平時食餃子,我最鍾意食甜記同埋三一,不過甜記就要九龍至有,三一就要排隊等好耐,所以有時就會過嚟呢間食。第一次食係喺灣仔嗰間店,見佢都多人排隊就試吓,發覺佢嘅湯底幾好飲,餃子都皮薄餡多大大隻。今次嚟食就叫咗椰菜豬肉餃。平時唔太肚餓,就會嗌淨餃10隻,今日肚餓都係叫返個米粉食,就配五隻餃。椰菜豬肉餃嘅椰菜好爽甜,椰菜同豬肉嘅比例又啱啱好。最鍾意佢嘅湯底,其他餃子店通常都係雞湯,但呢間唔係,仲要湯底好濃郁,配餃子食好正。

上次去了上環的餃掂手工餃子雲吞專門店吃餃子覺得好好味,今次經過中環的分店肯定要品嘗多次了!至尊松茸豬肉灼餃軟軟糯糯,飽滿肉餡配松茸味道極佳,皮薄餡大,吃起來滿口的肉餡!放入獨家製作的狀元九鼎湯中餃子更加多汁豐潤!重慶鮮肉雲吞正宗的重慶特色美食,雲吞皮比餃子皮更加嫩滑更加薄。泡在微辣的重慶湯裡面,辛辣的味道滲入肉餡中,皮薄餡大,一口咬下去,滿口鮮香。四川涼面在夏天吃正好比較清涼,同蔥蒜和麻醬撈在一起,面條細長,極大程度地吸收了麻醬的配料的味道,香氣四溢!山楂雪梨水每次必點,因為它酸酸甜甜,又非常開胃,配涼皮涼面吃非常適合!
