今日放假冇嘢做,就同老婆兩個人扮文青行下街,去咗中環PMQ行到腳仔軟,諗住是但搵個地方食碗麵就返屋企瞓覺。經過上環站 無限極廣場對面嘅招牌吸引到,就係依家越式料理,兩個人食,埋單$200有找,嘢食大件,地方都算乾淨,最搞笑就係餐廳有音樂,仲係好hit嘅Pop song。可惜嘢食相得有啲慢成半粒鐘先上咗個串燒俾我食,落單個侍應又黑口黑面,不過$200食個晚餐算係咁啦!

星期日同太太在上環辦點事,處理完畢後已到傍晚時分,大家決定在上環食完晚飯才回家。路經德輔道中,見一越南食肆,同太太決定試試。食肆名鳴越,在一大廈地庫內。店內裝修帶點越南風情,座得頗舒服。二人點了越式豬扒拼雞扒飯、越式炸蝦餅、春卷拼盤及越南龍眼冰。豬扒拼雞扒飯份量頗大,豬扒醃得非常入味,雞扒比較多脂肪,但處理得頗滑。飯加上了越式蔥油及炸蒜片,及送上甜豉油,送飯一流。蝦餅炸得剛好及乾身,食落亦彈牙,不俗。春卷拼盤有炸春卷、鳳尾蝦卷及薯絲蝦卷各三件。當中以炸春卷做得最好,非常脆,加了越式甜酸汁同食,味道更好。鳳尾蝦卷亦不錯。薯絲蝦卷質感略軟,如硬度提高一點,相信會更好。越式龍眼冰清甜及解渴,亦不錯。埋單約200多元,以此價錢在中上環來說,CP值不錯。

When the waitress served the noodles, she was quite rude.
The lime put in the noodles. I preferred they  serve it separately.
The portion was big.  I saw other table ordered the rice was much bigger. 
The presentation did not look good, but the noodles were thin and smooth. The beef was soft and tender.
The most standing was the soup, got a very strong beef flavor. 
Couldn't even stop for it.
My frd said the  sausage got very strong pepper flavor and the soup was  light.  
It was a good combination.

行完中環永安發貨,夜晚差唔多收到的時候,好肚餓,又即刻去搵美食。去到電車路附近,有一間越南餐廳,叫做越嗚,睇賣相好似幾吸引,所以就二話不說咁落咗去食,拎住一袋二袋唔想行是常識吧。我地點左一個魚香肉碎茄子煲配白飯,馬拉盞炒通菜,仲有一個蝦餅湯河粉。個蝦餅湯河,蝦餅煎得好香口,點埋個泰式辣醬,一流。個馬拉盞通菜熱辣辣,味道夠,唔會太咸,送飯一流。至於個魚香茄子煲,熱辣辣咁上菜,聞到都加左分,咸香味加埋白飯就岩岩好,正呀食完嘢,口都有啲渴,飲埋杯健康檸水就岩哂啦。野飲跟埋餐叫,夠哂抵食。中環黎講,又坐得舒服,呢到真係好選擇。

又到一個月一次嘅同日本朋友嘅聚會由於朋友晚飯後要去機場搵佢朋友所以決定搵間近地鐵站嘅地方搵到呢間越南餐廳, 一於試試餐廳位置係地庫一行入去有一種懷舊香港情懷我地決定點啲食物一齊分享要左個火車頭湯河, 軟殼蟹米紙卷同馬拉盞炒通菜個火車頭湯河明明寫住一人份..但上到檯時個份量真係大到我同朋友都好鄂然XD 湯頭清甜, 配料有牛栢葉, 牛筋, 牛腩, 牛肉片同牛丸日本朋友對牛筋同牛腩表示唔係好理解所以我成為最大受益人XDDDDDDD全部配料都好軟稔軟殼蟹米紙卷~ 好爆饀! 入面有青瓜, 生菜, 酸紅,白蘿蔔絮, 薄荷葉軟殼蟹非常香脆馬拉盞炒通菜非常惹味, 一開始就停唔到..不停一啖接一啖我同朋友都好滿意今次嘅選擇. 已經期待下個月嘅飯聚喇
