腸粉雖然有皺皮,但腸粉皮未夠薄,其餘材料鋪面或喺底,要小心翼翼咁夾🤣豉油偏淡,唔重口味👌🏻重點:佢哋嘅豬潤真係不得了:好大塊,冇腥味,仲幾彈牙,真心正正正!😍

放期又走到旺角蒲頭,三點三的時間毫無頭緒吃什麼。離遠見到一條腸粉這個招牌,新開的店,就直接決定試佢。 在人來人往的旺角道,它可以說是不起眼,然而食過潮式腸,就知道腸粉的美味。   坐低在牌上自助點餐,然後俾錢再等食物。腸粉因爲用自家石磨製,所以製作需時。   想試菜茶好耐,竟然這裏有,所以二話不說來了一碗過口癮。小小的一碗,有滿滿的菜、花生、蝦米、肉粒和脆米。  巨型手打魚蛋真係好巨,好香魚味而入口彈牙。但上枱時已切成片,看不到實物的巨型。 獅子頭也好食,混入了冬菇、蝦米、魷魚等在內,口感豐富。 到了招牌的腸粉,我的蝦米豬肉腸很足料,黃黃綠綠的鋪滿了一碟。腸粉有米香,雞蛋、蝦米、豬肉、生菜令腸粉食落更有層次。      牛肉腸也如是,滿滿的牛肉碎在腸粉中。 飲品方面我地點左椰子汁,這個椰樹牌椰子汁一點都不陌生,因為返大陸成日飲。 最後叫多個特色小食,海豐扁實,煙韌的外皮包著豬肉餡,點蠔汁食。 成個lunch的配搭感覺好健康,比起食薯條飲汔水,更鍾意這種中式的味道。難怪最近潮式腸粉店越開越多了。

而另外呢碟腸粉就有玉米、雞蛋、冬菇、豬肉、叉燒同鮮蝦 ($52)。兩碟腸粉味道都唔錯,皮薄而晶瑩剔透,加上質地柔軟香滑,入口有陣陣米香,水準不俗。配料當中以菜脯粒同豬肉最搶鏡,前者質感爽脆,入口帶淡淡鹹香、而豬肉食落亦有鮮味。豉油鹹度適中且非常惹味。

輪到吃小食,先嚐蔥香小油條 ($16),這款油條外觀看起來跟「油炸鬼」差不多,但就比較迷你的骰,食落非常鬆脆,入口一點也不油膩,咬開可以清楚見到氣孔。

至於這款海豐小米 ($28) 外形細細粒,有點似魚皮餃,餃皮煙韌軟糯,原來據說係用蕃薯粉做嘅,內裡包裹著豬肉和大地魚粉,入口既鹹鮮又富嚼勁,毋須蘸醬汁,已令人吃得津津有味。

接著是一客巨型手打魚蛋 ($28),這裡的手打魚蛋是用炸的方式處理,弄好後再切成一片片上檯。魚蛋外層炸至色澤金黃,入口外脆內軟,咀嚼時感覺很彈牙,有魚味又不覺腥,不油不膩,香口非常。

最尾呢款係汕尾菜茶 ($42),成品盛得滿滿,上桌時大大碗,份量十足。舀起一看,除了面層的炒米和花生外,還有臘腸、魷魚、肉丁、蝦丁、菜甫和七種以上嘅青菜,用料超級豐富。馬上吃一口,米花帶鹹香,肉的精華盡滲湯中,既有菜的清香,也有陣陣回甘的甜味,口感澎湃。

店裡的飲品選擇都幾多,而且跟餐仲會有特價,非常經濟。店舖地方雖然比較細,如果坐滿人的話,應該會感覺有點逼,但食物幾有水準,而且菜色定價唔貴,更不設加一,加上餐廳營業至凌晨五點,是旺角宵夜之選。
