To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 銅鑼灣商業大廈地下有一間班蘭葉印尼餐廳,間餐廳雖然不大,但啲食物就非常之吸引同埋好食。每一次都要等一陣間同埋都係坐滿人嘅。招牌班蘭雞飯必吃,鍾意啲雞夠嫩滑又多,飯有特色。今次都叫咗雜菜燒雞飯,雞燒到好脆皮,但係食落去係沒有很多脂肪,所以非常之健康,仲有啲雜菜同埋一嚿豆腐。今天吃了豆卜沙嗲,豆卜脆口,沙嗲汁夠濃又香又好味,沙嗲羊肉唔會太騷同埋太肥膩,加埋佢啲好有特色嘅沙嗲醬,好有印尼嘅風味。加咗蒜蓉炒的菜心真係好香嘅蒜蓉味,翠綠清甜。綠豆冰有椰香味。金橘青瓜冰都幾特別,有青檸同埋好多嘅青瓜絲,仲有柑桔嘅檸檬味好有特色。來這裡食飯經濟實惠,又有印尼特色,推介👍🏻

放午餐又係銅鑼灣繼續搵好西食,今日黎食正宗印尼野,門口有唔同既特色小食賣,例如蝦片、椰汁糕等,外賣堂食都可以,上菜速度快,我先點左個烤柚子雞翼,每隻雞翼都烤得微微香脆,肉質依然juicy,平時鹹味雞翼食得多,柚子甜雞翼係好少見,呢個搭配原來都十分惹味,主餐我點左牛骨白鬚牛丸湯,同船麵味道截然不同,辣辣地夠刺激,用芽菜、豆卜、菜心、香蒜等調味,仲有大大粒彈牙牛丸,同埋第一次食地道特色牛骨,啖啖肉好似食雞髀咁,牛骨黏着有啲筋肉可以食,質感嫩滑,飲品必點新鮮椰青,真係好清甜,飲完一個想再飲多個,甜甜的一啲都唔酸👍
