今日去咗上環一間叫「Nissa la Bella」嘅餐廳食法國菜,帶咗佢哋嘅set dinner menu,餐廳嘅環境佈置得好有格調,牆上掛滿左好多黑白相,除咗有特色嘅巴黎建築之外,仲有好多紅磨坊表演嘅黑白相,而且門面、裝修、餐牌、吧枱都非常有法國風味,真係幾啱約會嘅時候嚟食。🍊 Pissaladière尼斯洋蔥鯷魚橄欖薄餅,第一道非常開胃嘅前菜,每一片薄餅上都配有醃製得好腍嘅洋蔥、橄欖同鯷魚,口感層次同味道都好豐富,鯷魚既鹹味會比洋蔥嘅甜味中和,橄欖嘅味道亦都好醒神開胃🍊 Salade d' endives a' la fourme d'ambert沙律配藍芝士車厘子、橄欖油、紅蔥頭、青檸及芫荽,blue cheese嘅味道比較強烈刺激,食完之後成個口腔都充滿芝士嘅香味,其餘嘅蔬菜就變得比較清淡,而啤梨同車厘子味道仍然非常清甜🍊 Tarte au champignons, sauce d'ail cremeuse日本真姬蘑菇撻盒配沙律菜, 係一道日法fusion菜,日本嘅真姬蘑菇爽口重菇菌味,配酥脆鬆軟嘅法式撻皮好夾,另外配上一壺忌廉奶油白汁俾客人自己倒落去,除咗可以自己控制份量之外

法式燴羊肉配時令蔬菜,羊肉炆得非常腍身,有非常濃郁嘅羊肉味,口腔充滿住羊肉嘅香味而遲遲沒有散去,露荀同薯仔先焗後炆,喺煲入面吸收晒羊肉嘅精華湯汁


🍊 Tarte tatin d'abricot, sorbet pistache
法式甜品嘅擺盤好精緻,有新鮮嘅杏果做伴碟,食落去又甜又爽脆,底下配咗一層杏果果醬加鬆餅,食落去非常鬆軟,中間有一球開心果果味嘅雪葩,開心果果仁嘅香味非常濃郁

距離港鐵有一段路程,惟光顧當晚所見,捧場客相當多,可謂受歡迎的隱世法國菜小店!尼斯洋蔥鯷魚橄欖薄餅相當鮮味,鯷魚的鹹香與橄欖的獨特味道互相配合。菊苣沙律配搭車厘茄、合桃及藍芝士,這道菜的賣相獨特、口感豐富。菊苣的微苦與藍芝士的濃郁奶香形成對比,合桃的香脆則為整道菜增添了層次。煙燻希靈魚配上薄切的薯仔、紅蔥頭及蕃茄,煙燻的香味柔和地滲透在魚肉中。不過特別一提,沒預算魚肉會有骨,因此進食時要當心,味道是不錯的。大西洋鱸魚柳與忌廉菠菜的味道十分相配,鱸魚嫩滑、菠菜細膩,魚皮香脆,加上這道菜是啖啖肉不帶骨的,讚!最後,甜品點了檸檬撻配法式蛋白,就算檸檬撻與蛋白霜同吃都稍嫌偏酸,不過欣賞輕盈綿密的蛋白霜,相信調一調酸甜度就完美了!
