說實話,何文田的確不是旺區。事關今日跟朋友過來看電單車陳列室,就走到附近看看有沒有食肆做下午茶比較特別,就看到這間食緬甸菜的,從來未試過一試無妨的心態就進去了。 看看餐牌,有款叫「Mohinga鮮魚濃湯」,挺特別的,當然要叫來一試。另外見佢有推介~「曼德勒紅燒腩肉配飯」,跟朋友開心分享。另外叫了一款小食~「緬甸黃薑脆脆雞翼」,這間緬甸餐廳特別的就是很多款菜都有用黃薑,我看到牆上的海報介紹,黃薑對身體其實非常有益,但坦白講,大部分市面的餐廳都唔會用到黃薑的,所以不坊叫來試試。又叫咗杯緬甸羅望子特飲,味道酸酸甜甜,幾開胃。這餐下午茶的確不錯,座位又舒適,侍應又很有禮貌,經過附近真的可以一試。

自小就跟緬甸媽媽學煮家鄉菜而家想香港人嘗到她家鄉的味道所以見到老闆堅持做好每一碗米線!見到佢咁製作用心,一方面想保留緬甸嘅調味另一方面又要配合香港人口味!真係都會好想支持下佢
之前去舊店因為小店形式所以會有時間傾兩句感覺close啲,但而加就空間感大左,但都係一件好事,因為係客人踴躍支持!加油吧老闆!


總括來說,食材係新鮮無味精,全部落足心機,美味又有特色既緬甸菜...真係值得一試架!

It’s worth to taste their signature noodles in fish broth. The soup was thick clinging onto the noodles, with bits of fish which were not fishy.

With the shallot and crispy condiment added to noodle soup it reminds me of Indonesian noodles in soup. That deep fried bean cracker was delicious and it didn’t go soggy even being soaked in the broth till the end. Interesting!

其實都已經食過呢間緬甸招牌米線幾次,但位於勝利道嘅店真係比較少位,所以我哋通常都係外賣,但外賣返到屋企食,味道一定無堂食咁正啦!發現原來喺附近開咗分店,大好多,所以今次就決定坐定定食返次先!我就叫返平時最愛嘅曼德勒鮮茄滋味撈麵,佢啲香料加落啲蕃茄度煮個濃稠嘅醬汁,麵質有咬口,較幼身,完全係我杯茶呀!之後叫咗酥炸黃金脆蝦餅同緬甸黃薑脆脆雞翼,略嫌炸過火咗少少,但完全無影響味道啊~大少就揀咗曼德勒紅燒腩肉飯,我試咗少少,味道帶少少甜,都幾開胃。腩肉亦煮得幾好,稔得嚟依然有應有嘅質感!緬甸菜真係香港比較少,尤其小店經營又好味,一定要多多支持 ~

月中去公開大學岀席活動,開始前去附近醫一醫肚。經過這間主打緬甸菜的小店,不禁引起我的注意,沒有去過緬甸的我完全想像不了緬甸味道會是怎樣!這晚一於先來一碗Mohinga 鮮魚濃湯米線,初步探索一下緬甸菜!Mohinga 鮮魚濃湯米線($48)湯底與平時常見的魚湯不同,加入了黃薑粉,所以呈黃色。以為會辣,其實不然,湯頭飲得岀魚鮮,鮮甜之餘,味道也特別濃和惹味,很特別,而且雖然濃味,但不會覺得太鹹,也完全不會有口渴的感覺,我個人覺得值得一試!配料有豆卜、蛋、魚片頭,還有數塊豌豆脆片。豌豆脆片是豌豆混合米漿一起炸,炸得香脆,加上豌豆數量多,口感都幾豐富!緬甸羅望子特飲($20)酸酸甜甜,醒胃解渴!
