之前去元朗總店已經想幫襯,但大排長龍。今日經過荃灣分店有位,一於支持吓。第一輪先叫5款蟹子燒賣皇($28),大粒,豬肉蝦肉都好彈牙,好味道。另外辣油都唔錯。金牌炸芋角($18),外層鬆脆,裡面芋蓉有肉碎,味道很好。雖然係熱的,但食得出係炸完一段時間,因為有回油嘅味道,可惜(唔係即炸,因為落單後唔使一分鐘就上枱)。如果係即炸,一定好味好多。老馮流沙芋泥包($20),熱辣辣(小心辣咀),流沙芋泥超香濃,甜味適中,好味道。古法千層糕($26),鬆軟,中間有蛋黃、奶皇、椰絲,味道可以。八珍糯米雞($28),大隻,餡料有雞翼、臘腸、蛋黃、肉碎,糯米唔會濕淋淋,味道可以。食完再加單叫多4款鮮蝦腐皮卷($26),外層腐皮堅食到腐皮味,內裡蝦膠蝦肉彈牙,但又係可惜比較油。蔥花蝦米腸($20),滑,勁多蔥,蝦米亦不少,好味道。豉汁蒸鳳爪($23),味道正常,另外有2舊索哂豉汁味嘅麵筋。正宗潮州粉果($20),味道可以,但餡料得沙葛、花生、肉碎,可惜韭菜較少同無咗蝦米,係差咗丁丁。PS:$5@茶錢,免加一。

蔥花蝦米腸($20),滑,勁多蔥,蝦米亦不少,好味道。
豉汁蒸鳳爪($23),味道正常,另外有2舊索哂豉汁味嘅麵筋。
正宗潮州粉果($20),味道可以,但餡料得沙葛、花生、肉碎,可惜韭菜較少同無咗蝦米,係差咗丁丁。

人手:算是過多,但完全唔知做咩,行來行去,有吉枱又唔安排人入去,門口沒有蓋,落雨老人家等位,入左去幾次,話俾佢聽有七位俾我入咗先得唔得,佢又要返嚟出門口等,都唔知等乜,樓面起碼四至五個,吉枱已經執乾淨,係都冇人安排。坐低之後,又係自生自滅,冇人開茶,但係你有收茶芥囉。蝦餃:正常,不過不失,唔太大粒,個辣椒油就好正。千層糕:3小舊,硬的,份量少。咖喱魷魚:最好味,厚肉。炸芋角:外皮凍,內少少暖,咸到呢!一路食一路要吐骨,老人家小朋友要小心。

用滑嘟嘟既腸粉皮包裹住炸左既米網春卷。內脆外軟既口感好豐富,仲要包系最入既鮮蝦好彈牙爽口。

⦁ 老馮流沙芋泥包 $20
一籠先得兩個,仲要新鮮熱辣,輕輕一搣濃濃既芋泥流沙慢慢流出來,除左流沙,入面仲會有好細粒既芋頭粒。比起平時既流沙奶黃包口感仲豐富。

⦁ 鵪鶉蛋燒賣皇 $28
其實尼個同有d酒樓既鵪鶉蛋燒賣差唔多,不過食加好少酒樓仲會有,見到尼間有就一定會嗌。回憶感滿滿⋯

⦁咖喱蒸魷魚 $26
魷魚配上濃濃的咖喱香,入味之餘又唔辣,加上大大件得黎又彈牙。

⦁豉汁蒸鳳爪 $23
果豉汁好香好濃,鳳爪完全入晒味,肉質爽得黎唔難咬。

總結一下,每枱有90分鐘時間,出餐都快既,15分鐘內基本上到齊晒。食物質素尚算唔錯,大大份之餘又好味,價錢又唔算太貴。除左排隊等位,基本上冇野可以挑剔。

本身兩個人嚟飲早茶,入座時係安排咗四人座位,但係洗完碗碟之後突然放咗個透明夾板上張枱,話繁忙時間會分開比多兩個人坐,張枱本身都唔大仲要再分一半啲嘢食完全放唔到,全部向上咁樣搭,重點係間鋪其他所有兩個人坐嘅四人枱都唔需要搭枱,淨係我哋啲枱需要搭,我估原因係我哋都係後生,之後嚟嗰兩個搭枱嘅又係後生女好蝦啲?要搭枱又唔一早講,洗晒啲碗飲緊茶先來話要搭枱,如果早啲講我會轉第二間!同埋冷氣都唔係好夠,見有啲位置明明放唔到咁多張枱格硬寒啲枱入去,所以見到其他位置有啲食客入去個座位同離開個座位都要店員幫手將成張枱推出嚟先走到,真係大開眼界。食物質素正常,價錢都唔貴,但呢個環境唔會再嚟第二次!

之前聽過媽媽的朋友,講話呢間新開茶居好食 ,所以唸住試吓,但係每次經過門口都好多人等。😩今個星期六早 D 中午十二點幾去到,因為聽講地方唔係太大,所以只三個人去食。 去到門口已經見啲人自己攞定啲點心紙喺度畫定先。 等咗十零分鐘就有位喇,原來限時一個鐘 ,我哋坐正門口旁邊位,個自動門開開關關,唔係坐得好舒服,不過諗住食一個鐘算啦。😔裡面地方唔大,不過啲裝修都幾懷舊,因為食得太匆忙,都冇時間望吓D裝修,都係睇返之前網友嗰啲環境相。啲侍應都好匆忙 ,個炸芋角唔熱,較油,味道麻麻地。呢三款點心,味道都係普普通通。。蝦餃來到啲皮都穿曬窿😳呢個潮洲粉菓係再蒸過比我哋,之前嚟個籠,D皮爛開晒,真係爛到接受唔到,同送來個侍應講,佢都話其實佢頭先拎來見D皮爛成咁,都覺得比唔落手,不過自己又唔可以出聲,如果顧客出聲就可換啦。食最後來呢個糯米雞 ,直頭有 D變咗嘅味。 唔知係咪趕住出食物比D客,所以求求其其整咗出來, 越期望,越失望, 佢只可以話係價錢實惠,不過我唔會再去食第二次囉。

呢個潮洲粉菓係再蒸過比我哋,之前嚟個籠,D皮爛開晒,真係爛到接受唔到,同送來個侍應講,佢都話其實佢頭先拎來見D皮爛成咁,都覺得比唔落手,不過自己又唔可以出聲,如果顧客出聲就可換啦。

家人食過兩次外賣,讚!於是假期早上探一探茶居,點知早上10點未夠,已出現排隊人群。等了半小時,終於可以入去。在等候的時候,已經可以點定餐先,個膠點餐紙非常環保,讚 !入到去,餐具痛熱水已經預備好,見到特色餐具,未食已經心情大好,其實餐具已經很乾淨,可能因為需要特色,所以店員預備了洗碗盤,我們還是幫精緻的餐具洗了一轉。店內裝修懷舊,卻有新潮味道,不過座位略嫌太窄。我哋點咗鳳爪,金錢肚,流沙包,炸雲吞,腸粉。鳳爪的味道恰到好處,懷舊味,金錢肚好入味,流沙包凍咗仲係好好食,炸雲吞超正,想食多啲,但係腸粉嘅皮略嫌太口,好似棉胎,食咗飽到暈!不過整體來說,都係一個唔錯嘅飲食體驗,推介!

老馮茶居聞名已久,好耐之前已經喺網上見過大埔嗰間嘅報道。得知荃灣開咗新分店,試試!點心數量好多,傳統亦都有新派睇得出碗碟都有花心思,店入邊全部都係懷舊設計流沙芋泥包甜度還可,不過略嫌唔夠流沙牛肉球同燒賣好穩陣,燒賣入邊下蝦有兩粒,牛肉球味道調得好好夾埋喼汁一流 XO醬蘿蔔糕去飲茶真係一定要叫,蘿蔔糕應該係炸既,食落去略嫌有少少油膩去得飲茶點可以唔叫下蒸飯,呢個肉餅飯好好味,返入邊應該落咗豬油非常之香夾埋豉油,肉餅有咬口調味唔錯。呢個牛腩腸粉見佢店入邊推介就試吓啦,坦白講牛腩好好味,腸粉都好滑,不過兩樣嘢夾埋一齊我就覺得一般啦總括而言,其實仲有好多款點心都想試吓不過以上呢幾款大路嘢味道都好OK, 10分推薦大家去試一試

疫情停開後只做外賣,落單兩碟腸粉,叉燒包和芋泥包,等了一個小時才叫號取。回家打開吃,腸粉很滑溜,蒸包沒有茶樓蒸包咁大,叉燒包包皮不夠鬆軟,竽泥流沙包覺得芋泥不多,也沒有流沙狀態。整體感覺一般。

粉紫色的外表幾吸引,餡料係芋泥流沙自然流出,沙中還有芋粒。餡料的質地似平日食到奶黃流沙包,而他們則改成芋頭主題,有牛油香味。

好傷心古法千層糕已經賣曬,今次食唔到。
店鋪屬新開感受到店員之間在建立默契中,廚房出唔切及不時有枱冇人坐,然而外面滿滿人龍。最後用餐時間接近1小時,當中等上菜時間頗長,如是假日去要預備較鬆動的時間(等位+用餐2hr)和耐心等候的心💛

因為咁難食,我忍唔住寫左我人生第一篇食評。今朝起身想食點心,但因為疫情唔想出街,所以叫左外賣送上門。第一次食老馮茶居,點知失望到極點。叫左四樣野,有兩樣係酸宿既,咬左一口已經唔想食!食咗粒燒賣,點知係又「鞋」又酸宿既,粒燒賣係用啲臭豬肉黎做既,都唔知做左幾多日。個糯米雞又係酸宿既,而且仲加左大量味精,超難食可能呢排疫情,間餐廳有好多野食賣唔晒,所以賣啲隔夜野啦!🤮今次真係好失望,我唔會再去第二次。

最後希望店主改善食品及熱水爐控制!
