I had a chance to try some of their dishes and I was impressed by the quality and variety of their menu. Here are some of the highlights:- Roasted Herb Chicken Ceasar Salad: The chicken was tender and juicy, with a nice herb crust. The dressing was creamy and tangy, with a hint of garlic. The lettuce was crisp and fresh, and the croutons added some crunch.- Prawn and avocado Genovese: A light and refreshing pasta dish. The prawns were succulent and sweet, and the avocado added some creaminess and richness. The Genovese sauce was made with basil, pine nuts, garlic, and olive oil, and it coated the pasta perfectly.- Soft shell crab fresh pasta with sea urchin cream sauce: The soft shell crab was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the sea urchin cream sauce was smooth and velvety, with a briny and buttery flavor. The fresh pasta was cooked al dente, and it absorbed the sauce well.- Salmon and avocado with basil Pizza: A unique and delicious pizza. 朋友約去屯門市中心食野,兜左個圈後揀左去時代廣場嘅意粉狂熱,見佢門口放嘅餐牌有個二人餐幾啱食嘛。坐低後,店員送上qr code落單,快快落野食好肚餓呀😆⭐法式芝士洋蔥湯 & 香濃南瓜忌廉湯餐湯有兩款選擇,各樣點了一客,洋葱湯幾鮮味的,法包吸飽湯汁好正。另外南瓜湯都好飲,香甜綿滑,好重忌廉味呀。⭐凱撒沙律跟餐有半份凱撒沙律,沙律菜爽脆甜,加上大量芝士碎,好食噃。⭐芝士肉醬千層麵主食之一叫了千層麵,上枱時是剛剛出爐的,店員提醒烤盤很燙要小心。千層麵有四層,中間夾了肉沫同蕃茄醬,仲有少芝士,酸酸甜甜又香口。⭐軟殼蟹配海膽忌廉汁鮮製意粉另一個主菜就叫咗軟殼蟹意粉,醬汁係海膽忌廉汁,食落好鮮味,意粉彈牙有咬口,鮮製意粉果然係唔同啲嘅🤤⭐朱古力窩夫甜品升級要了朱古力窩夫,除了窩夫,仲有一球雲呢拿雪糕球同兩件提拉米蘇小蛋糕,窩夫的朱古力味很濃,再加上朱古力粉同朱古力醬,真係好有朱古力味,勁正喎😋另外提拉米蘇蛋糕又係好好味,軟綿香滑,唔知有冇得單點提拉米蘇嘅呢🤤⭐凍水果茶 & 凍奶茶跟餐餐飲冷熱同價,叫咗一杯水果茶同一杯凍奶茶,都係走甜嘅,水果茶有香橙同奇異果等,茶底係紅茶,就算無糖都幾香甜㗎。凍奶茶茶香奶滑,走咗甜都冇苦澀。加埋一都係400蚊左右,餐飲好食,餐廳環境闊落,呢個價錢抵食啦👍 continue reading

個fd話好耐冇食過意粉狂熱,仲話有新意粉,好啦,今日就陪佢食啦!好,坐低睇下有咩好食先。跟餐可以有忌廉蘑菇湯、洋蔥湯,兩個湯都好足料,我就比較喜歡忌廉蘑菇湯,因為好有菇味。軟殻蟹配海膽忌廉汁鮮製意粉,個意粉present得好靚仔囉,好有fine dine感覺,意粉掛滿海膽忌廉汁,碟上冇多餘醬汁。原隻大大隻軟殼蟹,炸到卜卜脆,好味味!鮭魚菠菜忌廉意粉,叫番個經典意粉,水準依然keep到,忌廉好香滑,意粉好有咬勁,鮭魚肉唔會散收收,唔錯。香濃朱古力窩夫,香港朱古力味既窩夫,配個雲呢拿雪糕黎食,仲有兩件迷你tiramisu,甜品好抵食。飲品就叫左橙汁,熱柚子蜜。 continue reading
