如果要選一間平價一點又好吃的Pasta,我的首選必然是Pici. 但前提是您需要有很多時間排隊,因為每次lunch都是大排長龍,實在他們的手造Pasta實在太出色,Dinner在同區中環實在算便宜,lunch更抵食,$148一個前菜+Pasta+甜品。每次我都會點他們的黑松露意粉、水牛芝士沙律(是這間餐廳令我愛上這款沙律),Ham & cheese platter,甜品會點tiramisu,Tiramisu也很好吃。

in which it is a restaurant sitting just next to PMQ.
PMQ is a place always filled with tourists,
yet , there aren't a lot of places to eat inside.

So , we decided to this place which always filled
with a lot of people.The overall vibe is very british
, with furniture's and old lamps .

We had three dishes.
The first one is the beef tartare.
It is well marinated with herbs and not stinky.
The meat is tender and goes well with the welcoming bread.

Then, we ordered two pastas.
One is the pappardelle which is the thick and wide pasta and
changed from PICI to that for the cheese and pepper signature
taste.The flavour was strong and the texture is nice.

The second one we have is the bologne ravioli.
The sauce is not as strong as the previous one
but the ravioli is in al dente texture . So , it's bravo ,too

There was on the other day I tried the salmon ravoili and
I like that better . So , guess I will still explore this shop
again .

Pici一向最有名的是它的tasting menu,一次過試多款前菜,手製pasta,還包括甜品。今次,因為最近展開清減的活動,所以不叫tasting menu。Tuna tartare 好特別,咸咸的,配以牛油果,味道更多層次。Parman Ham 一貫的好食,夠薄,不太咸,油香。海鮮pasta一向是我的最愛,手工pasta很有彈性,掛上微辣茄汁,醒胃!略嫌較少青口,不過魷魚挺多,夠彈牙,好match。今餐的重點就是Tiramisu。Mascarpone 夠滑,夠軟,有蛋香,咖啡味濃,又不會蓋過mascarpone的味道,好好食。為我的lunch劃上完美的句點。

今餐的重點就是Tiramisu。Mascarpone 夠滑,夠軟,有蛋香,咖啡味濃,又不會蓋過mascarpone的味道,好好食。為我的lunch劃上完美的句點。

Eating fresh shaved black truffle is a bit of a new experience, the whole dish was not bombarding at all, the texture of pasta and the white truffle sauce were nothing to me
On the other hand, the Orecchiette was memorable
This is a dish that I am looking for
Super chewy Orecchiette, spicy sauce and strong flavoured Italian sausages

As I like eating pasta, I always go to different places to try handmade pasta. And the menu here was no different from others restaurant. I will say it was quite ordinary.

I ordered a black truffle pasta. He came in around 15 minutes. After waiting for such a long time, I think the portion of this pasta wasn’t enough. My stomach wasn’t filled after eating this pasta and was not satisfied.

And another thing about this pasta is He was not al dente at all. It wasn’t cooked well in the middle and therefore it is quite hard to chew. And for the sauce, I think it is so so.

I think I won’t come here again. There are a lot of better choices out there.

今日放假同朋友嚟到中環區,想搵間餐廳chill 下,朋友就介紹呢一間餐廳試吓,因為我哋都唔係好肚餓嘅關係,天氣又熱真係冇乜胃口,所以我哋只係叫咗一碟手工pasta同叫咗碟Green Ravioli。Green Ravioli 岩曬素食既朋友,而且ravioli 嘅芝士味唔會太濃,好易入口,食多幾粒都唔會覺得太溜。當然啦,Pici 嘅手工意粉係佢最大嘅賣點,梗係要試吓啦!果然,佢嘅意粉真係比平時食嘅更加有咬口同埋彈牙,而且充滿蛋香,鍾意食pasta嘅朋友一定一定要試丫!
