爭啲因為呢間鋪頭我同我男朋友又反面啊😑本身佢問我想食咩,問我食唔食烏冬/蕎麥面之類嘅嘢,嗰一刻其實我係想食意粉或者串燒,佢再次重複問我食烏冬或者蕎麥面好唔好,我心唸咁即係你好明顯想食啦,明明我之前都講咗我想食啲咩,咁你又再問我究竟想點呢?就係因為咁樣成程車都冇講嘢直至去到三葉屋? 去到之後先我覺得好似有啲怪錯左佢!因為第一個感覺我覺得佢又求其帶我去一啲普通嘅日本野食啲好普通嘅烏冬同冷麵 ,所以有啲唔開心 😫!不過之後就有啲內疚自己成日都咁衝動 !門面係一間小小嘅日式鋪頭賣嘅原來係主打自家製烏冬同蕎麥面,地方少少亦都無特別安排要做what in客,係咁啱有位先有得坐咋!店員好親切㗎又有禮貌 ,先試佢哋嘅烏冬先叫咗個日式豬扒熱烏冬 ,另外加咗幾樣小食:包括串燒牛脷、黑糖手羽、三色薯餅仲有燒年糕。後來先發覺我哋叫得太多啦,冇諗到佢個日式豬扒咁大塊,有啲嚇親,不過大得來佢又揸炸得好有肉汁喎,雖然邊位都有啲肥,一個人點食得晒呢?牛舌呢⋯⋯我就覺得有陣騒味 ,同我平時食嗰啲串燒有啲唔同 ,不過唔可以話佢唔好味 !相信鍾意食牛脷嘅人應該會幾鍾意(包括我男朋友 )跟住係三色薯餅,因為我哋冇諗過塊豬扒係

跟住係三色薯餅,因為我哋冇諗過塊豬扒係炸嘢,所以計埋個三色薯餅好似叫咗好多熱氣野咁有啲肥。3件薯餅分別有咖喱、忌廉粟米同紫薯 ,份量多咗啲囉 !手羽就冇乜特別!燒年糕呢,原則上係好食嘅,不過可能平時食開嗰啲中間有夾芝士所以特別好味,今次食呢個就完全冇味囉。整體係好食嘅係我哋嗌得多姐,成日都眼闊肚窄

早前見傳媒報道呢間炮台山小店😲知道店主曾經在日本工作時老闆教他如何製作蕎麥麵,回港後並且開設了餐廳,於是特登過黎,1830到達鋪頭,店員詢問完有無book位後隨即安排入座!翻開餐牌點了兩客晚市麵食😊半烤鰹魚刺身配冷蕎麥麵🐟小碟上有蘿蔔蓉,建議加入在蕎麥麵汁,至於葱花同wasabi ,可按個人口味而決定。麵口感彈牙、具靭性,吃得出蕎麥香但是份量不是很多。鰹魚刺身好新鮮,將邊位烤過層次豐富咗,肉質鮮甜😋燒鹽糀味噌漬牛肉配冷蕎麥麵🐮牛肉幾juice,嫌略為有啲鹹餐廳設有卡位供三五知己暢飲,總大約20-25個座位而且坐無虛席,小插曲係點餐時原想點熱蕎麥麵,店員有禮推介凍食味道更佳,如喉嚨不適才點熱食及切忌加入蘿蔔蓉。

半烤鰹魚刺身配冷蕎麥麵🐟
小碟上有蘿蔔蓉,建議加入在蕎麥麵汁,至於葱花同wasabi ,可按個人口味而決定。麵口感彈牙、具靭性,吃得出蕎麥香但是份量不是很多。鰹魚刺身好新鮮,將邊位烤過層次豐富咗,肉質鮮甜😋
