今次是我第二次到這間餐廳亨用這個自助午餐,第一次來是出於好奇心,唔明點解價格並不便宜,但經常滿座。。。點知試過後就明白了,由於無訂位,進來時完本要坐 High Chair, 但見我腹大便便,員工很貼心地替我換了坐位,而取食物時,員工也會替我送到餐桌上,此舉讓人十分感動及貼心除服務外,餐廳頭盤的質素很好,每天會有少少不同款式選擇,再來是因為對他們的蕃茄濃湯諗諗不忘今次主菜點了 Pizza 慢慢享用,樣子相當吸引!甜品款式也有六至七種,推介 cookies ,味道濃郁,不太甜!希望日後有時間再來

今晚20:40入座兩位,點左兩位antipasti(任食頭盤甜品) ,每位$188,加一個主菜肉眼扒,侍應話有大約200g,出到去buffet枱,好多野已經無左大半,又唔refill,個陣2100點都未到,好似夾緊餸頭餸尾咁,肉眼扒嚟到,又薄又乾,咁薄都唔洗問我生熟啦(然而塊扒我叫4成,出到嚟咪又差唔多熟曬),甜品好難食,tiramisu 好苦又水,蛋糕無曬又唔refill ! 埋單仲要$700,返去仲要買多個老麥食,成餐都不知所謂!

男友突然興之所至說要於紀念日帶姐到香港公園觀賞紅鶴,並安排了於Operetta午膳。Operetta原解作配樂喜歌劇,是音樂劇的前身,屬於娛樂性較強的一類歌劇。其結構短小,音樂風格輕鬆活潑。今日的午膳正正切合餐廳名稱。甜品種類有很多,光是吃掉所有款式都飽了,是女生們的至愛!午餐是半自助餐形式的,有沙律、海鮮、冷盤等更有沙冰及綿花糖呢!主菜亦有多款選擇。而姐最喜愛吃的是闊條麵,淋上很濃很香的肉醬。而主菜則點了燒雞及薄餅。燒雞外面香口,裡面則很嫩滑不乾身。而薄餅則名符其實,餅底很薄但相當香脆,當中火箭菜配黑毛豬火腿更是一個很好的平衡。很滿足而且輕鬆的一個午餐、是假日優閒的好選擇。

取名上已可見使命性, 原來是為支持香港乳癌基金會更設計的一款甜點. 以紅石榴sorbet配上無花果蓉, 牛油脆餅, 乳酪輕蛋糕組合而成. 另加入Almond Crumble, 增加香氣和口感. 紅石榴Sorbet味道清得來香甜, 兼容其他的材料, 沒有霸道的味道. 另值得一提是底部是粉紅色的紅石榴啫喱而非果醬, 整體高雅而十分女性化. 相當具心思.

飯後一點甜是必需的,網上見到有人推介佢地既Tiramisu話好食,忍唔住又叫一份。面頭鋪上既Mascarpone Cheese質感好滑啊,配埋底下充滿咖啡香既Lady Finger,仲有檸檬甜酒啫喱,無得輸,會食唔停口!另外配左球榛子雪糕,榛子味好香好突出,好食啊!

熟食最令我著迷的,是這件煎得極美妙的seabass,佢好吃的程度根本就像一個主菜,蕃茄汁深深和魚肉翻騰,魚肉厚厚,連魚皮都是煎得勁香,又是同樣酒店主菜的水準,但呢度任你食。

主菜我選了牛肉為主菜,牛肉是煮得好的medium rare,那個帞爾馬的醬汁和旁邊的薯蓉是不得了的好,當然比起剛剛的更高一層次吧。

最後還有果汁任飲,還有像沙冰給你選擇。

如果以三百多的價錢來說,享受到這麼多的不錯的意式風情是很值得一試。

我還在想,那位我看到過門不入的明星入不到來真是有點可惜,不過,我想她選擇應該更多,起碼,不是明星的我們有得享受一個悠閒的星期日吃個午餐是一件非常幸福的事呢。

慢煮豬扒, 係用低火慢慢的將佢煮熟, 成個過程要成24小時, 你就知到呢道菜有幾哂時間同心機, 食落口感一食就知有分別, 比較起上來更為嫩滑, 而且煮了足足的24小時, 非常入味, 吃著有少少不像是豬扒的口感, 但味道卻充滿著豬扒的味道, 口感和層次都非常好吃
