因為買戲票的關係, 步經 PHO 24... 因為店名比較奇異, 所以吸引了我的注意而入內光顧, 本人真呆子... 入到店內方知道原來這是一間越南餐廳 不知道是什麼原因, 近日來總是忐忑不安... 就是胃口也比起平常差~ 看過menu後, 便點了一道較有特色的沙律吃. PHO 24 越式綠茶: 茶味香醇, 順喉 炸蝦片: 味道普通... 蓮藕苗鮮蝦豬肉沙律: 蓮藕苗口感清爽鮮嫩, 柚子清甜, 蝦比較細隻而且不太新鮮, 整碟沙律... 酸酸甜甜,非常醒胃! 就此沙律而言, 味道尚算不錯... 而且我還是頭一次吃到蓮藕苗! 夠新意... 給個笑吧

其實呢度d食物唔錯, 但絕對唔算話特別突出… 價錢偏貴, 相信有唔少都係用嚟支付呢個黃金舖位租金同雅致裝修… 奇怪嘅係門口走廊位又有間cake shop, 雖然可能係同一個集團但都會容易混淆食客視聽… anyway, 野食係ok, 但同區味道相約而價錢平d嘅越南菜大把… 有無下次就真係要睇緣份喇.

The pho is not really authentic, but not bad. More like a HK style pho. Portion's just right for an adult female, but perhaps a bit too small if you are really hungry.The cold vermicelli dish is OK. Their rice dishes are much better. Nice and hot and decent portion. Probably will go with the rice dishes next time.

The price is not cheap but not expensive either. For the view, not a bad spot for some quick vietnamese cuisine. The service is on the positive side too. Will probably revisit again if I need a quick bite around the area.

Wednesday night after work, me and my wife want to try out some new place to eat and we choose PHO24...what a mistake.

The resturant is only 1/4 full when we go in at about 7:30a.m. (not a good sign in causeway bay).

The resturant is clean and nice deco. Me and my wife ordered the raw beef noodle, plain soup noodle, spring roll and chicken salad. I always choose the raw beef noodle whenever I goes to a Vietnamese resturant to test out the cook.

When the noodle came I cant believe they called it the 'Raw beef noodle'. First, the beef is well done and hard. Second, the soup is just plain tasteless chicken soup.

Cup of noodle taste 100 times better than this crappy noodle.

Raw Beef noodle - 0/5 (should be lower than zero)
Spring roll - the skin is good but the inside is just meet 2/5

Service 1/5 (since they didnt tell us the raw beef noodle is buy1-get-1 free and guess what, three bowls of noodle in our face. and when we tell the waiter, he thinks it is our fault)

$173 total for this crap.

So this bring a total of 2 black listed resturant in this building.

上星期4, 去左皇室堡4樓既PHO 24 食野啦同朋友.依間野有2間分店, 沙田同銅鑼灣., 佢話係越南有70間分店添.台面有魚露, 辣椒油既調味, 可以一試佢既魚露, 幾正架,我叫左碗生牛肉粉, 30幾蚊, 賣相幾靚又唔貴~幾經濟既~佢既芽菜, 香葉,辣椒, 檸檬係另上既, 牛肉份量幾鮮嫩同多, 不過衰在湯底好清無咩味~唔係就好食好多.反而中意佢另一樣,越南蔗蝦.佢上蔗蝦之外仲有好多野..嚇左一條..以為黎錯菜, 有星型楊桃, 菠羅, 青瓜, 香菜等等做伴料~佢隻蝦燒得好大件, 好靚, 食落好彈牙香口~配料新鮮, 加埋配料點醬又另一食法~好食~!!!
