在中上環的餐廳基本都要過百元落樓,而且還要十分人多擠迫,想找間食物不錯、坐得舒服、價錢又相宜的餐廳實在有難度。但同事很好帶我吃周圍找吃的,今晚就帶我來到在地庫的「鳴越越式料理 」。說真的,如果不留神就很易走過,但如果走過就覺得地點其實很易找,就在攘往熙來的德輔道中144號,正正就在巴士站前面。縱使款式多,我還是想試試《越式生牛河 $60》。大碗又份量多,其實可轉其實麵類,但我都是吃河粉算了。生牛肉多,用沙浸一浸就會變熟,生熟程度可自己控制,本人就比較喜歡半生熟的粉嫩狀態。餐包港式熱飲一杯,凍飲加$3 我就看中了《青檸薏米密(熱)》清甜健宜。

來到這間越南餐廳,發現除了越南食品之外還有其他東南亞食品,就突然很想吃更惹味的東西了。先來一個咖喱牛腩,辣辣的很是滋味。牛腩夠軟,又入味。最重要的當然是要有薯仔,燜得軟軟的,每一口都有充足的咖喱味,真的齒甲留香。另一款食品是酸辣湯河,加了蝦及青口,頓時像泰國的冬蔭功湯,不同的是辣度較低,更易入口。蝦肉爽甜,是重要的食材之一。蒸粉卷是越南的代表,外表軟且滑,甜上魚露醋,自然無得輸。炎炎夏日,最重要的當然是一杯凍飲。龍眼冰的甜度適中,十分消暑。

好友相約到中環吃私房菜,怎知餐廳出了問題,私房菜吃不成,附近有這家越式餐廳,沒多思索便入內了。餐廳在地庫要下樓梯,內裡明亮乾淨,傍晚時分,空蕩蕩的沒幾枱客人。好友點選越南火車頭有牛𦟌、牛筋、牛柏葉、牛丸、牛肉,加點九層塔和一角青檸,香氣飄揚,好友說好食。我點了馬拉盞芥蘭炒豬爽肉配少飯,芥蘭沒有『炒』應有的氣息,口感就像是燙腍了般,也沒有馬拉盞的惹味,雖未至於不能吃,只是完全不符菜名給予的期望...豬爽肉不過不失,沒有驚喜,白米飯是正常的味道。
