星期日瞓到自然醒係至正的,跟手個肚就開始鼓鼓叫,知道係時候食午餐了諗左一陣食咩好之後就決定食個越南Pho做午餐啦~因為通常可以飽到連晚餐都唔洗食嘻嘻嘻好好味的豬頸肉,又唔油,又juicy 又有少少窿邊,真係好滋味呀光是包春捲的生菜已經非常新鮮,包完之後馬上末一口,omg炸到好鬆化味道也非常之好雞翼入味!多汁!外脆內軟!炸到D肥油冇唒⋯⋯實在係太滋味了生牛肉粉走青多洋蔥係我多年來的食法!一飲啖湯就知lee間牛肉粉好味道,之後仲要將牛肉dip落鹹魚露辣椒個度吊味,簡直好味到不得了最後整返杯咸檸檬梳打,完美!

今日收工經過中環,午餐無胃口食得少,放工就好肚餓。上網搵下附近有咩餐廳可以食個tea,結果搵到一間越南餐廳。坐落中環,價錢竟然咁抵食。我叫左越式生牛肉湯河,加錢叫小食,叫左蝦餅。湯底牛骨湯好清甜,唔會飲到好口渴,無咩味精。湯底無泛油,生牛肉薄切,粉嫩色牛肉入口好香嫩,唔會有渣,牛肉無臊味。河粉爽口唔會太碎,味道唔差啊。蝦餅即叫即炸,蝦肉彈牙唔油膩,炸粉唔厚,入口好香口。下次去到餐廳可以試下其他套餐。

又係一星期一過海次接女友落堂一起食lunch的時間,原來中環好多餐廳星期日是不開的,女友話不如返上水先食,起巴士等車,查一下,下一班要40分鐘先有,咁啱巴士站則邊有間越南餐廳,我又肚餓,看看門前的宣傳牌。我又肚餓,價錢合理就落去試吓啦。餐廳位於地庫,都好大,座位舒服闊落!但可能星期日。中環少人返工,只有兩枱客人,看看餐牌,女人友叫左個招牌順化湯粉。我要了一個香茅豬扒拼魚露雞扒飯再加杯椰汁紅豆冰!女友要了杯咖啡。食物好快送到,碗麵都好足料,有豬手,牛展,生牛肉,牛丸,湯底較淡,但牛展入味!牛肉比較瘦,肉味夠但不滑。豬手亦好食。香茅豬扒魚露雞扒飯,雞扒和豬扒都炸得好香脆,醃得夠入味,好好食!另外加錢要了一個小食,炸蝦餅,就普通了,份量較少!味道一般。加$10要了特飲椰汁紅豆冰。都大幅杯,椰汁不是夠濃,紅豆亦唔夠淋。反而越式咖啡唔差。

火車頭就係一碗越南粉麵配好多唔同既餸 我印象就係咁
呢間裝麵既碗非常大 視覺上麵餸無咁密麻麻 不過食起黎就方便啲 譬如唔使一定清左部分餸先食到麵

例牌越南粉麵可以揀麵底 呢碗轉左金邊粉 同另一碗火車頭一樣都係唔少芽菜係湯底 如果想味濃啲又可以加適量辣椒粒 如果唔係喪加其實唔係點辣
重點係好好食既香茅豬頸肉 恰到好處既灸燒味 上檯已經聞到豬頸肉香 肉既色水白裡透紅 食落口感一流 而且留意返 豬頸肉份量實在唔少 對比之下相當抵食 非常推薦

今日收工同同事約埋去食個晚餐,吹下水,講下老細壞話🤣😂晚餐時段有啲套餐係粉麵飯跟杯飲品,咁我就嗌左個最傳統嘅生牛肉金邊粉跟凍檸茶,嚟到真係好大碗,個湯都好夠味,牛肉都有好多塊,真係好抵食。而同事就嗌左個豬扒湯河,啲豬扒都好腍唔會又乾又硬,豬扒河個湯就清啲嘅,但就一樣大大碗,份量足。 小食就嗌左兩份串燒share食,嗌左個豬頸肉同雞肉。雞肉就唔記得左影相,因為太肚餓,食完先醒起未影🤣職員好好人,落單時我地要求多多,佢都會逐樣覆單,唔會甩漏仲好好耐性添。

是日等埋HONEY放工,去左哩間鳴越越式料理 食我地的晚餐,因為見到價錢唔太貴,加上我們好耐無食越式料理,見到餐牌上,一份主餐,仲可以加20-25蚊叫碟小食,另外飲品都是加10-20蚊到,在中環來說,真的好平~全部都係一百蚊有找,同HONEY叫左個咖哩牛腩飯,火車頭河粉,同埋小食越式蒸粉卷,越式炸春卷,另外點了熱檸茶同埋椰汁紅豆冰咖哩牛腩飯咖哩牛腩飯牛腩入味,有好香的椰汁,最貼心是有如山高的飯,真的看到都好吸引火車頭河粉一碗MIX埋牛所有野的河粉,河粉入味,湯底好香,牛肉新鮮,越式蒸粉卷,越式炸春卷兩款不同的小食都好多份量,20-25蚊真的好抵食,味道唔錯熱檸茶同埋椰汁紅豆冰真的有水準,兩個人加埋200蚊內,就可以食到個肚漲住走,真的超值。

2/7/2019 中環 鳴越越式料理經過見到呢間餐廳又有啲餓就入去,諗住食個金邊粉 餐廳入面都幾大,座位好多,可能時間尚早,所以冇乜人。餐牌選擇都幾豐富,如果揀呢啲食品,可以用優惠價配飲品或者小食咁啱又真係有金邊粉,呢個係下龍灣海鮮炒金邊粉, 望落賣相唔錯, 食落夠熱夠鑊氣, 都好多海鮮,除左蟹柳,魷魚仲有啲帶子粒同青口。 同泰式金邊粉有啲唔同泰式金邊粉有少少帶甜甜地但係越式這種就唔甜但少少鹹的。 金邊粉炒得剛剛好,唔太硬又唔太軟,一條條分明。另外我加錢要咗杯柑桔青檸梳打, 梳打水係分開上嘅, 一杯冰底配柑桔青檸, 分量大概可以到到兩杯,當然啲冰係滿㗎喇 。但係奉勸第一次飲嘅時候唔好搞勻得太犀利,否則第二次倒梳打水的時候,就會太淡冇曬柑桔青檸嘅味道。

咁啱又真係有金邊粉,呢個係下龍灣海鮮炒金邊粉, 望落賣相唔錯, 食落夠熱夠鑊氣, 都好多海鮮,除左蟹柳,魷魚仲有啲帶子粒同青口。 同泰式金邊粉有啲唔同泰式金邊粉有少少帶甜甜地但係越式這種就唔甜但少少鹹的。 金邊粉炒得剛剛好,唔太硬又唔太軟,一條條分明。

另外我加錢要咗杯柑桔青檸梳打, 梳打水係分開上嘅, 一杯冰底配柑桔青檸, 分量大概可以到到兩杯,當然啲冰係滿㗎喇 。但係奉勸第一次飲嘅時候唔好搞勻得太犀利,否則第二次倒梳打水的時候,就會太淡冇曬柑桔青檸嘅味道。
