To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

山珍醬係用咗D菇類醃製嘅醬,食落有少少松露味,飯粒分明,有鑊氣。不過我食唔到鵝肝呢,扣少少分😅


➡️「瑤柱蟹肉炆鴛鴦米」($135/碗)
蟹肉好鮮甜,唔會食到碎骨!Kester 有時如果食蟹肉食到碎骨,佢會即刻罷食。今次佢全部食晒,所以證明廚房手功唔錯!鴛鴦米嘅粉絲煙煙靭靭,我好鍾意呀😊


➡️「龍蝦湯鮮蝦蟹肉灌湯餃」($155)
隻灌湯餃脹卜卜,材料十足,而且個餃皮夠薄。龍蝦湯就一定唔係好似西式嘅lobster basque 咁濃,稀D,適合非重口味人士。


服務方面,所有waiter 都好有禮貌同態度專業。佢哋會時時幫忙斟茶同有時幫手遞點心添。只係有一位waiter, 當你叫佢時,佢會應你,但係語氣比較俗D,佢會話:「你等陣先!」我哋叫佢幾次,佢每次都係咁樣應我哋。我覺得佢如果話「請等一等!」或只係舉一舉手示意都會令人感覺舒服啲,話晒我哋唔係喺茶餐廳。另外,呢位waiter 仲有一D體味添😰我個人非常介意體味呢一方面,尤其係同飲食有關。每次佢幫我斟茶或換碟,我都要閉一閉氣。我覺得從事餐飲,要接觸客人嘅服務員都應該留意埋個人衛生問題,避免對客人用膳期間作出影響。

第一次黎呢間餐廳,我覺得環境唔錯,今次坐既係近窗位置,可以睇到海景,係望摩天輪嗰個方向。一人份量既魚羹岩岩好,可以再食。龍蝦肉質唔錯,加埋佢嘅陪汁,送飯一流。最鍾意係食呢一個鱈魚柳,味道同埋肉質都啱啱好,可以食多幾件都冇問題,佢有兩個份量可以選擇(輕怡同例牌),早知咁好食就應該叫例牌。法邊豆都唔錯,唔會份量太多,兩個人食啱啱好。雖然係平常嘅家常蒸肉餅,但係都真係整得唔錯,可以試完再試,不過如果唔額外再加豉油會更加好。甜品我最鍾意食嘅係芒果糯米卷,佢個糯米皮整得非常好,配埋入邊嘅芒果肉甜甜地,幾好食,酥皮蛋撻個酥皮就麻麻地,可能係因為唔係即刻整嘅關係,杏仁茶芝麻湯圓個芝麻湯圓麻麻哋,芝麻味唔出,可以唔使試。

一早起身為咗食週末早晨點心。 餐廳準時9點開門,被安排坐晌窗邊位簡直喜出望外,望住個海景食早餐還是生平第一次,枱與枱之間有一定距離,樓底高加上無敵海景,坐得非常舒服。價錢真的好抵,HK$398可選Menu內6款點心,價錢亦包醬芥茶(另加10%服務費)。以這個價錢,食物方面酒店亦絕不馬虎,樣樣即叫即做,上枱碟碟熱辣辣,而且上枱速度亦相當快,服務員細心有禮,整體真的不錯。1) 白菌雞粒盞 : 有點兒似迷你雞批,酥脆香口,6款點心當中最喜歡這個。2) 冬筍鮮蝦餃 : 蝦新鮮彈牙,Size是一口一粒,若然Size能夠做大一點,這款點心就無得彈。3) 蜜皇义燒包 : 外皮鬆軟,攞上手亦不會散開,內裡餡料味道剛剛好,醬汁不多,亦不會過於濃味,好食。4)瑤柱雞粒鹹水角 : 相對其他幾款點心比較失色,不知是否外皮用了南瓜定點點咖哩粉溝成,帶點點黃色令賣相好像有點深,好彩是做成啤梨形狀,可愛指數可以加點分數,但皮較厚所以唔係好食得出餡料味道。5) XO醬炒腸粉 : XO醬味唔算突出,但由於上枱時仍非常之熱,煎香味就好夠,呢味如果能夠配辣椒醬及甜醬上枱,可以提升整個點心味道。6) 揚州炒香苗 : 非常足料

餐廳準時9點開門,被安排坐晌窗邊位簡直喜出望外,望住個海景食早餐還是生平第一次,枱與枱之間有一定距離,樓底高加上無敵海景,坐得非常舒服。

價錢真的好抵,HK$398可選Menu內6款點心,價錢亦包醬芥茶(另加10%服務費)。以這個價錢,食物方面酒店亦絕不馬虎,樣樣即叫即做,上枱碟碟熱辣辣,而且上枱速度亦相當快,服務員細心有禮,整體真的不錯。

1) 白菌雞粒盞 : 有點兒似迷你雞批,酥脆香口,6款點心當中最喜歡這個

2) 冬筍鮮蝦餃 : 蝦新鮮彈牙,Size是一口一粒,若然Size能夠做大一點,這款點心就無得彈。
3) 蜜皇义燒包 : 外皮鬆軟,攞上手亦不會散開,內裡餡料味道剛剛好,醬汁不多,亦不會過於濃味,好食。
4)瑤柱雞粒鹹水角 : 相對其他幾款點心比較失色,不知是否外皮用了南瓜定點點咖哩粉溝成,帶點點黃色令賣相好像有點深,好彩是做成啤梨形狀,可愛指數可以加點分數,但皮較厚所以唔係好食得出餡料味道。
5) XO醬炒腸粉 : XO醬味唔算突出,但由於上枱時仍非常之熱,煎香味就好夠,呢味如果能夠配辣椒醬及甜醬上枱,可以提升整個點心味道。
6) 揚州炒香苗 : 非常足料,食到义燒及蝦的味道,雖然上枱時有用蓋蓋住,但可能我們放了一陣先食,無咁熱,如果剛上枱食應該再好食D。

這次已是我第二次到港灣壹號用餐,食物同環境真係無得輸。服務相當殷勤有禮,收碟速度亦相當快。整體質素超出預期!
