sashimi新鮮, 一日舖頭坐低老闆 即時拎出兩箱話說是當日新鮮運到的海鮮逐一介紹 。但是他所介紹首先他介紹了貝殼類,而我同朋友揀了兩隻 赤貝及一隻象拔蚌後。他便繼續介紹一條 喜之次魚,話說是全日本排行第三最好的魚類,這條魚並不便宜 一條小小的魚要七百大元。但因朋友說想試試,所以我們 叫了一條 。但是當上菜才發現這魚只得 十數塊, 而且並沒有期望的鮮味,味道非常之淡。老闆解釋這是淡味的魚,如果不合口味下次會介紹比較濃味的給我們喔 。另外,老闆亦有介紹海膽,但是那板海膽價錢還比魚價。他話這是北海道海膽900元一點都不貴,妳哋出去一定搵吾到這平的價錢了?最後我們回覆他下次才試了,他見我們想放棄 即說他飲醉了酒 480 今次畀一個特價我們,下次沒可能食到這價錢喔。但是我們覺得不需要叫太多,所以沒有答應要這昂貴的海膽。跟住發現如果我們只叫他菜牌上的魚生組合,其實並不那麼昂貴。。而且發現隔離台只叫譜通的也是這樣新鮮。整體 sashimi 是不錯啦。 象拔蚌非常之鮮甜, 赤貝爽口 ,只是那條魚比較淡味。但是他的魚頭煲湯後反而非常鮮甜。之後,我哋亦叫了一 份腐皮溫泉蛋,腐皮脆口,而溫泉蛋夾了蔥粒

最後女朋友話想叫個飯食,就叫多個炒飯,又有意外驚喜,飯本身都炒得夠乾身唔會痴埋一齊,粒粒分明,再配上日本咸菜爽脆口感同咸香,又再一次造成味覺衝擊!推薦一試!

是次消費,連酒價錢九百多,扣除酒錢約六百,平均每人三百,以呢個價錢呢個質素我就覺得合理,比起拎去食放題,我寧願食質素。


個人心得:適合情侶或小型聚會,氣氛清幽,適合傾計。食物味道有質素,驚喜不斷!值得一試!

試左呢間新開張的餐廳老闆/大廚是日本人很友善會講解&介紹菜式給客人仲會問客人對於食物的意見很細心店員的服務態度也很好餐廳座位不多但坐得算係幾舒服食左2人套餐腐皮温泉蛋👍🏼👍🏼燒到脆身的腐皮加上流心温泉蛋很有驚喜的配搭另外鰻魚飯三食也是另一推薦👍🏼👍🏼老闆用新鮮鰻魚即宰即燒表皮燒得香脆刺身都幾厚件幾新鮮二人餐都幾抵食食完很滿足😋💖

午餐時間,去seven買野見到間,細細間的日本料理,個名都特別,好似岩岩開左冇幾耐,(。ӧ◡ӧ。)還都有的肚餓,就試下!鋪頭雖小但都幾精細,入到去見到都坐滿曬得人,lunch主要定食為主,見到好多款選擇又唔知道食咩,見到個四眼哥哥過來介紹,態度都幾好,推薦左一個燒五花腩定食,出餐都算快,賣相幾好,口感外脆內嫩,點埋得自家製味增夠味!又唔肥膩,外搭的前菜都幾開胃!尼個價錢來講真係物有所值!聽講老闆兼总厨係日本返來的華僑,有料理經驗幾十年,揾曰一定要過來試下晚餐菜式,睇下有咩獨特之處!
