這陣子十分難過,香港的天氣就像一個天然蒸鍋,只要一在室外,濕潤和酷熱的感覺交織煎熬,所以伴隨的是不振的食欲。如是者就來了吃越南菜,始終東南亞食品在炎熱的天氣是比較不會那麼抗拒。先來一些小吃,粉卷做得出色,灑在上面的蔥蒜分量剛剛好,能提升整個菜色的味道但不會過量。之後的雞中翼就中規中矩,不過是雞中翼的話就一定不會抗拒,怎樣煮也是好的。主菜就是火車頭河和芥蘭炒豬爽肉,火車頭河的湯底就十分鮮甜,而且不會有吃味精的感覺。最好味的居然是蘿蔔,吸收了湯汁的精華感覺很完美, 其實牛腩亦是很不錯的,可能是夏天的關係所以我會對清爽的蘿蔔有更多的好感。芥蘭炒豬爽肉,炒得火候十足,芥蘭不會炒到老掉了而咬不開,豬爽肉亦是恰如其分的口感,或許又是夏天的關係了,感覺對芥蘭的食慾更強。最後來一個椰汁冰。對了,原來整晚的亮點就是這杯椰汁冰了!香港的夏天就是這樣,一杯涼快的飮品勝過萬千美食。

今日收左工約左友人係上環搵食,比我發現左呢間餐廳,係上環黎講非常之抵食,而且質素都好好,絕對值得一試。環境裝修都唔錯,而且有好多藝術畫做擺設,好有文青feel,最岩黎打卡。首先我叫左個蝦頭海鮮炒飯,有好多海鮮,有帶子,蝦,青口,蟹柳等等,非常大份量。而且重好好味,啲飯炒到一粒粒金香,賣相已經好吸引,食落去真係好有驚喜。之後我叫左杯凍奶茶,好重奶香味,係我最鐘意個種味道,真係好好飲,同普通茶餐廳味道有啲唔同,呢道既奶香好多。友人就叫左個越式海鮮炒銀邊粉,炒到金黃色,好有鑊氣而不油膩,啲銀邊粉炒到好乾身,非常彈牙可口,口感一流。友人叫左杯椰汁紅豆冰,放勁多奶,好滑好香既椰汁溶係紅豆當中,真係特級享受。交通非常方便,地鐵,巴士,電車都可到,而且係中上環黎講真係好抵食,識食一定要黎試下。

2020年7月2日 星期二為左慶祝考車成功加上呢日又難得地早收工,就同女朋友出去上環行下街,睇下有咩好野食行到嗚越前面突然心思思想食越南野,巧合地女朋友都有差不多既諗法,所以好自然就衝左入去可能時間尚早,仲未有太多人,裡面裝修得幾有特色,似係越南風格,牆上面有好多幅唔同既掛畫餐牌方面見到有套餐可以揀,款式仲要係幾多,我哋每人叫咗一個套餐加杯飲品首先黎既係我叫既越南火車頭,餐牌寫住嘅係一人份量,但係黎既時間都幾大碗,裡面有好多唔同既配料,大部分都係牛唔同既部位,例如牛筋、牛𦟌、牛丸等等,當中最欣賞係生熟牛肉,本身放係碗上面既係生牛肉,而浸左湯之後牛肉會慢慢熟同變色,可以隨意決定牛肉嘅生熟程度。我就覺得牛肉唔應該太熟,如果唔係會太靭。最後係下龍灣海鮮炒金邊粉,上面有好多款唔同既海鮮,炒得都幾乾身,d粉唔會痴埋一舊舊,同埋醬汁唔會太鹹,食完唔太覺得口渴

東南亞食物最啱我口味,味道夠濃,今日行過上環,見到呢間越式菜餐廳,又忍唔住要入去試吓。呢間餐廳地方都算大,座位多,睇嚟應該係平日打工仔嘅食堂,食物選擇都有唔少,我哋就叫咗一飯一面一小食。薯絲炸蝦春卷:薯絲炸得好香脆,裏面包着一隻蝦和一些蝦滑,外脆內彈口,雖然只係幾十蚊,但份量都唔少,有成六大隻㗎!越式春卷湯檬:食得多炸野想食清淡啲,所以就叫咗湯檬,湯檬嘅味道唔錯,就咁食都好夠味,仲要大大碗,份量非常多。春卷揸得好香脆,係好正宗平常食到嘅越式春卷嘅味道,餡料都唔少,好味道!馬拉盞炒芥蘭豬爽肉:啲芥蘭炒得非常好食,馬拉盞嘅蒜蓉味好濃,唔知點解我仲覺得有少少蝦膏味添,送飯一流!豬爽肉真係好爽口,我估應該係豬頸肉黎?小菜嘅份量好足,仲配埋白飯,一定夠飽。

星期五晚放工要趕住同佢喺睇戲前食飯,估唔到喺中,上環哩區會有哩間咁平價嘅越式餐廳!哩度嘅環境唔錯,幾好坐。食物種類多,價錢又唔貴,而且上菜十分之快!小食叫左雞肉串燒,有3條,餣得好香,配上串燒汁調味,味道剛剛好!扎肉雞絲金邊粉,湯底好有鮮味,扎肉好香,加埋雞絲,清淡得黎亦幾有味道!佢嗌左火車頭河粉,湯底比較濃啲,有各款牛肉嘅餸菜,好有牛肉嘅香味。另外仲嗌左蒜蓉炒芥蘭,炒得好香好有獲氣!正,芥蘭又幾新鮮,唔錯!

跟餐配兩杯菊蜜越南生牛河加上青檸後很香,牛肉沒有煮到全熟,靠湯的熱力慢慢浸熟,牛肉份量很多,牛味重,可惜未夠幼滑。湯底雖然未算濃郁,但吃到突出的九層塔香葉味 🌿,河粉幼滑,可以分到兩碗,份量不少,加上有爽口芽菜點綴,整體上這碗生牛河也算不錯。

如果不看招牌的話,肯定會以為這裡是間港式的茶餐廳,餐廳內的裝潢非常的地道。這家餐廳無論多人還是少人都可以坐得得舒適,有卡位,又有大電視可看看了看餐牌,我點了個生牛肉湯河,越式的pho還是最吸引我的一來到的時候便知道自己沒有點錯,外相已經極為吸引牛肉的份量也有很多,最特別的還是在上面的香料,真的很不錯牛肉嫩滑非常,值得加分,而且湯底很濃郁加埋佢備好既辣椒粒就岩岩好!!馬拉盞炒通菜餐單上沒有馬拉盞炒通菜,但可以自行點單,味道相當不錯,味道不會太咸但很香的馬拉盞味道,讚
