To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 一開始都有d擔心

▪️家常深海鱸魚
舊魚🐟超級滑,口感好好而且好入味,一啲都唔會腥!🤩真係好食!

▪️宮廷四合蔬
擺盤好靚,色彩鮮豔,啲菜唔會好老,冬菇入味👍🏽

▪️小籠包
原先呢味餸係三鮮蒸餃子,不過佢話太多客整唔切所以就轉左呢個🫠不過呢個都好食,皮薄肉汁多,個肉餡唔會好鞋🤪

▪️北京炒拉麵
中間有師傅表演點樣「拉」麵,真係可以拉到勁長,食落好彈牙,而且唔算好油,幾好食😆

▪️合時鮮果拼盤
有西瓜、蜜瓜同哈密瓜,三樣都好甜😚

平時啲套餐都係四位/六位/十二位咁去,但呢個套餐可以for 6/7/8/9/10位用,好方便😉價錢其實都唔算貴,所以幾抵食😛

我只是寫出親體驗,绝對真實,沒有增減,希望供其他人士分享!但二次投稿均被拒絕!令我十分驚訝open rice有白色恐怖自我審查。這次是最後投稿了!看看open rice的諴信度吧!與舊同學Covid-19 後聚舊,呢度食得十分失望。待應態度差,由入座開始,要求窗戶位都好多嘢講。堆晒D人坐係一邊,但是又唔係滿座,D位又迫。北京填鴨係主莱,但係叫咗10 分鐘就上枱十分可疑不是即做。D皮有火熱住,但是仍然凍冰冰,原來係未解凍。叫豆蓉蝦話賣晒,但是我們6點入座。要求我增瑊們轉宮保蝦球,原來係伏,好差,D蝦唔新鲜。义子燒餅又係凍冰冰,得個豆苗同炒飯係熱D,但係豆苗有草青味,嗰飯咸到有腎病。以前同D外國客戶來食,環境好,裝修正,價格ok, ,但是估唔到幾年就差到咁,當中我有個同學一D都唔係挑食,但係連佢而家都話咪攪佢,唔會再來了。

第一次去北京樓🥢平時都覺得好貴,冇咩事都唔想幫襯但慶祝大節日時,有機會去幫襯了一個六人餐午餐雖然每碟餸個名睇落都冇乜特別但偏偏佢就可以將每碟餸都變得精緻連普通四合時蔬都可以排到咁靚🥦🥬🥒🌽連飯前小食都整得咁標緻🥨🥨🥨仲有個鐘樓海景🛕🗾雖然價錢唔係平時經常會去的價位💲💲💲但要慶祝大時大節,要得體就非佢莫屬😊

平時都覺得好貴,冇咩事都唔想幫襯
但慶祝大節日時,有機會去幫襯了一個六人餐午餐

雖然每碟餸個名睇落都冇乜特別
但偏偏佢就可以將每碟餸都變得精緻

連普通四合時蔬都可以排到咁靚🥦🥬🥒🌽

我有朋友生日 所以嚟呢度食飯食貴少少, 咁就多人嘅 我地book房食 最低消費要$6000 都合理嘅 冇問題。 首先最大問題坐房嘅人要永遠都自己行出去叫侍應點餐 係行左5-6次, 之後 一早叫左個咩羊腿 3舊, 8:15落單等到9:45先有…. 當想再叫嘅時間又cut左單。 最大問題係 我地係後生仔食, 有個侍應好似睇唔起我地咁 提左我 「最後消費要$6000架喎 你知架嘛!」 每隔10分鐘入後講3-4次 每次叫野食都講條數比你聽 (個侍應係 中年女侍應 黑色短頭髮 男仔頭大約) 佢係特別差 我地主食都未上哂就上甜品 其他侍應係唔錯 佢係最差。 唔建議再幫襯 !!!!! 食評都一般般 有一個係500蚊嘅燕窩 就咁擺後面擺到凍哂 真係好差 都唔希望大家去試 重點係個侍應 (中年女侍應 黑色短頭髮 男仔頭大約)

好耐冇試過野食好食服務好而且價錢平的酒樓,今日終於遇到。午餐時間點了六個點心一個湯,樣樣都好食。蝦醬蒸鮮魷嘅蝦醬好香,一放上枱已經聞到,魷魚夠厚又彈牙,一d都唔un,呢味係第二好食。翡翠菜苗餃一籠有3粒,漲卜卜,入面啲菜苗好新鮮。牛肉餡餅一份有2小個,味道都可以,牛肉味唔係好重。蔥油餅如果多啲蔥可能會更正,唔係好油所以非常好。生煎包一份有5隻,煎得夠香而佢個底又唔會燶,食嘅時候要小心啲因為入面啲汁好易唧晒出嚟飛到好遠。陳醋海蜇頭係咁多樣嘢食之中最好味嘅一碟,d海蜇非常爽脆,明顯d材料係有返咁上下檔次。酸辣湯味道幾正宗,酸同辣都幾平衡,入面啲材料都幾新鮮。

11月4號晚,我哋一行八人去到尖沙咀星光行北京樓食飯,此行係老竇80歲大壽,我哋叫咗個8人套餐,唔知你哋係唔夠人服務定係點,啲嘢出得好慢,啲侍應10叫好似九唔應,都算數,成個套餐除咗北京填鴨叫做正常之外,其他大部份嘅餸菜都係冇乜味,仲衰過醫院餐,我唔知你哋餐廳係趕唔切去醃製食品定係咩事,最嬲嘅一樣嘢就係嗰碟北京炒麵等咗接近半個鐘先出,都唔緊要,你廚房出碟可以咁樣擺上台送俾個客人食?係咪衰過茶餐廳?唔該你哋集團檢討吓,食一餐飯都蝕咗成$4000 ,你可以出一碟咁污糟邋遢嘅炒麵比客人食,講唔講得通?揀就真係大煞風景

講到服務呢方面,我認真要投訴 美心中菜,人手長期不足,當然係構成service level下滑嘅主要成因。成餐飯我哋多次要求服務員幫手加水,可惜同事轉個頭又無咗件事🤔 到上菜嘅時候,我哋見服務員雞手鴨腳咁將啲餸菜放上枱,見唔夠位,諗住拎起隻碟,騰空個位比佢擺嘢,點知服務員轉頭就走咗去,我哋就戇居居咁捧住隻吉碟等佢得閒返嚟收🤔 而最大問題係 #美心/#北京樓 嘅服務員都慣性單手一次過收幾隻碟(單手夾住兩三隻一齊拎起),佢哋呢個壞習慣竟然咁啱又撞瀉咗我隔離杯熱茶,搞到枱布濕晒之餘,我條裙、手袋、電話都濕晒😤 最終服務員都只係求其問吓就走咗去(張枱布仲係濕嘅,但係又無走埋嚟處理)😤 哎 夠竟我部電話要捱幾多次水劫先夠皮呢?

我們下單時,店員已提醒它一客六件。西檸雞炸得金黃香脆,外皮酥化,內裡雞肉香滑軟腍。最值得一讚是旁邊的醬汁,充滿檸檬的芳香,而且味道甜入心,再帶有淡淡的酸味,但不會酸得難以入口。

酸湯澳洲肥牛 ($180)

用一個很巨型的器皿盛載,黃色的酸湯浸著肥牛、青瓜條、枝竹及粉皮。先喝一口湯底,酸酸甜甜加上微辣的味道,開胃醒神。肥牛肉質細嫰,易咀嚼,牛肉味鮮甜。青瓜條爽脆,枝竹及粉皮滑溜,全都吸收了湯底的精華。

和菜戴帽 (配單餅6張) ($126)

名字很有趣,起初不知道它是甚麼,再看餐牌的照片,就大概了解它的模樣。原來它底下是由椰菜絲、雲耳絲和粉絲組成的素菜,上面是一大塊煎蛋角,好像戴了帽一樣。夾一點素菜和蛋角,再用單餅包起來吃,感覺很特別。

最後,主角北京填鴨送上了,大家都很興奮。廚師刀功很好,每一件片皮鴨都像切得一模一樣,鴨肉泛起點點油光,意態迷人。片皮鴨味道豐膄,配了醬汁再用麵粉皮包著吃,味道完美。

這晚係一個4人餐, 原本二千鬆d 疫市下7折優惠。我們只是加了最後嘅拔絲蘋果而已, 套餐食物都算豐富, 冷盤係海蜇同醉雞。 份量唔多但味道同口感 ok青菜係碧綠西蘭花炒蝦球。跟住上一個魚翅湯。連續兩個都十分粵式酒樓菜式。再上的好似係京蔥香醋骨之類嘅東西。填鴨無論擺碟, 皮肉比例, 配料及薄餅,味道都是以前(20年前左右)嘅一樣。呢樣係始料不及。清炒荳苗都做得好好, 甜品嘅拔絲蘋果6件/$72亦做得標準。

好多年無嚟,以前都係同外國朋友或回港同學嚟食,而家好多酒樓都有填鴨食,不過都好參差。今次再嚟北京樓,裝修過係好啲,估唔到全埸滿晒。填鴨水準保持到嘅,唔會太多肥膏,皮脆加埋皮出片鴨肉,一咬之下咇少少鴨油,夠香而唔會好膩,薄薄餅皮有爐烘住保暖,而且有蒸氣令個皮保持濕度,每塊皮有一張墊紙,好方便唔怕撕爛。呢啲細節加分嘅。我哋三個人食半隻鴨,份量好足,餅皮都夠多,靑瓜大蒽唔夠可以添加。其他菜式,份量幾足,味道唔錯。半隻鴨、雞丁、牛肉、炒飯、炒蒿荀,連酒水,一千蚊左右,合理價錢。老字號企得住,難怪唔少捧場客。如果一班朋友,訂窗口位,睇埋夜景,應該幾正。
