The environment of the restaurant is quite good and hygienic. Waiters and waitresses are polite and kind. The dishes are attractive and delicious. It is definitely worth to have a try. Also the restaurant locates near the MTR exit, it is so convenient.

真係成晚食到成肚火!7點幾放工同呀爸呀媽食飯入咗一間在堅尼地城站附近的越南餐. 餐廳後部分位置是吉的,但那位好長金髮穿黑制服企收銀貌似「那誰」的一位中年四眼女待應(or 部長)帶了我們坐了一張近門口可以坐8人的長餐枱坐。我爸爸剛做完左手接駁手術,所以我讓他坐在sofa 位置。由於得張枱好長左邊靠牆,那位女「侍應」係咁2拉開張枱比我爸媽行入去,之後係咁2拍返埋. 佢根本唔會care or consider 到當 D 客人坐咗落去sofa 之後如果張枱太開食嘢有幾困難。所以我要幫爸媽成張枱拉近他們一點,否則,只能用一隻手食飯的爸爸成晚會很辛苦!在我出力推枱時那位女「侍應」一直只在啤住我,didn't bother to offer me any help at all!! 都算啦,I am alright. 最緊要爸爸坐得舒服。冇幾耐之後大家就跟另一位女waitress 落order. 個香茅牛肉檬出事了!D檬粉D頭頭尾尾完全未熟透!硬到根本冇可能食到!我地同那位黑衫女侍應講:「D米粉好硬」。佢即刻駁,呢D唔係米粉,係檬粉。你唔係就咁食,你要落魚露撈嚟食!」。老實說我最怕人唔聽書就駁嘴~頂,我在外國食正宗越南嘢幾十年!我會連咁簡單的食法都唔知?檬係越文 Bun ,亦即係米粉. 成份都係米同水!但我理得你係檬係米粉定Bun (越文)定rice vermicelli, 大家都知道係講緊堆粉係咪得囉!
The main point is, 你碟粉又乾又硬!我地從來沒有要求你去換過一碟,只希望你可以同廚房反映下希望下一碟唔會有同樣問題!你個黑面様好似以為我地特登搵嘢黎講又擺個款出嚟!最後我要呈上那些乾硬化的頭頭尾尾佢先好似明少少!佢好冷答咗一句:「係咁睇啦,D頭頭尾尾係乾D㗎啦, 吾好意思」雖然有say sorry, 但佢嗰個黑口黑面的様!真的令人好反胃!事實係D米粉根本硬㗎!未透心㗎D米粉!你禮貌上係咪應該問下「你地要唔要換過另一碟呀」?連hospitality 咁simple 既customer service 都唔識!

最後我地要全碟粉放入牛肉湯河內先解決到!硬粉配涷咗的牛肉湯,真難頂!

由於我坐最右邊,所以把原本放在左邊的汁醬移去中間!食食下嗰件女侍應突然行過嚟完全冇問過人就把所有嘢啪返去左邊牆!嗰時我已經火都嚟!但為了屋企人我忍!

食到尾,後面有客入嚟!佢又安排人地坐D木枱sofa位。個客要求坐近門口D普通位,佢可以連答都費事!個客要問幾次「得唔得呀?」「得唔得呀?」..佢最後真係唔答就唔答!有格到呢!

本來我呀媽想食甜品,我地又完全冇叫過埋單!嗰件極品女侍應突然啪一聲dum 低張單!當時8點幾咋!我呀爸呀媽都好upset!!! 食成$570但換來成肚火!!那位員工已經成位該店的生招牌!人如其店名!

呢間野D食物本身已經唔係好食!仲要service 咁差!冇所謂,少我地3個客姐!不過我好希望該餐廳老闆可以好好train 下D staff! 一個咁態度塊面咁黑的人點可以著黑衫做manager!!! 但我衷心希望佢並非manager囉!
否則真的要祝該店生意興隆!長命百歲!Good Luck!

火車頭的配料有生牛肉、牛腩片、牛丸、牛柏葉和牛筋。

個人選配了金邊粉,感覺不會太油。

生牛肉尚可以被湯煮熟;

牛腩片夠淋和入味;

今次同朋友食幾3樣菜, 質素都不錯扎肉撈檬個扎肉比一般食開既扎肉彈牙, 而且好厚切, 肉味很夠濃, 不錯!而凍檬的靈魂就在它的魚露甜酸汁, 我好鍾意魚露嘅味道,鹹得嚟又帶啲酸,好醒神開胃, 清爽,配料多令味道很有層次香茅豬扒飯炸至金黃熟透, 但食過口不算肥膩,又可保留肉汁, 香茅另豬扒味道提升不少 配自製越式魚露汁和蔥油, 零舍開胃呢, 加埋吾少配菜, 例如酸瓜, 可以中和油膩感, 好有心思Apple Crumble,皆因我愛玉桂跟蘋果融合的味道, 酸酸甜甜的蘋果跟酥酥脆脆的,加上雪糕同Apple Crumble一冷一熱的夾擊,真是讓人心情一亮

今日去到西環,工作太攰就去到地鐵站附近嘅依問越南菜餐廳食飯醫肚,餐廳嘅 裝修非常漂亮,食物亦都非常好食 而家為大家介紹下我今次食咗啲咩呀 首先第一樣係越南 菜最出名嘅生牛肉雞絲湯河,湯底發散發著 濃厚嘅牛肉味,生牛肉非常薄在溫暖嘅湯上 慢慢浸成七成熟左右,牛肉味非常重牛肉連湯底一齊食簡直人間嘅享受,雞絲亦都非常嫩滑,我從來未食過咁好味嘅越南河粉 第二樣,係越南小食拼盤,有扎肉,蝦餅,魚卷仲有雞翼,蝦餅非常香脆,蝦肉彈牙,扎肉稍為煎個香口非常,魚卷一啲腥味都冇非常好食而我嘅至愛雞翼更加係金香脆皮肉味鮮甜非常入味 最後整杯8號咖啡,佢哋用咗蒸餾法所以咖啡非常香滑,而且貓屎咖啡嘅味道十分出比我平常飲嘅咖啡好味得多

今日是女兒幼稚園 K1 入學面試三天連撃的第二天,表現與昨天有180度轉變,出乎意料地好,非常合作、兼完全正確回答老師的問題,總算挽回一點信心,開心地回到西環老家同媽打吃午飯。自從西環變天之後;講的是自從地鐵決定港島西延線的計劃直到去年底通車期間的改變,並不是什麼「西環治港」的秘密消息;各國風味的餐廳開完一間又一間,今次就去試試「Miss Saigon」。名字已經非常直接了當告訴大家是一間越南餐廳,只要對歷史稍有認識的人,都會知道西貢(Saigon)是越南在二戰結束獨立後、並處於分裂時期的南越首府的名字,自從北越統一南越之後,西貢(Saigon)就被改名為胡志明市。去到時候大概11:50左右,餐廳仍然未開門;再看看餐廳的營業時間,原來要12:00才開始。透過玻璃可以看到餐廳其實已經準備就緒,實在有點奇怪為什麼不打開門讓客人進去先坐下來。餐廳的設計、裝修風格及色調都充滿着越南海岸線的小漁村風情,但講的是十多二十年前越南尚未全面發展旅遊業之前的情況。現在的小漁村如芽莊、大叻等,已全部回復為法國殖民地時期的度假勝地,豪華酒店林立,小漁村風味的餐廳已經買少見少了。午市餐牌非常簡單,只有兩頁紙,

一向對於越南扎肉沒有太大喜好,無論睇落去或者食落去的口感,都有點似切片的豬肉香腸。而且越南扎肉是用蒸煮的方法,缺少了外國香腸煎焗烤的香口,並不是筆者的那杯茶。如果只是講扎肉,也算不錯

侍應哥哥介紹西貢小姐火車頭湯河粉($108),並提出應該足夠兩個人分享,但見到碗河粉之後,其實同普通的燒豬頸肉湯河或生牛肉湯河一樣大小,只不過多了一些食材,河粉份量完全一樣,覺得被侍應哥哥老點。

越南河粉的靈魂絕對是湯底,看顏色似乎偏淡。再試真啲味道,只能勉強品嚐到牛肉牛骨的清甜,雖然完全沒有肥油,做到清澈無渣,但真的很清淡,與期望中的既清澈又濃郁的牛肉清湯有所落差。

牛丸的模樣有點奇奇怪怪的,雖然已經知道不會是潮州牛丸的賣相,但這粒牛丸表面凹凸不平,有點似將免治牛肉隨便搓成牛肉丸。外觀還是其次,而且也欣賞這種純天然、沒有添加任何食物添加劑製作的牛丸,但真的完全食不出任何牛肉味。

牛柏葉的質素也並不討好,非常韌、很難咀嚼。河粉尚有兩三小塊蘿蔔,清甜、軟腍、無渣,竟然是這碗火車頭湯河最好味的食材,實在是喧賓奪主。

除了火車頭湯河之外,另外叫了手切生牛肉湯河粉($78),無論味道及牛肉質素皆與火車頭湯河一樣,有點失望。

媽打唔食牛,揀了燒豬頸肉湯河($68)。豬頸肉燒烤得尚算香口,味道也不錯,竟然較越南地道馳名小吃生牛肉湯河還要好味。至於湯底方面,並不是配襯牛肉湯河的清湯;雖然採用了另外一款湯底,但味道同樣非常普通。

去完西環泳棚, 為IG打打咭, 使成使命之後要搵食啦!!見到一間餐廳, 走前衛的新潮風格, 一睇到以為食西餐, 再望望餐牌, 原來係越南野, 就一於食啦一走入店內,感覺店內幾時尚, 而每個座位上都有提供調味料點左個越南札肉撈檬粉, 一黎到, 都幾大碗, 有札肉之外仲包埋2舊春卷, 油炸到金黃, 口感酥脆, 內餡蔬菜同香料的比例調的岩岩好札肉食起黎非常的酥香而且彈牙檬粉搭配蔥、花生粉,附上魚露, 在攪拌之後,麵條微酸的口感岩岩好,有著魚露特殊香氣, 算係清爽的一道主食, 開開胃...讓食慾瞬間提升飲品上也是很有越式風格,呢杯青檸檬蘇打,係食用完口感較強烈食物後,搭上呢一杯凍飲, 真係透心涼~
