龍蝦湯 - 這道經典湯品沒有令人失望,上菜時龍蝦肉和湯會先分開,侍應會在旁邊慢慢把湯倒下,散發出來的香氣令人十分期待。龍蝦肉的份量充足,而且湯汁口感細滑之餘還有很濃郁的蝦味,味道是濃而不膩。

威靈頓牛排 - 終於來到當晚最期待的威靈頓牛排,侍應會先細心的問我們要不要把牛扒分一半的切開(讓女仕有機會要細份一點),然後會熟悉的在餐車上切成兩份,在還是温暖的碟上淋上黑松露汁。酥皮金黃酥脆之外,medium rare的牛柳火候剛剛好,口感柔嫩再配上濃香的蘑菇茸和淡香的黑松露汁,終於令我們覺得Beef Wellington並不是一個伏。只是看似小巧玲瓏的二人份量,其實也是相當飽肚,最後吃完配菜French beans和薯蓉後,要把甜品的胃也打開才能完成五道菜式。

梳乎厘 - 最後當然少不了來到甜品時間,招牌的梳乎厘果然是經典菜式,在熱熱的梳乎厘上淋上冰凍的雪糕,冰火的口感在寒冷的冬天聖誕帶來豐富、十分有層次感的享受。

總括而言,這次在聖誕節選擇來了文華扒房享受美食絕對沒有揀錯,侍應整晚的服務態度十分友善專業,整體用餐感覺到Mandarin Grill + Bar在傳統之中有着十分紥實的美妙味道。

黎得文華扒房又點可以唔叫佢個威靈頓牛😍兩塊都好厚,我哋叫咗medium,見到佢中間呈粉紅色嘅色澤都知整得啱啱好,而且牛肉亦夠嫰;至於酥皮都夠脆,中間嘅蘑菇香濃得黎唔會蓋過牛肉味,平衡得好好⁽ ´꒳`⁾

最後侍應加上黑松露汁,真心正😋雖然係加錢,但比起晚餐都平一半,大家記得係48小時前order定,因為有機會冇㗎~

本身嚟呢一度食就係為咗一試呢度最正宗嘅威靈頓牛柳
之前喺其他餐廳試過都覺得味道偏鹹酥皮都唔太出色 今次係抱住想食最好嘅心態黎試 果然冇令我失望😌
上菜嘅時候師傅會將整塊威靈頓牛完整地呈現 再係食客面前慢慢用刀切開 呢一道菜最講究嘅係事前嘅預備功夫同埋焗爐嘅火候 而呢一間老字號餐廳亦都完美地呈現廚師嘅自信 😎 切出嚟真係好幼嫩嘅粉紅色

味道方面食落去酥皮係非常之鬆脆😚中間嘅蘑菇餡好香濃 而牛柳亦都十分之柔軟 口感好豐富 配埋本身比嘅黑松露汁十分之優秀😚👍🏻

I had the wagyu steak from New Zealand and it’s amazing! So tender and juicy, definitely worth supplementing the $198 to upgrade to this steak🥰 The lobster bisque also lives up to its reputation, being very creamy and the portion was huge!

以今餐主菜黎講 燒牛肉比威靈頓牛柳更有驚喜

同步上晒所有嘢 客人食唔切 溫度會令口感味道都變差
另外酒店餐廳竟然冇confirm Booking都係一個扣分位
以呢個價位嘅餐廳以上幾點真係有進步空間

Started off staycation at MO with Sunday Roast at Mandarin Grill + Bar.


While the food quality is alway important, Sunday brunch should also be about vibes and atmosphere.


The restaurant was full when we arrive for our 2pm booking but as the tables were well spaced out so it didn’t give the resturant a hectic feeling.


The highlight of the meal is the snacks and appetisers. We chose the Smoked Salmon and Lobster Bisque and both were wonderful.


The Prime Rib from the trolley was very tender but both the meat and gravy could do with a bit more seasoning.


Maybe there was too much food prior to the beef for us to really enjoy it. We ended up taking away the desserts that can be packed.


Come here if you are looking for a relaxing and good value for money Sunday brunch!!!
