Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

There were a total of two tempura shrimp and some tempura vegetables. the shrimp had a good texture and the sauce was tasty, not overly sweet. I particularly enjoyed the tempura sweet potato. 帯広はげ天尖沙咀柯士甸道西1號ELEMENTS 圓方木區2樓2103-05號舖🍛純和雞北海道湯咖哩定食 $158 (7.5/10)雞扒外皮帶點焦香味,外酥不油膩,而藏在皮下的雞肉鮮美滑嫩,讚死👍 與傳統日式咖哩的甘口口味不同,這裡的咖哩是帶點辛辣感的(但也沒有很重),挺過癮的😂蔬菜份量蠻多的,有南瓜、薯仔、茄子、洋蔥、蘑菇等,大多蔬菜都吸收了飽滿的湯汁,能品嚐到湯的精華隨咀嚼四溢在舌尖上,但像薯仔這麼比較大塊,熬煮時間較長的就沒有很入味啦🤣這份定食有包括沙律、漬物及甜品(?),Mochi煙煙韌韌甜甜的意外地蠻好吃。湯咖哩乃北海道既名物,曾經造訪一間位於鰂魚涌既湯咖哩專門店,雖價錢相若,但相比之下帯広はげ天的質素略高一點,本人是推的喔~

雞扒外皮帶點焦香味,外酥不油膩,而藏在皮下的雞肉鮮美滑嫩,讚死👍 與傳統日式咖哩的甘口口味不同,這裡的咖哩是帶點辛辣感的(但也沒有很重),挺過癮的😂

蔬菜份量蠻多的,有南瓜、薯仔、茄子、洋蔥、蘑菇等,大多蔬菜都吸收了飽滿的湯汁,能品嚐到湯的精華隨咀嚼四溢在舌尖上,但像薯仔這麼比較大塊,熬煮時間較長的就沒有很入味啦🤣

這份定食有包括沙律、漬物及甜品(?),Mochi煙煙韌韌甜甜的意外地蠻好吃。

湯咖哩乃北海道既名物,曾經造訪一間位於鰂魚涌既湯咖哩專門店,雖價錢相若,但相比之下帯広はげ天的質素略高一點,本人是推的喔~

在圓方唔知食乜,途經呢間打著北海道菜旗號的餐廳, 就決定試一試。北海道嚟講,我最喜歡食湯咖哩,每一間都有其不同的湯底,有香料重的,有肉味濃的,見到menu有湯咖哩揀,二話不說便選擇了雞的一款 ($158), 可惜唔似日本餐廳咁有得揀辣度,結果為咗迎合大眾口味,當然唔辣,食得唔夠過癮。雞件有啲乾,蔬菜似就咁灼熟,完全食唔出北海道的味道,失望。 冬菇海膽天婦羅 ($138), 望張相感覺好勁, 上下兩片冬菇夾住中間的海膽,叫嚟試試啦, 炸衣唔脆、兩片冬菇已經乾爭爭,海膽亦吃不到其鮮味,$138元兩件,貴而無味。其他天婦羅亦都麻麻, 除了蘆筍較好之外。 銀鱈魚西京燒($165),極級失望,魚肉勁乾無汁的,西京燒一般個皮都會燶燶地,但呢次係全黑,毫無魚味,我覺得嘥錢。

圓方係我同朋友好鍾意去嘅商場之一,今次去睇戲前先食個晚餐。呢間啲價錢合理,現代日式裝修,卡位舒適高私隱度。每款天婦羅都有兩件,蝦同魚都新鮮,天婦羅粉唔太厚,有口感,飯夠大碗,可惜唔係日本米,配普通味噌湯。用清湯唔會蓋過食材味道,材料豐富,三文魚煮熟咗仲好滑;蠔冇腥味;蟹腳細細隻都有肉;帶子最一般。一般玉子燒帶甜味,但呢個只係普通蛋卷,上面鋪咗鹹嘅明太子加木魚絲,冇乜特別。鰻魚底部燒得香脆,如果用炭燒更好!肉質唔太乾或太淋,夠味道,侍應另上一小碗鰻魚汁,我哋用咗嚟撈飯
