To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

依個好食 真好食
唔會太乾又脆
最緊要有牛油香味

自從㱐肺搞到冇得出國玩,每逢放假都想發掘下啲平時少去,甚至係香港住左咁耐都未去過既地方。啱啱呢個周末就諗住帶齊成家人行下香港最南既一邊,黃竹坑以前去過今次就決定入埋鴨脷洲。於是當日就入左鴨脷洲大街,唔知係咪冇左遊客既關係,抑或係疫下啲細舖做唔住之類,周末既大街好多舖都冇開/落晒閘,條街都算幾冷清,食肆大部分都有客但唔full。我地慕名而來搵左呢間良心小店-越大哥。每人叫左碗撈mong,碗麵黎到係大過我塊面!由於好肚餓,竟然食完先醒起要影相,冇辦法,但講番碗野既餸全部都好新鮮即炸,好食可以翻焯!

今晚經過OpenRice book咗去大街食個早的晚飯,難得朋友約我,這可是我第一次去吃呢!我們叫了兩碗湯檬,分量超大呢!我那碗招牌肉丸蕃茄蟹肉湯檬,湯底非常美味😋,朋友就叫了碗生牛肉湯河,湯底和牛肉也很好吃,而小食就叫了蝦紙米卷和忘了影相的炸軟殼蟹,都是超級好味,質素很高,價錢也很適宜,超級值得推介!另外飲品我們就叫了青檸梳打,也很好喝,後來見到人潮開始多了,我們也快快手埋單,希望下次有機會再來試試其他的食物。

平日放假同媽媽黎到呢間小店,入去之前都需要量度體溫,都有幾個人係出面等外賣。之前晚上和朋友來吃飯,飲品需要另計的,而家午市套餐相對地比較划算,套餐連飲品的。我地叫咗生牛河、春卷撈檬、青檸蜜同越南咖啡。埋單都係$100左右。唔駛加錢既飲品選擇都算幾多,但係個越南咖啡有啲怪,似加得太多花奶,唔係港式/ 越式咖啡。我諗咸檸七應該正常啲,上次叫飲品冇咁奇怪。其他食品味道都不錯,份量亦很大。我地都食唔晒啲粉,有點兒浪費。
