行經旺角,見到一條(X粉)腸粉,見入不多就入去試下,看看餐牌有點心類,汕尾小食,潮式腸粉同特色撈飯,因不太餓只叫一碟腸粉,自選餡料揀咗蠔仔,牙菜與廣東腸粉做法不同,食落感覺冇廣東腸粉咁滑,蠔仔也不算多,沒有預期般好食,下次試其他吧。

海豐扁實 扁實即是廣東話口中既細蓉,外貌似平時打邊爐既魚皮餃,但口感的確係似細蓉,餡萬變不離其中,豬肉!味道唔太鹹。幾大粒,可以用皮薄餡靚形容!

大魚旦 大魚旦係長州食得多,潮式大魚旦都係第一次見,所以就試一試~ 魚旦以炸方式煮成,唔油膩~油溫控制得恰到好處,炸完出黎唔會乾柴,呈上後見到薄薄一片片既魚旦,刀工唔錯味。味道幾爽口,都值得大家一試~

食店主打潮汕食品,當中仲有點心及飯類,唯獨太飽,所以未能一試,大家有機會可以一點來試~

見好多人都叫呢個,我地都唔執輸。上枱時,真係有D嚇親,因為真係好多料,一眼望到嘅材料大概有脆米、冬菇、不同蔬菜、粉絲、花生、肉碎、菜甫、蝦米、蔥、臘腸等等,睇落有D似泡飯。湯低好清甜,唔鹹,撈均後,脆米吸左湯嘅味道,再配埋豐富材料,好有家鄉味道,第一次試菜茶,感覺好新鮮。

睇個名,唔會知係乜野黎,不過牆身有介紹,個樣有D似水餃雲吞嘅同類,皮唔算好薄,但好滑,餡料亦十足,咬落彈牙,跟牛丸一樣配上清湯,可以食到扁實嘅真實味道。

最後,門外貼了海報,每日都會派100份腸粉比老人家&有需要人士,好窩心。
