芭堤雅泰國餐館中午人氣十足,地下同一樓都爆滿。不過餐館環境安靜舒適,裝潢簡約清新,服務態度更是體貼入微。我們點了套餐加小食,其中海南雞飯分量驚人,雞肉鮮嫩多汁,配上清甜可口的蘿蔔湯,相當寫意。招牌的肉碎飯香味濃郁,肉碎入味滑嫩,搭配爽脆多汁的豬頸肉,層次豐富,非常開胃。小食方面,炸蝦餅酥香可口,炸雞翼外酥內嫩,別具特色。不過最引人注目的,莫過於那份肉碎生菜包了。香辣多汁的肉碎與清爽的生菜相得益彰,不同風味相互映襯,令人百吃不厭。最後我們還品嚐了芒果糯米飯,綿密香甜,是一道絕佳的甜品佳餚。不論老少,這裡的飲品如華田火山,都能滿足各種口味。整體來說,芭堤雅餐館既能滿足傳統泰式風味,更能創新出別具特色的菜品,實在是一家不可錯過的泰國料理佳地。我相信下次前來,依然能盡情享受到別樹一格的美味。

華田香蕉飛碟
甜品嗌咗Special Menu上嘅華田香蕉飛碟~
原來飛碟唔係普通嘅厚麵包,而係泰式薄餅,煎到香脆~ 加有華田脆脆,夾住香蕉同朱古力醬,好食程度驚為天人~ 明明食到已經好飽,但都覺得呢個甜品好好食😍😋


雖然叫咗勁多嘢食,但仲有Pattaya地踎撈麵,芭堤雅炸蛋打拋和牛飯、奶茶雪山… 好多菜式同甜品都好想食~ 而且餐廳會不定時轉新Menu,所以真係要一嚟再嚟~ 不過呢日就食住咁多先,下次再嚟元朗,一定會再嚟食埋其他菜式嘅!

今日咁啱去到元朗,經過見到呢間泰國餐廳勁多人排隊,而且佢嘅門面好靚,有兩層好似啲隱世Cafe咁,咁就一於去試吓啦。唔知呢度有冇得book位呢,因為我地6:30去到,差唔多等咗一個鐘先有得入。之後要一個佢帶咗我哋上2樓,環境好靚呀。一坐低已經見到隔籬枱有幾串好靚嘅牛肉,原來係牛肉串燒,咁我就一於叫黎試吓啦。估唔到真係好好食,咁嘅價錢都咁高質素嘅牛肉真係好難得。另外我哋仲叫咗青咖喱雞,一上台就聞到好香,食落個咖喱唔算太辣,小朋友都食得。而且佢嘅雞好滑,食落又唔算多骨,入面仲有薯仔洋蔥等等嘅配料,真係好好食。仲有一樣好想讚嘅係就係呢個冬陰功,因為佢嘅辣味夠,越飲越開胃。呢間餐廳又靚又好食,唔怪得咁多人等位啦。

今午有同事話係元朗Yooho Town附近有間泰國菜唔錯,咁啱要去元朗做嘢,約晚上六点半到了餐廳,地方唔算大,但裝修同坐位舒適,七点前已滿坐,私心提議要提早book位!我同朋友二人點咗泰式拼盤,有粉絲春卷,芝麻雞翼,魚餅同蝦餅,春卷炸得脆,包住粉絲好惹味又唔膩,芝麻雞翼肉質嫩滑又香脆,但我覺得最好食係蝦餅,爽口彈牙有蝦味,配埋酸甜汁好好味。美國牛肋肉串燒,廚師用牛肋肉加入少許自家製醬汁來提升肉質,入口香嫩又juicy, 有齒夾留香的口感。泰式黃咖喱牛筋腩,軟滑香霖,配薄餅點汁就最夾。最後加埋泰式飛天通菜,廚師炒得惹味香口。二個人點咗四個餸都好飽,結賬唔駛五百元,都幾抵食,係值得推介朋友的餐廳!
