距離港鐵有一段路程,惟光顧當晚所見,捧場客相當多,可謂受歡迎的隱世法國菜小店!尼斯洋蔥鯷魚橄欖薄餅相當鮮味,鯷魚的鹹香與橄欖的獨特味道互相配合。菊苣沙律配搭車厘茄、合桃及藍芝士,這道菜的賣相獨特、口感豐富。菊苣的微苦與藍芝士的濃郁奶香形成對比,合桃的香脆則為整道菜增添了層次。煙燻希靈魚配上薄切的薯仔、紅蔥頭及蕃茄,煙燻的香味柔和地滲透在魚肉中。不過特別一提,沒預算魚肉會有骨,因此進食時要當心,味道是不錯的。大西洋鱸魚柳與忌廉菠菜的味道十分相配,鱸魚嫩滑、菠菜細膩,魚皮香脆,加上這道菜是啖啖肉不帶骨的,讚!最後,甜品點了檸檬撻配法式蛋白,就算檸檬撻與蛋白霜同吃都稍嫌偏酸,不過欣賞輕盈綿密的蛋白霜,相信調一調酸甜度就完美了!

用南法式烹調方法,煙燻原條龍脷柳,待應把整條魚放在木箱內,真的好驚喜,當掀起木箱後,會噴出煙,同時聞到炭燒魚香味,用炭燒會令到魚更嫩滑,侍應慢慢地拆肉分給我們,旁邊配菜是蕃茄辣椒雜燴,配埋龍脷柳魚一併食好滋味,再加上牛油檸檬醬汁味道不錯。
