今日約咗朋友去airside食晚飯,好彩早咗入去,唔使等位。因為之前見到有人食北京填鴨,就想試下,所以今日必叫。- 北京填鴨 (半隻)賣相都幾好,不過唔係全部都係鴨皮,係皮連肉,冇咁油膩。夾埋餅皮,配菜一齊食,好正。餅皮會好快凍咗,一定要快食。- 黃金南瓜好多咸蛋黃醬,包實南瓜,外脆內軟,又有流沙既口感。- 避風塘大蝦有少少辣,鑊氣十足,好惹味。啲蝦新鮮彈牙,外殼炸到香脆,可以連殼一齊食。食咗太多重口味野,所以一人叫咗一杯鴨屎香檸檬茶,味道清香,中和下啲味道。小菜味道好好,份量足,不過2個人share食,真係飽到有啲辛苦,下次要約多幾個人一齊食。有啲位冷氣太大,坐坐下會凍,同埋食物凍得好快。

個碗好大🤣🤣有少少嚇親,份量非常多,食落就有少少辣🔥 牛肉味道濃而且好好咬,入面仲有雲耳,娃娃菜同粉,粉撈埋辣油同牛肉真係⼀流,愈食愈想食🤭🤭

檸檬益力多 $28🍹
估唔到呢到都有特飲😂食得太辣一定要叫返杯,味道正常益力多味,性價比非常高

鴨皮酥脆,鴨肉鮮嫩多汁,唔會有太多肥膏,摩摩皮煙韌有咬口,配合青瓜、大蔥及甜醬一齊食,特別有風味。
❤️秘製牛奔麵
份量十足,有牛腩及牛筋,牛腩炆得很腍和入味,牛筋超軟滑,膠質極度豐富,湯底很濃郁,但不會覺得肥膩,麵條彈牙,味道不錯。
❤️西米椰汁流心球

今晚晚餐選址啟德港鐵站上蓋的新商場Airside,食京川滬菜《五匠六釜》,6樓平台花園對出就係,地方算寬敞吾迫狹。揀咗醉雞、蔥爆牛肉、鮮椒紫蘇田雞鍋和甜品脆炸鮮奶。差唔多每枱都叫嘅招牌菜醉雞,份量足夠而且入味好食,雞肉彈牙爽滑有酒香,淨食都吾會太咸。蔥爆牛肉味濃肉香,每塊牛肉和京蔥均勻地沾滿了醬汁,送飯一流。田雞鍋選用肥美田雞配同青紅兩色椒絲爆香,又脆又嫩。甜品嘅脆炸鮮奶好香奶味,外面炸得很金黃但不油膩,味道不會太甜,就算吃得飽但都食得落!順帶一提,餐廳有出特飲,主打嘅鴨屎香檸檬茶值得一試。
