然後枱面好有趣地都會有個手機座,佢嗰度寫話比你擺部手機錄影你食拉麵嘅過程。同埋因為佢個廚房係完全開放式,見到晒入面,連一塊膠片或者玻璃都無,所以好明顯佢哋執到個廚房非常乾淨,完全唔見到有油漬。亦都可能係e個原因,佢哋強勁嘅抽油煙機已經抽晒啲油出街。

首先講個餃子,個人覺得幾好味,佢煎得啱啱好,唔會太脆口,但係和牛嘅味就唔係好食得出。但如果當係普通餃子嘅水準就真係幾好味,連埋佢嗰個酸酸地嘅汁好夾。

至於個和牛丼,第一啖食落口唔會有入口即溶嘅感覺,但係係易咬開同埋夠油份。但因為一碗入面有好多片,唔同cutting,所以有啲cutting會連筋或者有肥肉,嗰啲部分我就覺得好難咬,所以唔多喜歡。初頭我好擔心佢好似花形咁包住個飯,我好難篤爛個啲牛肉去
同個飯一齊食。點知食到個飯嗰時佢哋好細心仲有啲牛肉碎喺個飯入面,咁就唔會淨係食飯咁寡喇。同埋隻蛋都係啲靚蛋,好好味。

We ordered Tokusei, Donburi and gyoza and waited patiently outside the restaurant, since there are only 12 seats. (Covid restrictions allow 70% cap only.) Quite hot on the day of visit, but the staff didn’t seem to care much for those in line. I turned on the fan myself. Well I guess for a restaurant that’s loved by many followers, dropping a few irregular customers isn’t much of their problem.
Read and heard so many reviews, we came with high expectation. The broth is way too salty to taste the umami flavor. The texture of the udon is chewy, which is good, but I find it too thick. The portion of beef and the size of udon is disproportionate; beef was long finished but left with a full bowl of noodles and it only got more salty. The gyoza was also nothing special, it’s far from juicy. Throughout the experience, it was the wagyu donburi and the attentive server that we found comfort.

今次我哋就冇食好多人推薦嘅和牛餃子,因為個價錢非常之貴同埋已經飽飽地,希望下次有機會食下。

My first time writing a review ever. The rudeness & stupidity of the waiter is the prob worst.Opening time was 12 and went there by 11:55. Was on the line coz the guy with the circled glasses told me to wait, as they had some reserved guest (understandable). After waiting for few mins, he told me that we cant get in becoz it is for special event only, which he shuld hav told us from the first place because it is an inforamtion he got when we arrived.Without any apology, he just told us to leave.

Without any apology, he just told us to leave. We complained and he was ignoring us, just talking to other customers who were there for “special event”.
I think he was just incapable of what he shuld b doing, even if he didnt hav any intention (and if he didnt hav bad intention, shuld hav said sorry anyway). I would say its restaurants fault, as obviously they havent hired right manager or didnt train him (i think he is the manager which makes this restaurant shttier)
Wasting my time and effort due to the incapability and stupidity of a person can just ruin ur saturday.
Thx for the unforgettable experience! Will never ever go to ur restaurant and will make sure non of my friends go to this shtty restaurant. Go to mcdonalds guys their service is better for sure.

和牛丼及和牛沾麵知道此店客似雲來,店面不大只有十來個座位,所以同朋友兩個人就決定先到先攞位,可惜店員話要人齊才可入座。我到後,前面一行四人仲差一個人未到,話黎緊黎緊, 店員居然比佢哋先入座,咁都冇問題,因為見到近窗口仲有兩個位。殊不知之後同我哋講已經滿座,叫我哋再等多20分鐘。我問點解有兩個空位唔坐得人,店員答因為其中一張凳要比第二間餐廳用,所以其實只有一個位。咁我又再問點解前面未到齊又俾佢哋入左先?我哋比佢哋先齊人又要等多20分鐘?表達完意見後,店員就安排果兩個空位俾我哋坐。直到我哋食完埋單,所謂keep起嗰張櫈從來冇拎去第二間餐廳用。雖然我哋唔係食千幾蚊一餐,但收得中上價錢一碗麵,安排可以好少少. 講返食物質素,根本就以本傷人,食材質素高,手殘都會煮得好食。丼飯材料只有白飯,和牛幾塊,同一隻生雞蛋。雖然冇問,但生雞蛋應該係用蘭王?! 份量偏細,男士可能要食兩碗。和牛油脂多,食到最後都有啲膩。沾麵都不錯,沾汁夠熱,麵條彈牙掛汁。

講返食物質素,根本就以本傷人,食材質素高,手殘都會煮得好食。丼飯材料只有白飯,和牛幾塊,同一隻生雞蛋。雖然冇問,但生雞蛋應該係用蘭王?! 份量偏細,男士可能要食兩碗。和牛油脂多,食到最後都有啲膩。沾麵都不錯,沾汁夠熱,麵條彈牙掛汁。

去灣仔接男朋友收 諗住食風雲丸 原來已經結業 上網搵有冇其他沾麵嘅時候   見到呢間評價唔錯 而且和牛做主角嘅沾麵真係未試過 所以就即刻去試下 由買飛到坐低拎到碗麵嘅過程都係好日本 我哋兩個都叫咗和牛沾麵 沾麵會有兩片大大片嘅和牛,半隻糖心蛋, 椰菜 第一啖就試咗個湯 非常濃味 甚至乎食到尾有一點鹹 和牛亦都係非常出色嘅 入口有牛味之餘 油脂分佈非常靚 片和牛既係燒過既 入口會有一種油香味 美中不足 就係個人認為佢偏鹹咗少少 如果可以淡返少少成件事就再完美啲 OVERALL食完都係滿足

今日收工同朋友去搵食,位置其實就係鵝頸橋後面🙆🏻‍♀️都唔算難搵。無得book既關係,所以要買完飛再等位。 職員本身話需要等40分鐘但其實20分鐘到才都入到。由於一早買左飛,所以一入去就有得食見到個樣已經好吸引沾面湯底好濃,成碗不論係和牛,面,同蛋啊配菜拎好好食!!!!忍唔住食超快。另外叫左枝罐裝威士忌😂得8%酒精,好細枝,60蚊。 下次希望食個和牛飯 因為見到原來有7塊牛😂沾面得2塊咋😂

忍唔住食超快。
另外叫左枝罐裝威士忌😂得8%酒精,好細枝,60蚊。
