To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 箭葉果混吉蜜²⁸
第一次試箭葉果,味道甜甜酸酸,加埋青檸同黃檸檬。生津止渴,相當醒胃!

熱奶茶茶味香濃,更用上煉奶,口感更香滑細膩。

朋友推薦嘅花膠湯粉皮,話係呢個最出名嘅菜式~ 印尼餐廳有花膠出現,成件事勁神奇,我諗係為咗迎合香港人口味而推出嘅菜式🤔 落單之前特登問清楚原條魚原來係黑鰂魚,因為我本人唔識挑骨嘅關係唔係咩魚都食,但呢個真係有驚喜!條魚用咗好多款香料去醃,然後再炸到外皮超級香脆,但入面嘅肉依然係好滑~ 而花膠湯粉皮就非常足料,個湯又濃,但最令我意料之外嘅係粉皮,唔係講笑真係超級滑,我覺得我係會為咗粉皮再encore呢間😂

小食拼盤有炸雞、矮瓜、秋葵、黃豆餅同埋雞翼,我自己最中意炸雞同埋矮瓜,真心炸雞又係好嫩滑,平時喺香港真係好少食到咁好食嘅炸雞,好多都炸到啲肉好硬,後者雖然因為冇豆腐而變咗矮瓜,有啲可惜但矮瓜勁好食勁juicy!

佢嘅碎雞一啲都唔碎有4大件,外皮炸到脆卜卜,入面雞肉仲係好滑好juicy!再加印尼撈麵底真心推!不過如果唔食得辣,建議唔好囉入面兜辣椒碎好辣!
