話說喺上環工作完, 就喺附近搵一間餐廳食brunch。首先講係一間好抵食嘅brunch, 佢係首先黎一袋麵包, 已經有黑醋同埋olive oil預備好, 麵包係外脆內軟非常之好食, 一點都不馬虎。前菜揀了Bresaola, 好喜歡入面夾著住芝士olive同埋蕃茄, 最重要是佢哋汁酸酸地夾埋一齊食非常之好味。而意粉揀左 Pappardelle, 一大特色的就係意粉自家手工製, 第一感覺食落去嘅時候好爽口, 意粉推到好薄身, 非常之好味。至於醬汁如果你唔鍾意食太多芝士, 可能你會覺得鹹了些, 未必適合你, 最喜歡入面有菠菜同埋walnut非常之夾呀。最後甜品我當然是揀我最喜歡的terimisu, 非常之好味呀, 又唔太甜, 有咖啡的味道, 我整杯都食光。

呢間手作意粉勁出名,想食超耐嗰日係平日都要排隊等咗15分鐘就入得去佢嘅lunch set$158有前菜、主菜同甜品另外每一台客人都有一袋小法包,可以點橄欖油同黑醋前菜方面揀咗cold cuts同菠菜沙律Ham嘅肥瘦分布好平均,夾埋芝士好好食菠菜沙律好fresh,加埋啲杏仁好脆意粉揀咗招牌黑松露闊條麵同埋千層麵黑松露意粉嘅黑松露份量好足意粉質感彈牙但唔會乾雖然佢冇乜sauce,但黑松露味夠而且唔會好膩,仲食到有少少洋蔥粒個人認為千層麵冇黑松露意粉咁出色上面嘅芝士有少少鹹,而且有啲硬,冇想像中有拉絲嘅感覺千層麵同醬汁嘅比例可以再好少少自己覺得醬汁太多麵太少,所以有啲heavy不過佢嘅肉碎同埋醬汁味道係OK嘅甜品有得揀tiramisu同埋奶凍Tiramisu偏甜,有少少似mossee另外手指餅唔夠酒味同埋比較淋身但味道唔錯奶凍食落有驚喜,上面有啲紅苺嘅jam有一粒粒果肉,配埋奶凍一齊食好正奶凍本身牛奶味夠,質感夠滑食第一啖就好想再食第二次淡整體唔錯,食物質素同環境都幾好服務都ok,百幾蚊食到咁豐富嘅lunch真係幾抵,值得一試下次會再試埋佢其他意粉

個人認為千層麵冇黑松露意粉咁出色
上面嘅芝士有少少鹹,而且有啲硬,冇想像中有拉絲嘅感覺
千層麵同醬汁嘅比例可以再好少少
自己覺得醬汁太多麵太少,所以有啲heavy
不過佢嘅肉碎同埋醬汁味道係OK嘅
甜品有得揀tiramisu同埋奶凍
Tiramisu偏甜,有少少似mossee
另外手指餅唔夠酒味同埋比較淋身
但味道唔錯
奶凍食落有驚喜,上面有啲紅苺嘅jam
有一粒粒果肉,配埋奶凍一齊食好正
奶凍本身牛奶味夠,質感夠滑
食第一啖就好想再食第二次淡
整體唔錯,食物質素同環境都幾好
服務都ok,百幾蚊食到咁豐富嘅lunch真係幾抵,值得一試
下次會再試埋佢其他意粉

想食呢間好耐,今日自己一個行街,行到呢度,網上好多人話要等位,今次剛好有位,就自己一個入去食啦~個set係幾抵食158包一個前菜一個主食一個甜品,我叫左cold cuts+lasagna+tiramisu。火腿有點太鹹,蜜瓜只有2塊,不過總體都算可以。lasagna 可能因為期待太高,反而覺得麻麻地,都係有d太鹹,同埋個人唔太鍾意佢加左豆,都係好食但之前睇網上評價覺得有d名過其實。tiramisu 正正常常,唔覺得特別好食。服務幾好,職員時不時會主動加水。環境都不錯,裝修靚,成個feel 都幾chill

因為平安夜公司早放,所以就同朋友到了中環的PICI,在PMQ的對面。意想不到2點打後也有超多人等位,大概等了45分鐘終於入座。menu 是christmas brunch,2人的話,可以點兩個前菜;3個意粉;2個甜品,而一杯酒則加$40。Tuna Tartare,絕對會再encore,酸酸的超級開胃。牛油果配搭一點也不覺得膩。Burrata chesse,叫的時候也不知道是什麼來的,原來是即焗好的cheese,超熱的,但食了四份一也覺得有D膩。然後就來了main pasta,超級期待的,因為望著半開放式廚房內的staff一直在生產手工意粉。Tagliolini,這是我第一次吃原片黑松露,與黑松露醬的分別超大,很值得一試,而三個意粉當中,我覺得這個意粉最吃到蛋味,調味不會掩蓋意粉的原味。相信這是christmas menu才有的turkey意粉,是寬身的意粉,在濃濃的芝士下,隱約吃到一絲絲的火雞肉,但我不太喜歡寬身意粉,可能因為焗到有點淋。king prwan意粉,如果這個pasta 有辣味,一定更加惹味,但整體也很不錯。因為有3個pasta,兩個人都吃清光,飽到肚子快爆也要吃甜品,因為

tirimusu超滑的,而咖啡味則不是太濃,尚算剛好。

叫了3杯white wine,所以埋單$666,吃到飽飽晚餐也沒有吃!也是一個很滿足的christmas eve。

懷着興奮同期待嘅心情,去餐廳食意粉。平時睇報章雜誌食評推介,我終於今日有機會同男朋友一試手工制意粉。首先你會有一袋麵包,正常的法國麵包Jim下橄欖油同黑醋。肚餓的我真係覺得啲麵包幾好食,但其實理性啲諗,係正常一般西餐廳的麵包水準。我們叫了兩個lunch set, 前菜分別是Panama ham同埋沙律🥗, main dish 係千層麵同埋黑松露意粉,千層麵上面一層芝士香脆、裏面層次分明,肉醬配料合宜,質感柔滑♥️ 而我最期待的黑松露意粉,卻大為失望。意粉質感還好,可是偏鹹,食得出有黑松露精油,有點油膩。 甜品我們叫了panna cotta同 Tiramisu 兩者都10分出色,最令我驚艷的是Tiramisu,不會太甜,cream打得很細膩,同下層濕潤的咖啡餅乾是一個很好的配搭。Rating: 7.5/10 服務員的態度很好,可是也許太多人排隊,感覺就是「快點吃快點離開」。一清完枱上面的食物,便立刻有另一位服務員把空碟拿走。

甜品我們叫了panna cotta同 Tiramisu 兩者都10分出色,最令我驚艷的是Tiramisu,不會太甜,cream打得很細膩,同下層濕潤的咖啡餅乾是一個很好的配搭。

服務員的態度很好,可是也許太多人排隊,感覺就是「快點吃快點離開」。一清完枱上面的食物,便立刻有另一位服務員把空碟拿走。

📍 中環PMQ對面💰星期六日 290每位 偶然來到這間店,男朋友說果籽有過報道,這間餐廳是非常正宗的南部意粉!星期六日來很多人,幾乎滿座。坐到露天位就是最舒服啦! 兩個人兩道前菜三道pasta 兩道甜品。但是每份pasta都是小份的那種,絕對可以吃的完。對於麵包狂人來講,餐前麵包非常好吃,有股麥香味 前菜來講吞拿魚醬的牛肉片非常好吃!新奇得來又不衝突! Pasta裡面我最推薦的就是carbonara! 其實這間餐廳有很多意大利雲吞的選擇。carbonara 就是意大利雲吞的形式。裡面包裹著蛋漿,要開之後蛋漿湧入嘴裡,整個口腔充滿著幸福感! 甜品比較推薦樹莓布丁!提拉米蘇都是不錯的選擇!

And I loved the texture of the orechiette, so al dente!The sauce is quite creamy and a bit spicy, it brings out the Italian style pasta, so authentic. We ordered Orechiette ($130) which is so yummy!! And I loved the texture of the orechiette, so al dente!
The sauce is quite creamy and a bit spicy, it brings out the Italian style pasta, so authentic.

The other one is Tagliolini ($180), the truffle smells so good and this pasta is yummy as well.

The pasta here are all freshly made, so recommend! I have heard lunch menu here is much more cheaper, hope I have time to visit here during lunch time.

另一頭盤叫左Cold Cuts, 有三款肉同有三件芝士跟埋, 真心讚, 個人感覺肉同芝士不是其他意大利餐廳的普通貨色.
