To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 我一直都好想試吓呢間食肆, 今天終於有機會試到. 叫咗蟹粉西蘭花, 士多啤梨骨, 仲有例湯. 雖然係例湯, 但係都好唔錯, 好濃郁. 有住家feel喎. 士多啤梨骨真係唔錯, 當然夠脆啦! 每舊排骨都有幽幽的士多啤梨味, 又唔會太濃, 比一般生炒骨更好. d士多啤梨唔知點煮, 熟咗都可以唔酸, 幾得!但蟹粉西蘭花就唔係好得, 唔係好覺有蟹粉/蟹肉, 茨汁好杰, 西蘭花連一般的水平都冇, 可能我鍾意蒜蓉卦....總括都幾好, 但下次一定試吓蒜香雞, 啫啫通菜, 聖子,同蠔....

x2可在12月順利畢業,在此請supervisors吃謝師宴。今晚好旺,全場爆滿。

因為勁爆,彭生不斷要推電話的booking,但他好好人好守諾言,說了不摧我們交檯真的沒有趕客。多謝多謝,祝生意繼續興隆。

10時多走,這晚是賓主盡歡,十分開心。

臨走見到Eason太徐小姐,真人瓜子口面都幾靚。猿渡久美子明明說這店內不准吸煙,但徐小姐這檯又吸煙喎,好在我們都埋單,免得吸二手煙啦。

十點幾先去食晚飯所以見唔到萬人空巷的情景。叫了蝦醬通菜(好香!),士多啤梨生炒骨(果然名不虛傳),鮮冬菇紅燒豆腐(好食但好像不是布包豆腐),最後個粉絲蝦煲就比較失敗啦!好大喜功,用大蝦,必定雪藏啦!部份蝦重系霉霉地!但to be fair,粉絲就好好味。但舊幾水食粉絲,最真系肉痛!埋單$317,不平不貴。

聽雪怡講,八月聚會響呢度食得幾開心,今日去表哥途中又見倒佢門口重有車位,所以停下車等位,等左十五分鐘入得。因為只得兩個人,只叫得三味菜:古法焗魚腸- 幾好,不過冇咩味通菜- 超好,每台都有叫芝麻班塊- 好,外面香脆,裡面有魚味,正!總結:坐位好細,上菜好快,食物水準好高。唔知係咪老細d服務水準高,我連d飯同茶都覺得好好味。佢重話下次一定要試佢d魚翅,我下次訂定台先。有車可泊街(對面)或錶位(附近)。
