假日專程開車到戲曲中心,想一試報導經常提到的芫茜湯底車仔麵。怎料因爲節日關係,車仔麵要暫停供應,實在非常失望。既然來到,就一試其他食物,叫了一碟滷水鵝腸飯,鵝腸份量很少,而且比較肥,味道只算不過不失,滷水汁亦未覺出色,有些少失望。另外點了老火湯,湯夠熱,足料,味道亦不俗。總括而言,食物味道一般,服務有禮貌,環境舒適,亦無需等候。若以茶記質素定位的話,價錢略為偏高。希望下次可以試到特色芫茜湯車仔麵。

For drinks, had the Soda with Dried Preserved Plum & Tangerine Peel and Lime Soda.

Next were the soups which I was really looking forward to.
Clearly the one with preserved lemon was my favourite because of the saltiness of the lemon but there are some brittle bones in the soup so you have to be careful.

尖沙咀新地標內又一新餐廳🍴更有兩位資深總廚坐陣,第一時間試一下!但當天去金牌滷水鵝片已賣光!唯有下次再來潮聖一下吧!在街外吃飯也想喝口湯水,點了雪蓮子蟲草花燉竹絲雞,足料又清甜,女士必愛!燒味雙拼點了金牌燒鵝配招牌蜜汁叉燒,燒鵝表皮相當香口、肉質緊實,叉燒對比下比較遜色桂花脆生蠔令人驚喜,香濃的蠔味外皮微脆,配上微甜的桂花醬汁,每咬一口都是肉!但一定要來到熱騰騰時立上吃掉,冷卻後便失去香脆口感。松露野菌雞球煲仔飯一上桌便香氣撲鼻,陣陣的松露香在煲仔上久而不散,吃下去也充滿松露香!最欣賞的是雞球都去了骨,可以大啖大啖吃!必點的手工反沙芋,吃過回味無窮!熱騰騰的芋頭外佈滿幼細的砂糖,超級滿足的!話梅陳皮梳打也推薦!飲品款式還有保衞爾牛肉汁,感覺像淡味牛肉湯,相當有趣,好不好喝即見人見智了哈哈!

前者呢款燉湯加入左鹹檸檬去燉煮,飲落帶點鹹鹹甘甘地好似鹹甘桔既味道,頗為特別。小妹就比較喜歡燉竹絲雞湯,裡面湯料都幾多,飲落唔油,很有住家湯的味道,不錯。

近排戲曲中心開左呢間茶記,見有吾少Youtuber介紹,所以跟埋舊同事去試下。新張期內8折,優惠做到8月16號。芫荽湯麵個樣真係幾芫荽,綠綠黃黃,上面有吾少生芫荽。我偷飲左啖,芫荽味什有的,但個湯吾夠熱,帶不出芫荽的香味。我個花雕濃雞湯就差少少,花雕味不足,少少雞味,仲有少少酒既苦澀味。個麵我揀左台灣百年老字號手造麵,麵質有咬口,吾易浸淋,幾好食。呢度d西多切成4小份去炸,所以更香口,而且炸得不油膩,好味。腐乳砂糖多士可算係吾少人既童年回憶。我一啖咬落去竟然食到榴槤味,哈哈!
