老友向我推介多時的中環歌賦街九記牛腩旁邊的「麵三館」,乃荃灣楊屋道街市牛肉名店「三昌」在中環開設的分支之一(另一間是威靈頓街的「牛三館」)。今午前去一試,百元一碗手切黃牛牛肉麵當然不算便宜,但三昌揀手的半生熟牛肉入口軟滑無渣,肉味鮮香;特別調製的黑牛骨湯,隨著輕煙一聞,牛香四溢,再喝一口湯,濃郁甘香。這碗麵絕對是水準之作,當香港人對也是百元一碗的日本拉麵趨之若鶩(雖然質素的確與日本已趨一致),我認為這碗牛肉麵賣得起這個價錢。

噢噢,忙記了推介一款小食,這裡的豬手是真的燉到骨都可以吃下肚。

The waitress looks at me with a raised eyebrow and double checks my order. That, should have been a red flag. Instead, I proceed with the 368 HKD bowl of noodles. This is the most I had paid for a bowl of noodles and expectations were high. So what's the verdict? The Short Rib soup was not good. There was nothing redeeming about it. The broth was luke warm and lacked any flavour. The meat was tough and chewy. 

The upside is that she enjoyed her dish. I leave hungry.

好啦,認真要試下究竟佢值唔值價啦。

豬手: 入味,夠淋,骨食落去係咬得碎😂👍🏻👍🏻骨食落去感覺得意,食緊D痴牙嘅糖😂幾大舊骨都咬得爛👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻真係感覺到用左好多時間煮。

黑滷水汁: 味道唔夠鹹(我認我鍾意食得濃味刺激嘅)所以汁係濃,味道都有味,但吊唔到個味令我有深刻印象🤷🏻‍♀️好似韓國炸醬麵味

台灣蛋麵: 有咬口,食落有質感。份量夠。

There is no air conditioner in the far end, so if you are a hot person, probably not a good idea to eat hot noodles over lunchtime and sitting in the far end corner. 在下雨天經過歌賦街,忽然想吃麵,但不想去周月食沾麵,九記又多人,最終經過出名價錢貴的「麵三館」,見有特價活動,最終亦決定一試。若非六月此店有跟氣溫相關的期間限定折扣活動,基本上我都捨不得去「麵三館」,吃百幾元的牛肉麵。這個活動跟據你下單時的氣溫作基準打折,好像我那天氣溫下降至25度,便打了75折,所以愈熱便愈減得多。今次在該店order了原價一百五十幾元的至尊手切牛肉麵,另加錢要了幾粒手打墨丸,配搭180g的招牌蛋麵。配料八項中我選了其中五項。湯底偏鹹,但真的幾有牛的鮮香味。麵條較一般粗身但彈牙。幾塊的本地手切牛是牛脊位,質素真係好高,鮮香又帶咬口(但不靱)。雖不像日本牛的入口即化,但牛味較安格斯濃,可見本地靚牛真的有料到,不遜外國貨。而幾粒墨丸也是手打的,彈牙好味。整體而言,碗麵的質素真係幾高。當然,打折後價錢大概仍同高級日本拉麵店差不多。不過,總算合符一分錢一分貨的原則。

湯底偏鹹,但真的幾有牛的鮮香味。麵條較一般粗身但彈牙。幾塊的本地手切牛是牛脊位,質素真係好高,鮮香又帶咬口(但不靱)。雖不像日本牛的入口即化,但牛味較安格斯濃,可見本地靚牛真的有料到,不遜外國貨。而幾粒墨丸也是手打的,彈牙好味。

整體而言,碗麵的質素真係幾高。當然,打折後價錢大概仍同高級日本拉麵店差不多。不過,總算合符一分錢一分貨的原則。

早兩日太太過開黎中上環開會同做野, 咁就捻住近近地去食Cafe de Paris後黎經友人提點後, 去佐人氣Blogger 龍五推介過, 而我地都多次過門而不入牛三館. 我12:45就落樓行過去攞位先. 行近門口見好大煙覺得好驚及怪怪地, 再望入去又見full full 地, 心捻不妙而且又怕要坐好大煙大塵既外面.入到dining hall又真係見full house…..當堂個心離一離, 見full晒但個reception又話有位比我坐, 而且仲行埋出鋪頭外面, 當時真係以為佢叫我坐外面食灰塵, 佢行多幾步後原來去佐對面鋪 – 酒三館.唔知食乜好, whatsapp人氣blogger問路, 最後我地叫佐下面呢兩樣.個牛腩就一般(可以用唔掂黎形容), 既細個serve, 味道....唔好比大家樂好好多而個雙牛飯就唔錯! 價錢就約$100一位, 個set包個湯或甜品.

下雨天,由皇后大道中行上去,都不算難找到,但間店好像跟另一間牛三舘有關係。但都不理啦!關我什麼事~~下雨關係,12:30客人不算多,服務很殷勤,仔細介紹一下各種牛肉麵,還有黑白湯底可選!我們抱著試新野的態度,百多元的牛肉麵及幾十元的也試試。不是不好吃,但又不是很好吃!!不是入口溶化的牛肉,只是較軟林;便宜那碗更是咬不開的!只怪我的牙不夠強壯!!百多元的牛肉麵午餐,真是有點貴,客人不是天天來,也未必一星期來一次,一個月一次的話,它可以生存多久?!

下雨關係,12:30客人不算多,服務很殷勤,仔細介紹一下各種牛肉麵,還有黑白湯底可選!
我們抱著試新野的態度,百多元的牛肉麵及幾十元的也試試。

不是不好吃,但又不是很好吃!!

不是入口溶化的牛肉,只是較軟林;便宜那碗更是咬不開的!只怪我的牙不夠強壯!!

百多元的牛肉麵午餐,真是有點貴,客人不是天天來,也未必一星期來一次,一個月一次的話,它可以生存多久?!

超愛吃牛,第一次來,店員詳細介紹menu的內容,感覺親切的小店,裝潢別緻。我們點了牛餃子、特選手切牛肉麵、新鮮手切牛肉麵,湯底選了黑牛骨湯,呷一口湯發現湯本身不是一般牛肉麵的濃味,難得的沒有味精!我認為整碗麵的精髓在於牛肉的鮮味👍🏻,新鮮牛嘅部位是牛腰,比較腍身,特選牛嘅部位係牛後腿,比新鮮牛有牛味及有嚼勁。炸牛餃子有肉汁及滿滿的牛肉餡料,值得一試。另外小店奉上的茶亦清新得很,真是好發現,下次會再來!
