有次係Openrice 搵野食睇到衣間餐廳,咁啱約左朋友係銅鑼灣,佢都話想食印尼菜,就到此店,餐廳門口放了多款印尼小食,雖然店舖唔大,但餐廳內嘅員工都是印尼人,估計應該係印尼人開,我諗係正宗掛😅。餐牌有主食,飯類,串燒,甜品和特式飲品外,最特別就係有花膠湯粉皮。我地揀咗原隻龍蝦花膠湯粉皮,千層班蘭糕,大蘑菇沙嗲串燒,箭葉橙混吉蜜。食物味道方面:🍜原隻龍蝦花膠湯粉皮,湯底味道剛好,不太鹹,也不會淡而無味,花膠比想像中大塊,但可惜花膠比較硬,我本人鍾意花膠淋身一啲,至於龍蝦size亦唔算太細隻,但可惜煮得耐左啲,所以肉質有點硬!😮‍💨千層班蘭糕,味道好香,口感煙煙韌韌,有特色👍🍄大磨菇沙嗲串燒,沙爹醬汁加埋大磨菇,味道好夾,亦食唔到草青味,值得推介👍🍯箭葉橙混吉蜜,裏面有青檸,箭葉,檸檬,加埋蜜糖甜甜地,混得好適中,好飲👍值得下次再嚟食其他野

千層班蘭糕,味道好香,口感煙煙韌韌,有特色👍
🍄大磨菇沙嗲串燒,沙爹醬汁加埋大磨菇,味道好夾,亦食唔到草青味,值得推介👍
🍯箭葉橙混吉蜜,裏面有青檸,箭葉,檸檬,加埋蜜糖甜甜地,混得好適中,好飲👍

或許是香港有很多工人姐姐的關係?類似的印尼菜餐廳非常多,維園附近這家是我回訪過最多次的,個人最愛燒魚的菜色,還有斑蘭葉蛋糕也是一定要吃的(挺快賣光光)它門口經常會賣一些印尼特色的點心,跟超便宜的小食,附近也都是印尼菜餐廳,推薦給喜歡印尼菜的人Ikan Bakar Padang巴東燒魚大大條燒魚,燒得皮脆內嫩,魚鰭及魚尾骨燒到脆卜卜,面頭舖着醃料,相當惹味,最重要是香口魚又多汁,好正!食過幾次也回點這味菜~Mie Ayam Geprek Pedas Lblis Keju Leleh三重芝士炸碎雞撈麵開頭見到碎雞以為係雞粒,原來都好大舊架,炸雞外脆內乾身帶汁,炸得出色,點埋個辣醬真係火辣辣!印尼撈麵無得輸,加埋芝士非常惹味,而且份量非常大,估計有大概3個面的份量..另外點了二款小吃Risoles 牛肉巻和Udang Roll蝦巻,牛肉卷內有不少餡料,蝦卷有咬口,可以一試~

大大條燒魚,燒得皮脆內嫩,魚鰭及魚尾骨燒到脆卜卜,面頭舖着醃料,相當惹味,最重要是香口魚又多汁,好正!食過幾次也回點這味菜~

三重芝士炸碎雞撈麵


開頭見到碎雞以為係雞粒,原來都好大舊架,炸雞外脆內乾身帶汁,炸得出色,點埋個辣醬真係火辣辣!印尼撈麵無得輸,加埋芝士非常惹味,而且份量非常大,估計有大概3個面的份量..


另外點了二款小吃Risoles 牛肉巻和Udang Roll蝦巻,牛肉卷內有不少餡料,蝦卷有咬口,可以一試~

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pandan Leaf Indonesian Restaurant in Causeway Bay, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. This cosy establishment offers a delightful array of Indonesian cuisine that truly captures the essence of authentic flavours. From the moment I stepped foot inside, I knew I was in for a treat. I stepped out of the restaurant with a heavy belly and a happy soul. The most important of all,  the food was not expensive at all!!!!!!!

One of the standout dishes I tried was the Satay Chicken. The chicken was incredibly tender and cooked to perfection. Each skewer was bursting with flavour, thanks to the well-balanced marinade that complemented the succulent meat. It was a true delight to savour each bite, and I couldn't help but appreciate the expert cooking techniques employed by the talented chefs. 

Another highlight of my meal was the Padang Beef. I must confess that I believe it could easily be the best Padang Beef dish in all of Hong Kong. The beef was exquisitely seasoned, and the flavours were nothing short of exceptional. What impressed me the most was the tenderness of the meat—it practically melted in my mouth. The dish showcased the culinary mastery of the chefs, and I couldn't help but be thoroughly impressed. 

To add a touch of indulgence to my meal, I decided to try the Cheese Fried Chicken. While the chicken was freshly cooked and boasted a delightful crispiness, I do feel that it would have benefited from a bit more cheese. Nevertheless, the dish was still enjoyable, and the chicken itself was flavorful and well-prepared. It served as a tasty addition to the overall dining experience. 

Overall, I highly recommend Pandan Leaf Indonesian Restaurant to anyone seeking an authentic Indonesian culinary adventure. The food was truly amazing, and each dish I tried showcased the restaurant's commitment to quality and taste. From the tender and perfectly cooked Satay Chicken to the impeccable Padang Beef, every bite was a testament to the restaurant's dedication to providing genuine Indonesian flavours. The restaurant itself offers a warm and inviting ambience, making it an ideal spot for a cosy meal or a gathering with friends and family. The attentive staff members were friendly and knowledgeable, ensuring a pleasant and memorable dining experience. If you're in the mood for some legit Indonesian food that tastes incredibly authentic, look no further than Pandan Leaf Indonesian Restaurant. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.
