To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 得十度,但又好想去行下郊區,今日㨂左南丫島!由榕樹灣落船,行到去索罟灣。得果個幾鐘,無理由就咁返市區。於是就揾野食。不嬲都係覺得呢度既海鮮係超貴又唔好食既。但今日竟然間食店都話免加一、仲話送野飲。結果㨂左桃源!去到竟然見到一啲咁舊式嘅茶壺。套餐入面有蝦、魚、炒蜆、扇貝、菜同埋炒飯。可能由於我哋係第一台客人,我哋問呢個黑胡椒蝦可唔可以轉做黃金蝦嘅時候佢哋都一口答應。餐廳方面送咗呢個椒鹽鮮魷!雖然望落去好細碟,但係送嘅,而且味道方面冇偷工減料。天氣太凍真係會影響呢度嘅生意,但係亦令到我哋好好彩可以食到一餐咁美味嘅午餐。

鮮魷好好味,薄粉炸唔多油,鮮魷又係鮮甜爽口,而且幾大碟。椒鹽味剛剛好,唔會蓋過海鮮味

3.粉絲蒸珍寶蚌
一人一隻掌心咁大隻嘅蚌,蒜頭豆豉蒸,粉絲索滿汁好正!

Lamma Seafood restaurants are well known of their "Dishonest Business" culture. Be prepared to pay a higher price.

次次入黎南丫島都係食呢間,反而隔離好多人既就未去過.呢間餐廳雖然唔夠隔離人氣旺盛,但勝在有人情味,所以我經常推介朋友入黎食海鮮.我最常食既就係牛油龍蝦平時人地都係食芝士龍蝦,但呢度既牛油龍蝦先係最正!你睇下隻龍蝦幾新鮮炒出黎好香噴噴架!蒜蓉蒸帶子,新鮮所以好爽甜以前我好少食蟹,但係老闆極力推薦時令既蟹(有三點既唔記得叫咩名添~)嘩!真係好好食呀~一試又愛上左~最後加個菜加個飯.真係好飽好飽~由於餐廳都好近碼頭.有船黎都會見到.老闆就會提你去搭船慢慢出返市區.放假入南丫島行下食下都幾爽架~

原本想去天虹,行過間舖個老板話送碟海鮮比我地食。抱住食海鮮,間間都差唔多味道既心態去試。點知,到上菜,我地叫左個四人餐$799,首先黎個白灼蝦,四個人,每人分得兩隻,大細不一,而且蝦身比較霉,第二碟黎個避風塘炒蟹,蟹肉霉,冇乜肉,冇膏,冇味。第三碟,炸鮮尤,呢碟比較正常少少最後黎埋碟油菜同炒飯,屋企合埋身都煮得好食過佢。。仲有碟炒蜆,冇味道,殼仲多過肉最後,黎到最精彩既一碟,佢話送既辣酒東風螺。。。黎到得七粒,四個人每人兩粒都冇。送得咁小家,難為佢竟然送得出,我寧願佢唔好送。。。 埋單只收現金,啤酒40 蚊支,加埋9百幾,一D都唔值。冇下次!

接下來上桌的是清蒸海上鮮。清蒸這種作法看似平實不花巧,可是如何掌握好火候,挑選的「海上鮮」「鮮」不「鮮」,這些最考功夫。而且如果想品嘗魚的鮮味,沒有一種作法比清蒸更適合。我們入座的時候,樓面侍應叔叔拍著心口說這條海上鮮是他們在自家的漁排撈上來的,所以我們對這道「清蒸海上鮮」可是期待萬分。「海上鮮」一上桌,撲鼻而來的是蒸魚豉油的香味。我夾了一筷子的魚肉放在蒸魚豉油裡打個滾,然後再在飯上淋上一羹豉油,豉油的鮮甜配上鮮嫩的魚肉,實在令人忍不住多扒了兩口飯。略略美中不足的是「海上鮮」上桌時只是微熱,不然味道一定會更好。

我們還點了蒜茸蒸扇貝。平時在餐廳吃的蒸扇貝都有豉油調味,反而這裡的扇貝沒有放太多的調料。店家把粉絲放在帶子上面,粉絲直接接觸到蔥蒜油,既香又好吃。這裡的扇貝賣點是新鮮,無需特別處理就很鮮甜,樓面的叔叔說太多的條料會蓋過扇貝本身的鮮甜,而且顏色也黑黑的。我試了試,沒有了豉油味,果然蒜茸蔥油味的層次感更出更鮮明。

一邊吃一邊聊,店家又上了幾道菜,吃到這裡,我們已經開始半飽,夕陽也開始西移。陽光沒有了下午的剛列,海面的倒影也開始柔和。海風輕吹,遠處隱隱約約傳來了船笛聲,好一個暇意的下午!

It turned out the many people were part of a 'tour' group and they were seated in the main restaurant area. We took a table away from the crowd, right on the water's edge very pleasant, though a little dark in the late-evening.

We chose the set-menu 'B' for four people which was a good choice.

It included:
Steamed prawns (very fresh)
deep-fried squid with sweet and sour dipping sauce (nice and crispy batter with tasty sauce)
Bamboo clams (in their shells) (A.K.A 'razor clams') with black bean sauce
Steamed whole fish with the spring-onion etc.
Fried rice
Steamed seasonal vegetables (chinese lettuce)

Overall a lovely meal!

十月二日假期,參加了蒲台、南丫石山景.海鮮粵菜勝景一日遊。蒲台島景色怡人卻荒涼,午飯要去南丫島解決。 由於是跟團關係,一早對這頓海鮮粵菜不抱太高期望,感覺不過不失: 白灼游水蝦-蝦肉很霉,第一碟菜竟是水準最差的一道菜;卻因為大家肚餓而飛快清光!蒜茸蒸扇貝-蒜茸與扇貝從來是美味配搭,粉絲又夠多,不過廚師下油太多,令油味蓋過鮮味...酥炸鮮魷魚-新鮮炸起的魷魚既香且彈牙,是最美味的一道菜!清蒸海上鮮-明明是海水魚卻鞋且實,鮮味亦不足,反而更似鯇魚? 其餘還有咕嚕肉、梅菜扣肉、豉油皇雞、郊外靚油菜等,菜式都偏油,全都中等水準偏下。我自己一定唔會再去食,唔俾咸面,只為當日天風涼水冷,心情好好!

但椒鹽魷魚完全係無辣味,仲要係濕和帶有咖喱味,而且勁多油及肥,吃了一口便無吃了。<br />
第四道菜--- 扇貝上菜後,我們便高高興興地吃,因為都稍為似樣呀,但可惜真係過熟及無味,而且豉油都無,真係唔掂。<br />
第五道菜--- 蒜蓉白菜仔,都可以。<br />
第六道菜--- 炒蟹,完全係呃秤,只有兩個蟹蓋,四隻鉗,四隻腳及一些頭尾,失去了其他部位,而且兩隻細小的蟹,重一斤九,<br />
價值$220,我諗大家都未食過啦。<br />
第七道菜--- 清炒西蘭花,簡直係垃圾,完全係用水煮好再淋油,完全無炒過,簡直係當客人係白痴。<br />
第八道菜--- 辣酒煮花螺,真係當我們是「水魚」,明明選了十隻很大隻的花螺,每隻十蚊,豈料只有九隻很細小的花螺,真係無良心呀。<br />
侍應他們有無送錯呀,他說︰「這是例牌,HK$65咋」,但我們係叫了十隻很大隻的花螺,每隻十蚊,不是例牌,他說唔知,叫我們去問幫我們order 的侍應,你話這是甚麼的服務態度丫。我們當然唔要啦,當時有位很火爆的朋友拿起該碟花螺到樓下跟掌櫃理論,與此同時,周圍的食客便問我們發生什麼事,便說該店的不是,有些食客聽後,菜都未點便走,跟住大家都跟著到樓下,我們食了一餐飯當然要結帳啦,掌櫃說︰HK$880。」跟著我的朋友便check 單,一看之下,他計多了我們兩枝啤酒和一罐汽水,最離蒲係那位清潔的阿嬸話︰「你睇下個籮,三枝啤酒和七罐汽水。」講真我們係有少少大意,大意在對人無防範,因為啤酒和汽水係我們自己拿的,而且我們拿了飲品之時又無叫阿嬸或侍應記在單上,這方面我們是理虧的。在理論期間,聽到掌櫃「爆粗」,其實有無需要咁樣先,我們係顧客,佢無禮貌已經係得失了很多客喇,而且政府都成日宣傳「以禮待人」,他們完全無囉,顧客係一次過無下次,真係希望佢快些倒閉,唔好係度害人。<br />
如果大家將會到南丫島旅遊,請小心這店舖,如果大家都有這些經驗,請去投訴或好像我寫遍文章在互聯網流傳。
