𝒹𝑒 𝒥𝑜ë𝓁 𝑅𝑜𝒷𝓊𝒸𝒽𝑜𝓃、𝐸𝓅𝓊𝓇𝑒,甚至當時仲未係米芝蓮餐廳嘅𝐸𝒸𝓇𝒾𝓉𝓊𝓇𝑒,間間服務周到、侍應細心體貼。細心如塵嘅可能未喺我哋開口問之前,甚或乎落單時已經會問我哋會唔會𝓈𝒽𝒶𝓇𝑒,上菜前已經幫我哋分好。但𝒢𝓇𝒾𝓁𝓁 依度係請佢哋拎多個碗碟,佢哋先會去拎,而且只係普通放低個碟。服務態度似乎同米芝連餐廳扯唔上關係...今次嘅用餐經驗同同一酒店嘅𝒞𝒶𝒻𝑒 𝒞𝒶𝓊𝓈𝑒𝓉𝓉𝑒比真係差太遠,可能因為太忙?還是酒店早前嘅裁員?原因真係無從得知了。

總體嚟講,食物質素尚算可以,但海鮮就唔太新鮮,服務質素都唔再三強調了,只可以講食完成餐飯後對我哋兩個嘅慶祝興致都大大減半,我哋仲要唔要為咗𝐵𝑒𝑒𝒻 𝒲𝑒𝓁𝓁𝒾𝓃𝑔𝓉𝑜𝓃去多次,都要再三思量。

黎文華東方扒房,除左必試威靈頓牛扒之外,Prime Rib 烤牛肉都係大熱門。同去食自助餐一樣,服務員推餐車出黎會係你面前即切,另外仲會配埋最傳統既Yorkshire Pudding。牛肉好高質,油脂高,有咬口同好嫩滑。反而對個Yorkshire Pudding 有少少失望,雖然知道YP只係傳統上配烤牛肉食令到大家更飽肚既烤麵包,唔係高級菜式。但係呢份質感上都略嫌淡口同比較油,唔算香脆。

因為同行者唔食生,所以另一份主菜點選左餐廳推介既原條比目魚。叫既時候侍應有問要唔要幫手起左條骨先上碟,但因為想影相好睇少少所以決定自己處理。其實比目魚只有一條大骨所以用餐上都唔難好方便。奶油汁好香但我自己覺得煎得有少許過左火位有幾濃既焦香味。原條魚要加錢,份量都幾大,所以食魚都一樣好飽。

講起文華東方甜品,1963文華芝士蛋糕一定唔少得,今次個甜品架都一樣有得俾大家試下。超邪惡朱古力蛋糕朱古力味極濃但唔甜唔漏。而放低層既馬德蓮貝殼蛋糕係文華另一個名物,雖然呢款甜品糖份一向都好高,但呢個貝殼蛋糕比出面食到既清香。

🔸總括:其實食到主菜已經接近九成飽,到最後一整個甜品架黎到雖然全部都好吸引,但只能夠每件試下唔會再可以開懷暢食。如果唔額外加原條魚或者叫其他飲品,折左之後其實人均$800-$900。可以係中環高級酒店扒房食到呢個份量同質素既菜色,我覺得真心係抵食。當然,套餐如果可以包埋餐飲會更完整。另外,初初以為早場時間兩個半小時應該好充裕,但最後連埋影相時間食到最後上甜品已經接近1:15,可能揀下午場任坐時間會更好。

其中一道我經常會嗌嘅頭盤,食過好多間唔同嘅牛肉他他,大部份感覺都係差不多。
呢間嘅調味出乎意料地有耳目一新嘅感覺,多咗蕃茄嘅酸甜,隱約有少少魚柳包嘅酸瓜味😚。
唯獨係只配上一小塊sourdough,不過因為佢本身唔會太鹹,就咁食都OK。

冇晒威靈頓超級唔開心😫唯有問侍應仲有咩好推薦,侍應話呢個烤牛肉都係唔少人再度回頭嘅原因,所以我哋決定一試。
呢一個烤牛扒係除咗威靈頓之外嘅招牌菜✨侍應會係你面前即切,不過就冇生熟程度選擇。個情形有啲似有時喺自助餐會見到嘅烤肉section,由廚師切出兩薄片牛扒。
不過當然呢度嘅牛肉質素就高好多,牛味重,有咬口但唔韌,邊邊位有少少肥肉仲更加香口,難怪咁多人為咗個牛扒回頭🔥。
不過千祈唔好以為呢款係超大份好厚身嗰種牛扒,佢真係只係喺個大牛柳到切兩片出嚟。
另外會配上兜雜菜,烹調得好好,係食過最出色嘅雜菜🥦。

另一道店員推介嘅菜式,不過後來上網見到,佢哋有另一道魚Dover Sole都好似幾出名,不過就要加$128。
呢款魚嘅口感唔係爽口彈牙,而係比較mushy,我覺得還可以。
加上香濃嘅白汁,再有少少泰式香草味,唔算話好特別,但係好食嘅👌🏻。

💞整體來講
始終係多年屹立不倒嘅五星級米芝蓮扒房,當然有一定嘅水準,每一道菜色都唔會令人失望,我覺得都值得一試🔥不過亦作為經典扒房,菜式就唔會過於創新有驚喜,感覺都幾適合帶埋年長一輩來慶祝,應該會啱佢哋口味。至於環境方面,位於文華酒店一樓,就唔會見到海景,不過好彩嘅話都可以望到皇后像廣場。侍應有善,但未至於貼身‼️另外再三叮囑大家,如果想食到威靈頓,記住落單嘅時候就預先留定,唔好好似我哋咁蠢!

What was outstanding - was their service. Super professional yet friendly.
I’d informed the restaurant in advance about the birthday event. They had kindly prepared a complimentary cheese cake for my husband. And most importantly, they had not leaked this arrangement by words or any hint. The surprise had been nicely arranged and delivered. Highly recommended for celebration! Thank you John, who had delivered an excellent service throughout our dinner!

今次staycation算係咁多間酒店入面最伏體驗,晚餐係文華扒房出品三道菜餐,因疫情須係房間享用,本身都預左味道會打折扣,所以凍食係預期之內。但所謂2人份威靈頓牛比預期細份,最慘係全熟,其中一份塊穌皮完全甩哂,利申:我絕對冇叫well done(朋友睇到笑佢Wellingdone beef..) 味道就完全愧對文華扒房聲譽,可能真係將貨就價啦.. 但咁就唔好話係文華扒房出品,做臭個朵,我以後都唔敢再去幫襯
