◤ 1.  原隻軟殻蟹撈檬
撈檬絕對是越式食物頭5名,特別是自己添加其魚露甜酸汁,味道掌控自如。這裡配上原隻軟殻蟹,令到味道變得更加香口。不過要提醒一點的是,如果下得太多魚露的話,就會將軟殻蟹浸得稔,沒有那種脆香感。所以,最好都是將軟殻蟹拿出來。

◤ 4.  越式素菜米紙卷
米紙卷是越南菜裡的常見小食,而今次我就特意選擇了素菜的餡料,清新一下。我估計素菜米紙卷的材料有青瓜、甘筍、唐生菜、九層塔等等,就如「手抓沙律」一樣,含有豐富蛋白質、維他命、纖維。想健康的話,素菜米紙卷絕對是越菜最佳選擇。

今日去咗中環食飯,又去到我最愛既越式餐廳。之前朋友介紹我黎食,我一食就愛上左。今晚嚟到餐廳已經好多人,我一睇餐牌就叫左我最愛嘅火車頭湯河。餐廳好乾淨店員好好禮貌,而且上菜速度仲好快。火車頭入面咩都有啲,我最愛生熟牛肉和牛丸。牛肉好嫩滑好香濃牛肉味,唔會鞋口。牛丸好多肉汁好彈牙。超欣賞河粉好爽口,唔會太碎。湯底係精華所在,牛骨湯底好清甜,唔油膩。我飲哂成碗湯都唔會有味精。我再叫多碗龍眼冰,龍眼粒粒好多汁。

今晚與好姊妹shopping 完,去了位於安泰大廈地庫鳴越越式料理食晚餐。 餐廳的套餐頗多,又可追加小食。 下龍灣海鮮炒金邊粉$80,海鮮有蝦 、蟹柳、 青口丶帶子丶芽菜、 紅蘿蔔、洋蔥和蛋絲同炒, 再加上飲品一杯(我們選了菊蜜), 實在超值,而且金邊粉也炒得很有鑊氣。 香茅豬扒拼魚露雞扒飯 $75,扒類醃製得很惹味,亦煎得很香口, 跟伴碟的酸蘿蔔、 蕃茄仔和青瓜一起進吃, 完全沒有油膩感。 我們追加了越式春卷$25,春卷內有冬菇、肉碎、粉絲、紅蘿蔔和木耳等, 調味有些微辣,也炸得很脆口。 另外追加的豬肉蝦片$21,蝦片鬆化, 很喜歡豬肉上放了一些蔥粒和花生, 很有咬口。 除了食物性價比高之外, 環境也是上選, 因為店內的梳化非常寬敞 , 而且四周掛了 很多油畫, 一邊進食,一邊觀賞,十分寫意。
