評價一般般算是高價位的餐點,但是服務素質以及牛扒餐點素質感覺不到價值所在,跟普通的西餐牛扒差不多選擇性上也不算多,都是以吃牛扒為主。由於限制每個人都需要點一份主菜,但除了牛排只剩魚跟雞各一種選項,意粉跟燉飯也只有一種選擇。比較適合食肉獸的餐廳,另外,服務員姊姊服務態度一般,很多時候都沒有溝通就直接為我們跟進,開水的情況也是沒有詢問直接開瓶,感覺有點霸王硬上弓。並且沒有服務就是不停的想收盤子,感覺好像在吃茶餐廳

另外叫咗個沙律、炸洋蔥圈同蘑菇。沙律好食,炸洋蔥圈係好脆,洋蔥都甜。但我點都估唔到係一啲都唔熱。間餐廳都唔係好大,又廚房拎出嚟都係幾步,點解佢可以少少都唔暖? 😮

主菜:叫咗一個t bone另一個唔記得咩牛扒 。係唔錯,但呢個價錢計就係正常冇驚喜 。(牛扒880,tbone 1288) 之前去過麗晶酒店食扒,價錢平差不多,性價比好好多,又唔使限住每人要叫個主菜。

餐包🍞
烏黑的餐前包,心想一定是竹炭包,誰不知入口重重的芝麻味。麵包口感軟糯,配上牛油和原粒蒜蓉。一口咬就蒜頭爆開,重口味的我心花怒放。

前菜 Signature Mini Crab Crepe🦀
別於泰式做法,這個蛋餅超級薄,且帶香濃的雞蛋味。蛋卷內蟹肉十分之盛多,一絲絲的鮮蟹肉淋上三文魚籽醬,味道酸酸甜甜,當個開胃菜當之無愧。

前菜 Signature Beef Tartare🐄
用上澳洲和美國的和牛,自美國的牛肉相對堅韌,澳洲則比較肉質鮮美,兩者同用,可在口感上多元化,更有陣淡淡的煙熏味。撈入了生蛋,增加香滑,美味無窮。

主菜 Spanish Galacia Beef Short Rib🥩
擺盤十分精美,更在扒上插了一枝小小的西班牙國旗,很可愛。
經過48小時的慢煮後,肉雖已是全熟狀態,但肉質還是粉嫩多汁,配上的煙肉蘑菇汁,味道濃厚,更吃得出有原粒的蘑菇和煙肉。
另外必須一提的是配菜,做法屬美式混合意大利風味,調味後的貝比沙律菜自帶香水味,我不是誇張,味道很清幽,醋的香度及酸度,直接加重原本食物的鮮味,薯蓉也很香滑,整碟主菜是滿分之作。

甜品 Tiramisu ☕️
最近網絡很熱門,把整盤提拉米蘇端在餐桌旁,狠狠的盛一大匙放於碟上。整個過程滿足感滿滿,又打卡一流。
它不是很重的酒味或咖啡味,但忌廉香滑醇厚,也不會過甜。

一餐高分之作的午餐,無論食物質素、服務態度、環境氛圍都適合約會、慶生,值得推薦。

用暖盤上的牛排好食!🥩 侍應service 好,很友善餐廳裝修精緻 很適合來約會慶生等座位闊落地點好方便,就在中環Zara 旁裡面還藏著一個IGable酒吧 可以找一找 推薦👍

今天下班想吃牛排和朋友约了在中环H Queen‘s开了不久的New York Cut,听名字就知道是主打牛排的餐厅。我们点了双人套餐,首先餐前面包是芝麻味道的,前菜是beef tartare,特别有仪式感,服务员会在客人面前将生牛肉与蛋黄和调料在木制大碗搅拌均匀,再用勺子均匀的把生牛肉放在面包上。之后就是大虾沙拉和海鲜汤。主菜战斧牛排来了,服务员会将完整的tomahawk呈现在客人眼前,然后再拿去切。牛肉特别juicy,牛肉味浓郁,吃起来真的满足!没想到这家店的甜品也很给力,我们随餐的是提拉米苏与牛奶味雪糕,一点都不是齁甜,吃完这么丰盛的牛排大餐来一个甜品真的是很好的收尾!下次想吃牛排一定会再访!

Check out my first recommendation this year☺️First thing first, I have to talk abt my visit to New York Cuts last week👌 it was spectacular, the food, the service and the atmosphere 🤌🏻 We tried the Australian ribeye and the special French rump. They were all amazing especially the rump (tips: MEDIUM is the key🫣) can’t wait to try out the rest on the menu 😋We also started off with the lobster bisque and OX tail soup.
