想黎好耐,但無機會,唔係好多人肯黎呢d地方。上月有一日終於同班同事黎左食晏,雖然我地叫d野好油膩,但係d真係好入味。我地一行五人叫左:蝦醬豆腐白菜(因為賣晒其他菜)豆豉鯪魚油墨菜煎肉餅煎攘三寶薑蔥爆雞食到個肚飽飽,咀lam lam,先返公司做野,做到通霄。無錯,有時侯要獎勵下自己。但係我係每日到會想獎勵自己個隻。以上食譜乃一食家同事推介,好好食,值得一試。

早幾日想去食九記,點知裝緊修,唯有試下喱間,因為成條街至平係佢.叫個咖喱雞扒飯,送例湯同飲品.例湯好正,係粉葛湯尼,茶餐廳較小有,味濃兼小味精,真係想encore.咖喱雞扒飯亦係高水準,咖喱唔辣,而係勁香,亦有椰汁味,送飯一流.雞扒較薄身,肉質有彈性,煎得夠香,係小弟食過數一數二好食o既雞扒.喱個lunch真係食得好滿足.

闊別四年多,再一次在此出食評.

海蝦勝瓜肉崧蘿蔔,話係海蝦係呃你架je,光明病蝦而已.
不過蘿蔔同勝瓜真係鮮甜,連帶個汁可送兩碗靚仔.

剪脆皮肉餅,原理同煎藕餅一樣,係個質感比藕餅粗.

豉汁蒸排骨,實實在在住家菜.

兩個人三味一例湯真係夠食有突,份量可夠三個人分.
感覺比Soho上用你幾舊水,食左落肚都唔知係咩的confusion菜充實得多.

真正Soho人,唔係盛裝去嘉咸街,擺花街果D club去clubbing果d,著住牛
記笠記踢住對拖去牛記,才是皇道.

Ordered beef fried flat rice noodle w soy sauce and beef fried noodles with pickled vegetables. It is unbelievable how greasy the dish is. We couldn't even finish half the food bcos of the grease. Very unhealthy, will not go there again for the fried noodle dishes! The ginger chicken on the table beside us looks ok though.. guess there are 2 chefs, one in charge of rice and noodle dishes, and the other in charge of siu choy.

我及家人是牛記的常客,最喜歡他們的家常小菜,fresh and delicious。見老闆與客人都十分熟落,客人與客人之間亦互相認,加上老式舖面,非常有「老香港」的風味,除街坊外,亦吸引到不同國籍的遊客、明星藝人、型男索女等。最欣嘗牛記老闆對食物質素的堅持。必叫菜式包括乾煎茄餅、蝦醬九菜豆付及古法雞煲。由於地產商收地關係,牛記已於歌賦街另開新舖。想襯舊舖未結業前再回味一下香港地道菜館的風味,就要6月底前去幫襯。If you're lucky enough, you may be able to try the yummy sweet soup made by 肥仔,the shop owner's son!新舖師傳手勢一流,尤其喜歡蒸豬肉青及XO醬涼瓜抄田雞,值得一試!

下晝四點鐘,已完成手頭的工作,但晚上有function,所以都要等時間,唔走得。鬼佬宴會,一向無啖好食,諗諗下,都係食少少野打下底先。記得都一段時間無來這裡,加上地點偏僻隱蔽,實唔會俾蛇王的同事撞到,就約埋在附近工作的舊拍檔來飲杯野。牛記門面一般,但一向幾受歡迎,好似今日四點幾,都聚集了一班的士大佬在吹水,見老闆娘又個個都叫得出名,唔怪得咁旺場。叫了碗筋腩豬手河,加碟油菜,同兩杯熱奶茶。這裡的筋腩是柱侯煮法,因為牛筋炆得又腍又軟滑,所以關照老闆娘要多筋少腩,牛筋炆得入味,有水準。其實咁大舊牛腩,當然有韌有唔韌的地方,識叫自然會食得好一點。豬手其實是豬腳,皮多肉少,好在是用炆的,皮還算豐腴,不錯。菜綠油油的,一大碟,十蚊都算抵。同舊拍檔傾到成六點,埋單四十多,吃得飽一飽,個人覺得好抵。

到過牛記食晚飯幾次, 但同家人親友(十幾個人)只是首次,幸好我地約6:30pm到,才等到店內的大,當日係星期日,全部爆滿,都幾迫。我每次必叫佢地大大碗的例湯同潮式燒茄子,佢地d小菜好夠火候,order茄子小心呀!呢度雖然環境只是街坊格局,但小菜好味,吸引好多識食的外國人來。

if you want to try some local chinese food, dont miss it.I recommend 清湯腩too, nicely done.I used to visit there quite often, close to my ex-office. you will sometimes meet some celecbrities / stars..if your lucky enough.i recommended this, a local gourmet resturant.

Good Friday在蘇豪飲得盡興,夜麻麻同個朋友離開時佢話想食D野,唔想行去翠華咁遠,於是乎打橫行左個街口來左呢度,都見有唔少人幫襯,大部份是的士大佬,有一兩檯是像我們蒲完搵野食的。一路都以為呢度係間麵檔,但原來坐低至知好多野都有得食。叫左個乾炒牛河同奶茶兩杯,原本想叫碗麵,但見隔離煲清湯腩幾正,所以就叫來試試。牛河有火侯,炒得夠乾,味道唔錯,雖然碟底有唔少油但就正好給裝滿mix wine的胃部舒緩一下;清湯腩幾正,半肥廋,炆得又林又入味,可能食左一晚薯條洋蔥圈炸魷魚的關係,特別覺得好食。埋單近一百,唔算好平,但食物是有水準的。第時在Soho飲得咁上下都可以走來食野。
