有一段時間冇嚟炮台山,今日同友人突改變主意,再訪此處覓食。第一次嚟三葉屋,剛好週末放工時間,嚟到已經冇位,等咗兩張枱先至可以入座。幾鍾意呢到嘅昏黃燈光,頗有日本居酒屋嘅感覺。同友人各自點了兩個午市麵食:照燒牛舌冷蕎麥麵自家製嘅蕎麥麵果然不同凡響,蕎麥嘅香氣十足,冇坊間其他蕎麥麵咁順滑,口感較粗,頗有特色,牛舌相對比較普通。厚切他他醬日式炸雞配冷烏冬 炸雞,四件大大嚿,應該俾即叫即炸,食落十分嫩滑。自家製嘅烏冬,友人覺得過分煙韌,可能係凍食嘅關係。

因為我見到OpenRice啲相好似好吸引 所以就算我唔食得蝦我都嗌咗🤣🤣佢個蕎麥麵係自己手打嘅 我覺得口感都唔錯 至於佢個天婦羅係新鮮即炸既😍我自己幾欣賞佢個番茄同埋冬菇 呢兩個都係超級Juicy 不過佢個南瓜就好似煮得唔夠淋咁 所以爭少少 至於個🦐我朋友話個質感都ok既 不過就無咩蝦味🤭🤭
